Bright Coconut Grove Apartment for Groups — Guest Reviews

This is not as advertised. It is a very simple, very dated unit in need of a significant update and maintenance. Sink and shower don’t drain well, everything is old, lighting and switches are very old. It’s a motel 6 room best case scenario. Should be closer to $100 a night. Neighborhood is great but apartment is very minimalist and not in a good way.

Great, communicative host. Superb location and wonderful public spaces at hotel including lobby, pool deck and fitness center. The room itself was clean and nice enough but relatively basic - ultimately a very good value. Would certainly consider staying here again.

Excellent stay. Living area was ideal, lots of amenities. Beautiful location. Walkable to everything I needed and so many excellent restaurants in the neighborhood.

Book it! You will not be disappointed. We absolutely loved the apartment and it had everything we needed for our stay. Location is unbelievable, steps to restaurants, shopping, walking/running path, parks, etc. Fast and efficient communication with the owners! They replied in what seemed like minutes with any questions. Thank you for our stay!

Excellent Positive: Very responsive host Negative: Location

Great location!

We had a great experience in this appartement. It was clean, communication with the host was easy, the front desk was very helpful, and the bonus of h the free parking made it even beter. Not to mention the amazing location !!! We highly recommend it & we will come back.

Decepcionado Positive: La ubicación Negative: El baño tenia paredes abombadas de la Humedad, la puerta del closet de la habitación se cayó a abrirla y el apartamento olia a humedad. Muy mal estado para ofrecer un alojamiento
