Im traveling for business and honestly Im not staying at any of your accommodations. This place is not worth it's price. 1. Those images you posted of unit 4607 is not how it was and how it looks. the setup the pillows, broken tiles by the door. 2. Once you enter room, it smells like bleach and i had to open balcony doors for a few days to let the smell out. 3. Ive sent you videos of broken toilet flush, woke up in the middle of the night because of that noise. I have several important belongings in my room, including jewelries and cash. You were offering someone to go to my room when Im not around? I will not be comfortable doing that 4. AI is answering my questions and inquiries? I think the best way to do it is AI during initial contact but for serious concerns Ive reported it should be a real person Im chatting with or calling me immediately. 5. I've reserved this room for 6 days, and you provided me with 2 toilet papers, 2 dishwashing and laundry pods.6. Lock was not working

Business trip Everything was great!

Place was nice. The apartment was clean and functional. The tile floor had cracks in it but clean. My BIGGEST complaint is that I had to accompany my 17 and 16 year old kids to pool, spa and gym. They cannot go unaccompanied which is a huge inconvenience. For this reason I would not go back.

Great apartment in excellent location! Everything about the apartment was great and the communication with the property manager was timely and professional. I recommend this apartment for two adults appreciating good quality or a family with two young children. The sofa bed in the living room was good quality, but perhaps most suitable for children or petite women. Probably not that comfortable for adults. All in all, we loved it!

Birthday vacation This place was in a very nice area. The views were amazing . As well as everything you have access to that comes with your stay. I would definitely recommend staying here

Birthday Trip We had a blast here!

We stayed here a few days ago and overall had a very good experience. The apartment is beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly located. I would definitely recommend it. Minor inconveniences (not related to the apartment itself): • At check-in, the company had not sent the confirmation email to the lobby, which caused a delay before we could access the apartment. • I had requested a crib for my baby, but it was not in the apartment upon arrival. We received it the next day. Aside from these small issues, everything else was great. I would recommend this place 100%.

This place has seen parties, and it shows This apt we stayed in was advertised poorly and not what we paid for. The couch was dirty, lumpy and the hide away bed was so badly curved my teenager couldn’t even sleep on it. The other bed was so better. The boxsprings would shift and poke you throughout the night so I could only sleep for a few hours before it became extremely uncomfortable. The shower is hard to get into because the tub is so tall and the jets in the hot tub did not work. I’m 5’2” and it was near impossible. A handle should definitely be placed outside of the shower to prevent a fall. The laundry closet door is broken so it has to be propped to not fall over. I wasn’t planning on doing any laundry so it didn’t matter to us but we quickly realized we only had 4 towels & 3 washcloths for the 3 of us for 4 days, so we struggled with that door a lot. There are no cleaning supplies provided. The shade for the balcony window was broken so light filled the main room as soon as the sun rose. Side note to this property that we wish we would have known also - kids under 18 are not allowed in the hot tub or the spa area and not allowed by the pool without supervision. Also Security guards are everywhere and they are rude and not helpful. Miami was amazing. This Vrbo rental was not.

Perfect Downtown Location Amazing! Miami Vacation concierge made our check-in and out really easy. Great location to shopping and high-end restaurants. Whole Foods and Publix both within walking distance. Free fitness classes offered onsite in their state of the art fitness area. Walking/running path along the riverfront just steps away from the front door. Uber was super easy and efficient. One bedroom was just what we needed. Subzero fridge, washer and dryer, satellite tv, balcony from the 46th floor overlooking Brickell Avenue and downtown was really cool. South Beach is a :25 minute Uber ride. The one and only thing I can say negatively is in regards to the bathtub/shower. It takes a big step to get in so be careful. Other than that, we'll definitely be back.

Very satisfied My husband and I were so pleased with our rental. It was very clean the location was perfect close to shopping and restaurants. Our view was thee best. We would definitely recommend for travelers to stay here at the Icon.

Perfectly clean room exactly as described. Elevator key was a little spotty and unfortunately the pool was closed 5 days per week. However the interior of the property was ideal.

I came to Miami to visit a friend and stayed in this awesome one-bedroom apartment on the 46th floor. The views were absolutely insane!!! Definitely a highlight of my trip. The apartment was super clean, the bed was really comfy, and the complimentary bottle of wine waiting for me was such a nice surprise. Communication with the team was top-notch. They were friendly, quick to respond, and made everything super easy. I also used the off-site parking option for $35 with in-and-out privileges. Just make sure to reserve it ahead of time, it worked out great for me. Honestly, such a great spot to stay if you're visiting Miami. I'd book it again in a heartbeat!

Worn out and dirty Not as described. Sad and deteriorated apartment. Needs rehab and deep cleaning. Afraid to sit on furniture as it was stained and falling down to the floor. Shower was no bueno. Sorry to give a negative review but they should not be charging money for this rental.

W Brickell Excellent location and beautiful Condo

Exactly as described I slept comfortably, the lady that got me in the building was pleasant, the bed was comfortable. Both TVs work, not sure why they didn't for some people.All in all it was a great stay!

Just ok. This property was not as nice. Could use a new couch and a few touches could be fixed. A lot of the electrical plugs didn’t work. The bedroom tv didn’t work and no one came to fix it. The view was nice and construction near by did not affect how quiet the surroundings are. But I would definitely book again in this building and the hosts are great.

Great location The property was a great location for a getaway weekend. Close to the mall, and many restaurants. The amenities, pool, and gym were very luxurious with professional staff.

Excellent choice The overall experience is fantastic. Included access to W Hotels amenities is a major highlight. Pool area is stunning, with towel and bed cover service. The location is very central in the Brickell area and conveniently close to the ferry service to South Beach. It is walking distance to a lot of dining options and for groceries deliveries from a nearby Publix worked smoothly. Both arrival, check-in and communication worked very well.

Perfect weekend getaway! We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was excellent and the amenities were beautiful. The rental was clean, spacious. It was perfectly stocked with all the things you would need on your stay. There was even a bottle of wine waiting for us when we got there! I was so pleased with the communication leading up to our stay from the property owners. They responded to emails quickly and answered any questions and concerns I had. The property managers were also there to answer any questions we had on site during our stay. Our rental was ready early and check in was super easy. We would definitely stay here again.

Miami The apartment and location was nice. waiting for the elevator can take up to 10 minutes. Something was wrong with my tub black water was coming out and the smells was bad. I wasted my morning waiting for maintenance to come.

Did Not Disappoint :) This was my first stay in Downtown Miami. The property was a great place to be downtown, with lots of food options such as nice restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The management team was very welcoming and flexible with our later than planned arrival (before their late check in cutoff time). The building, apartment and views were as shown and very well put together. It was easy to feel at home while on vacation. Of note, I found the tub to be deep in terms of getting into and out of the shower. The building had a nice range of amenities included. We had a lovely stay and would definitely return in the future.

Great place in a great location We stayed 3 nights, the apartment was very spacious and clean, and we had a great view. The location was close to everything we needed, plenty of eating spots and places to walk to. The pool area was also a highlight, great to relax in after a day in the sun and humidity. Highly recommended.

A great getaway This place is very comfortable, clean & in an amazing location! The neighborhood is close to everything you could ask for. Our property manager Silvia was friendly, efficient and easy to contact. If you’re headed to Miami, this is the place to stay!

Great experience There was on site park just a constant fee. Just need better instructions how to get to the building and when you turn not to go all the way thru it’s the first left as soon as u turn on brickell

Nice views Watching the river was entertaining. Unit was nice. Checking in was arduous. We had a car, so it was difficult to deal with it at checkin. Valet area congested.

The Miami Icon Residency The condo was lovely, very nice and comfortable. The problem was with the washing machine, several burnt out light bulbs, and a floor lamp that had been broken by a previous renter. I had to call maintenance about four times before we finally got everything resolved. They were very nice and came every time I called, but additional light bulbs in the stove overhead vent kept burning out, and the washer would only work on the delicate cycle. (The floor lamp could not be replaced while we were there and it was the only lighting in the living area besides the overhead canned lights in the ceiling.)

Brickell is a wonderful location, everyone at the W Residences is attentive to guests as much as the rental company itself. I would not stay again at the property. While choosing to stay at the W residence, we expected the property to be in better shape. The door frame painting was chipping, the door for the laundry inoperacional, the bathroom vanity veneer and the mirrors were peeling off. The bed frame was dusty and so was some other surfaces. The pool service as mediocre and the cleanness of elevators and other common space were not satisfactory . Our expectation was to be wowed by the property, and it was standard. The views were nice but we could have selected another property with comparable views.

Art Basel 2021 I had a great time in Miami. The first two days, the ac wasn’t working but they worked tirelessly to get it working and by day 3, everything was perfect. Building was clean and safe and in a perfect location. I would stay again.

Very Nice Property on Brickell Nice property but the zone is a little too crowded. The parking outside the building is a must since the valet and traffic in the zone is very busy. The unit is just like the pictures show.

Our Miami Getaway Overall great place to stay in the heart of downtown Miami, walkable to so many restaurants and other sights. Check in and check out were easy, and the property managers were responsive to all of our questions. We didn't sample all of the advertised amenities, but the pool was fantastic. Our only complaint was getting in and out with a car was sometimes tricky due to sharing the entry with the W hotel and a drawbridge on the road that backed up traffic, but if you're walking it's not an issue. Would stay here again for sure!
