We stayed here for a weekend to ski at Bellayre, only 15 minutes away from the apartment. The unit is cozy, beautifully designed and stocked with everything we needed. The location on Main Street was also a huge plus. We walked to Watershed Cafe for breakfast and coffee and had drinks and pizza at Chappie's next door. We'd absolutely stay again and would recommend to anyone planning a ski trip or a relaxing weekend getaway.

We had a wonderful stay at ‘Out Back at The Roxbury’. The space is beautifully designed, with a modern yet cozy feel that makes it easy to relax the moment you arrive. The layout is thoughtful, the finishes are high quality, and it feels more like a carefully curated retreat than a typical rental. The location is a real highlight. Being able to walk into the small town for dinner in the evening and stroll to a coffee shop in the morning made the stay feel effortless and enjoyable. Everything you need is close by while still feeling peaceful and tucked away in the Catskills. It’s also perfectly located for outdoor activities — especially skiing at nearby Belleayre Mountain, which is just a short drive away and made early ski mornings simple and stress-free. Overall, a stylish, comfortable escape in an ideal location. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it for anyone visiting the area.

What a lovely place. I stayed at Out Back for a work trip upstate, did not expect to be 5 doors down from a little mom and pop grocery, a coffee shop, and a restaurant. Was such a lovely, quiet stay especially with the fire pit out back, I even popped next door late at night to the connivence store for s’mores stuff! Space was beautiful, clean, and every detail of my stay thought of. Will be back for pleasure next time! Unexpectedly fulfilled all of my quaint upstate Main Street dreams
