Nous avons trouvé cet appartement Whaou ! J ai apprécié que tout soit inclu (sauf le parking mais l info est claire). Nous avons profité de l immense piscine et de l accès à Miami Beach via le Marriot. Trois belles chambres et beaucoup de rangements, cuisine bien équipée et même machines pour le linge dans l appart. Clim douce et silencieuse. Vues spectaculaires de chaque pièces et balcon filant. Bref très chouette pour une famille de 6. Merci

Ten stars for the view! Excellent location! Very very clean! Comfortable beds! Walkable to shops and restaurants and grocery. The challenge… parking was not communicated until we had trouble. There was an option of 75 valet or a parking garage for 45 a night that our van did not fit in so we found another garage we fit in within waking distance. This is a hotel which was not communicated ahead of time. The staff did not code our keycard correctly and our kids and luggage and one of us were stuck in an elevator with no ability to get back to the lobby and needed to push the call button because there are no buttons in the elevator to go to any floor nor back to the lobby. The hotel staff were pretty rude tried to send me back up without fixing card. I asked bellhop to wait for them to fix it instead he took stuff and kids up without me. Rough start. All four rooms have access to the balcony and no lock on one balcony door. Be aware w/ kids. Beautiful space otherwise!

All I can say is Wow . The vibes, the visuals, the location is amazing. We literally can walk across the street and find everything you need. Saw baseball players from the Miami heat walking into the arena from the balcony 🔥. The pool , jacuzzi, fitness room are all top notch. The space is very modern and updated. Can't wait to come back 🥰

Super communicative hosts, and the place was extremely clean! They also provided ample towels and they use quality bedding and sheets. \n\nMy only feedback are small inconveniences that aren’t make or break, but make an impact nonetheless! The unit unfortunately does not have a full length mirror in it anywhere. For 3 girls getting dressed, this was actually super stressful for us and we had to go to target and buy one. Additionally, during my stay the outlets in the master bathroom were not working and maintenance had to come switch the breaker because it was located behind a picture frame that I couldn’t access myself. Also no salt and pepper in the unit, we bought some, but didn’t realize this wasn’t available until after we prepared our food. \nAgain, all of these things are super super minor, and we still had a great stay, but they were still inconveniences nonetheless! Small improvements like more than one black makeup towel, and a full length mirror would be great!

We had a great stay and would definitely book here again. The place was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Great location and access to Stanton Marriott South beach was a +. Pool area is fantastic, and the views from apartment are amazing. Beware depending on your needs: - it is noisy at night - response was rather slow, we had a rather loud noise issue at night, coming from either the next apartment, water pipes or who knows, this was never resolved. - Note that floor plan shown in airbnb may not be what you get, the floor plan showed 3 bathrooms but we got an apartment that had 2.

Great location; close to everything. Easy short drive to South Beach. New building with great amenities. Apartment view is the best.

This is probably the BEST AIRBNB I ever rented. The location perfect. The condo was very clean, beautiful, spacious & well-equipped. The host responded in record time. So to say our state was perfect is literally the truth! Can’t wait to go back because this will always be my 1st choice when visiting Miami. Thank you so much for making our stay perfect. We had a wonderful experience here. The apartment is located in the heart of Brickell, which made exploring Miami so easy. The space is stylish and comfortable, exactly as shown in the photos. We also really appreciated the excellent service and attention to detail. We would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed at the Elser before but found it cheaper on air bnb and booked it. The residence was clean and had small little touches that hotels don’t have. The full length mirrors were an added bonus! The beds are comfy and cozy. The host was super responsive and very helpful! The check in and out was easy! We will for sure be back no doubt! The view was absolutely amazing. We loved being able to see our cruise ship pulling into port!! Thank you so much for letting us stay there!

Communication with this host was excellent - every question answered thoroughly within minutes. The place was great, excellent location for the Miami marathon, great views! Very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend and book again.

I feel very fortunate to have found this place, I will definitely be coming back, spotless rooms, very cozy, great decor, the most unbelievably comfortable beds, great bathrooms, everything you need, hair dryers, washing machine, ironing boards, robes, a great walk in closet, TVs in separate rooms, clean kitchen. The lobby restaurant is amazing. The building is conveniently located. The staff was super helpful and accomodating. Also the view is 10/10! Perfect place to stay, highly recommend.
