I enjoyed every minute of my stay here. the amenities were incredible for what I paid and the view from my room was amazing. Having the pool, the hot tub, the restaurant, and the relaxation area all on the same floor was great ! I never wanted to leave. The central air worked really well and the host was very responsive. I would absolutely book again.

Surprised my daughter and her best friend for her 23rd birthday. They had the absolute BEST time and said the stay was perfect!!!! They can't wait to return! They said the corner coffee within walking distance was the best coffee they ever had.

Incredible place with an outstanding host. The unit was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well appointed, making for a truly relaxing stay. One of the highlights was enjoying the delicious food on the patio. The atmosphere was beautiful and made the experience even more memorable. The customer service was exceptional, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout my stay. Everything exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this place 10/10 experience!

If you’re staying here for a concert or event at the Kaseya Center, it’s worth considering. Otherwise, I wouldn’t recommend it. The hotel is okay, but the rules are very strict. You can’t use the pool after sunset, and even getting extra sugar for the room was an issue. The biggest disappointment was the parking—we ended up paying $63 per day, which was much higher than what we expected based on the information provided beforehand. Overall, the location is ok, but the experience didn’t justify the cost.

I felt right at home so clean and well put together, plus the view was breathtaking for sure..

Description of his properties was a lie. Suppose I had two beds but was only one Roof have water damage and it was leak as well. The shower was very dirty and had hair from previous guest wrapped around the shower body wash as well I was charged fee for service animals recommend not booking this properly.

Great stay! The studio is nice and the amenities are beautiful. Wonderful pool and rooftop bar area. The surrounding area was very convenient with lots to do within walking distance. The studio was smaller than expected, definitely only room for two people. I wish there were more pans to cook with. I only cooked breakfast but if you plan for something bigger it might be tough with the cookware supplied. The front desk isn’t much help, they made it very clear they don’t service our stay and check in was difficult because of the lady at the front desk but the Airbnb host was very helpful clearing things up. Other than that I would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone.

Beautiful rental in a great location. Perfect, clean studio. Pool area and communal spaces were a huge plus.Easy access to Bayfront and Brightline station.

The studio condo was exactly as pictured very clean and with all you need for the stay. The pool and other amenities are terrific! We were located exactly where we wanted to be in Miami and the check in and check out was smooth. The hosts response time was very quick to answer our questions. I highly recommend this lovely condo.

As described! Small unit but has everything you need. Beautiful facilities (gym and pool).

Really nice suite , looked just like the photos . Very clean and in the center of the downtown area. What put the cherry on top was the complementary wine and waters !

An sich habe ich den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, die Aussicht ist wirklich unglaublich und die Lage war wunderbar. Die Wohnung war auch sehr sauber bis auf ein paar kleine Flecken an den Wänden und manche Dellen an Möbeln etc. Aber das finde ich nicht so schlimm. Der Host hat immer schnell geantwortet und war immer für mich erreichbar. Ich fand den Aufenthalt mit 340$ pro Nacht schon in einem höheren Preissegment und fand es dann dafür doch etwas zu teuer. Ich würde aber trotzdem wiederkommen da das Ambiente sehr schön war. Die Wohnung ist auf jeden Fall auch für maximal 2 Personen geeignet da sie relativ eng ist.

The room was clean and worked for our stay . Positive: The view Negative: Traffic and no communication where valet was ,also the staff seemed bothered to help with anything don’t even show us how to use elevators figured that out by ourselves .

We loved our experience here the place was very clean , squeaky clean , the bed was absolutely comfortable I slept like a baby !!! the host responded quickly , the instructions for check were very clear and smooth we absolutely loved the view with the balcony , we loved the pool . . . There were lots of things that were walkable to the place we absolutely will come back we definitely enjoyed our stay we recommend booking for your staying we’ll definitely be back !

I had a fantastic stay at this Miami Vacation Rentals' condo unit. The location was perfect — just a short walk to the Bayside Market Place, the Freedom Tower, many great restaurants, and local attractions. The unit was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was super responsive and made check-in easy. The neighborhood felt safe and lively, and the ocean view was a huge bonus! Would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Miami for the first time. 🌞

Love my stay at this vacation rental ! Lots of fun places to do attractions. Plenty of stores in the area. Love that it’s next to a mini mall across the street! Lots of fun restaurants , Perfect location for everything!

El apartamento es súper cómodo, limpio, la cama un 10, bonito, exactamente como en las fotos, tiene todo lo que necesitas para descansar y pasar unos días verdaderamente inolvidables. Solo señalizar que dentro del depósito que dejas por cualquier incidente que pueda ocurrir en el piso se descuenta 65 dólares por día para tener acceso a las instalaciones de piscina y acceso preferente a south beach con dos tumbonas y demás, en principio creía que era opcional y realmente no lo es, pero de verdad merece la pena , pues la zona de la piscina es muy confortable con piscina climatizada , ves los aviones volar por los cielos de Miami, música agradable, zona para comer algo… y con el calor de Miami se agradece darse un chapuzón. Es un lugar que merece la pena hospedarse, estoy muy contenta de haberlos elegido.

My stay was great. I enjoyed myself from the time I arrived until the time I left. I will be staying here again!

The units are very nice, but the walls are very thin. If you are close to an elevator, you will be kept awake most of the night be prepared for Lots of traffic at the front door because they have a valet service that’s $75 a night there is public parking but it’s pretty far away.

The place was so clean and the view was just jaw dropping, highly recommend.
