We had an incredible stay at Livingston Manor. 6 adults. The home was clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog. The approx. 7 acres of property felt tranquil & was quiet throughout our stay. The split duct system downstairs & in the main bedroom kept us cool. The upstairs window ac units in the other bedrooms kept us comfortable. All the beds & pillows kept us cozy. Both bathrooms had modern fixtures. Note to Host: the upstairs shower was very slippery & could benefit from a non-slip mat. The kitchen had plenty of cookware. It would be even better with extra paper towels, napkins, sugar and heavy-duty trash bags. The saltwater pool was clean, refreshing and the highlight of our stay. The pool area could use some weeding, and we were disappointed that the chaise lounges, cushions and bistro set shown in the listing photos were not set up when we arrived. Overall, my family made epic memories here and we truly enjoyed our stay.
