Beautiful property located in the heart of the Gulch district. Conveniently located near shops, restaurants and Music Row. The communication from the property manager was very responsive and outstanding. It was perfect for our party of 12. Highly recommend this property and we are looking forward to rebooking for next years trip

Excellent host that was extremely accommodative and responsive. The townhome was exactly as described and consistent with the pictures posted. The home was very clean and spacious, easily accommodating our large group. Would absolutely recommend booking with Hallson and in particular the townhome we booked located in the Gulch.
We had an amazing stay at this house! Perfect set up for 11 people and extremely clean. The house is also in the perfect location - super easy to walk to the Gulch area and a quick uber ride to Broadway. The staff was super responsive and made sure we had a great stay.
The location was great and the house setup worked really well for a large group. The hospitality group was very responsive. There were several maintenance issues with stove, fireplace and rooftop lights.
Property was in a great location for all Nashville has to offer. Enjoyed staying there with my group of 8 for 60th bday. Great communication from host.

The house was very nice to stay in we had a lot of Guests. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you needed to be able to cook which was nice! Roof top deck was a fun place to hangout and relax play cornhole with friends.

This stay was perfect for two families looking to walk, explore, and also hang out around the house. There is construction currently happening but it do not interfere with our stay. Would recommend and stay here again! Highly responsive hosts to come adjust a few things. Great service!
Stayed for my bachelor party with 10 guys - was more than enough space and I would strongly recommend. The rooftop patio was awesome, we spent a ton of time up there. Location was perfect - short 10 minute walk to the gulch for lunch or picking up supplies, and a quick uber / scooter to broadway.
Last minute trip to Nashville to celebrate a special birthday and we had an amazing time. The home was bright and clean. There was so much room to relax and unwind and it was conveniently located a short walk away from everything. The kitchen was fully-stocked with plates, cups, pots and pans, etc. and the bathrooms had plenty of toilet paper, towels and toiletries. The host communicated with us every step of the way - from booking to checking in to checking out - and even recommended some favorite spots to visit, if time allowed. All that was left for us to do was have a good time - and that, we definitely did. Two days was not enough though and we'll have to return another time, but I'm keeping this location on my radar to revisit. Thanks for your hospitality.

We had a wonderful girls’ weekend at this home and appreciated the great communication, thoughtful welcome gifts, and flexibility with early check-in and late check-out. The rooftop deck and living room were highlights and the perfect spaces for our group to relax and spend time together. Having plenty of towels available for 11 guests was also greatly appreciated. A few things future guests may want to know: the first-floor shower curtain had visible mildew/mold, which was disappointing. Storage can be a challenge for larger groups. While the closets are spacious, there are limited hangers and not much drawer or surface space for unpacking, especially in the first-floor bedroom and bunk room. Guests may want to plan accordingly for limited storage and bring extra organizers if needed. We also noticed some outlets in the bunk room were not functioning, and the first-floor bathroom window covering offers limited privacy. Overall, . The home has a great spacious layout for large groups.

Everything was just amazing and beyond. The house feels really great, everything is so clean and well organized. It was really easy to communicate whenever we had any questions. Overall a great pick! By the way, it seems like the renovation near by are getting finished since there wasn't a lot of noise, so don't let it scare you off.
Place was very nice and cleaned well. Felt like home. Everything had matched the description however the number of beds was not clear. However we did find the beds we needed for our family
Had a great time at Hallson Hospitality’s place! They were very helpful and responsive. The house was great and comfortably fit our large group of 10 for a bachelor party. The location was good as well and close to the strip. Overall great experience and would stay here again!

We had the best time at our stay
Hawkins is in a prime location, walking distance to the Gulch, Music Row, and even Broadway. The unit is very clean and organized other than some markings on the walls. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and cookware/dinnerware. We were not aware that the bedroom on the first floor with bunk beds is actually a room designed to be the garage. The first floor bedroom was a little chilly (we visited in December), but we found a space heater and it warmed the room perfectly. The bathroom on the first floor has a window with a shade that does not necessarily conceal anyone using the room while the light is on and after sunset. We are overall very pleased with the unit and would book again for sure.

Great property, amenities and communication
The place itself was nice with a fully equipped kitchen, nice bedding, comfortable beds and very clean. The location was great, walking distance to The Gulch. The two negatives were, first, not informing us that there was active construction directly behind the house. At 7am every morning, the banging of hammers and motors of forklifts began. The noise was very intrusive but even worse was the workers on the adjacent roof looked right into both bathroom windows. Blinds are absolutely needed in these two top bathroom windows. The other negative was the very restrictive check-in/out policy. We flew in from CA after being up since 2:15am and wanted to get into the home a little earlier than the 4pm check in, 45 minutes only. We were not permitted unless we paid a $20 hourly rate.

Great location! We enjoyed this place so much. Very comfortable, spacious and clean! Best rental I’ve ever stayed in. Lovely rooftop area and views of Nashville. Easy walk to Gulch and easy to moderate walk to lower Broadway.
