When checking in, we ran into an issue with the front desk telling us that 1 of the 3 units we booked was “out of order” and to contact the host to resolve the issue. We were with a large group, so this wasn’t something we wanted to hear/experience. Luckily, Miami Vacation Rentals was very responsive and was able to sort out the issue in a timely manner. Our stay was fantastic otherwise and would recommend this location to others. Thanks!
