A good stay worth its value

Perfect exactly as advertised

Positive: I loved the interior decor and the view off the balcony it was so peaceful at night time sitting out there. And the place was very clean and I definitely enjoyed my stay. 😊 Definitely would recommend

I had a great stay! The apartment was exactly as advertised and looked just like the photos. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The price was honestly amazing for how nice the place was and all the amenities that were included. I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great value.

Had a great stay in this condo. Check in was easy and the location was great, walkable to both Kitchener and waterloo downtown's. When I arrived l the place was clean and organized. There was everything I needed for this stay. Owners were quick to respond to any questions I had. I would return if I need to stay in the area again!

once again these hosts have made my trip fabulous! like all of their units, it's clean, it's comfortable, it's modern, it's up to date, it's close to downtown and all the shops and the restaurants. they are the best hosts, with their quick responses and over the top assistance with anything you need. I always give them a five-star rating. if the unit is a rental of theirs, it is sure to be a gem!

Pain in the ass Positive: The view Negative: Parking is a disaster and you’ll spend your entire stay trying to figure it out. Host charges $75 to park for the stay in underground parking but you’ll still have to tap your card and pay upwards of $60 a day

Great stay! Amanda and Brix were very communicative and made everything smooth from check-in to check-out. They went above and beyond by accommodating a late checkout for me, which I really appreciated. Overall, a comfortable and hassle-free experience, would definitely recommend!
