Host was nice and communicated well. The check-in was very smooth. The only issues I had was the quality of the home. The bathroom showers were not clean when we arrived. There was still hair in the tub when we checked in. The floors were very dusty and the kitchen utensils were not clean. The jacuzzi also did not work properly, it didn’t heat up. The host did refund us the fee for the jacuzzi after the technician came by and confirmed the jacuzzi does need to fixed. Overall the community was very nice and clean. My family did enjoy having access to the community pool and other amenities.
