Great location. Great view. A little hard to find in the middle of all of the area. Thank God for phone navigation. Otherwise, beautiful room, view, amenities, clean, good value for price. That area has a little higher pricing for eating out than I expected. And not specific to this location (AirBnB rental), but everywhere took 8-10 minutes per mile because of the traffic. So if you have locations to go more than 20 miles from this area, be aware. Loved it. Great value and room.

Overall, it was a good stay. However, they are not flexible AT ALL in terms of checking in early or checking out late (even just 30 mins or an hour). Additionally, they didn’t give the front desk the check in details so it took longer to get checked in. They didn’t have the TV connections set up like advertised. Very limited towels for a 5 day stay. Overall, the stay was fine and worth the money in comparison to other places. Nice pool, nice location, and nice rental - just wish they were more considerate and easy to work with in terms of the amenities not working, checking in, and sticking the place appropriately for the length of a stay.

This stay was very clean, exactly like the photos. The area was really nice & walking distance to some good eats. Overall 10/10, definitely would recommend, for a personal or couple trip. Thank you for the complimentary wine , came in handy lol. The balconies aren’t private due to them facing the pool area. But the view from the balcony was teaaa. Thank you

We traveled to Miami to celebrate our 14 year anniversary & I’m glad we chose MVR to stay. The place was clean & the area has tons of restaurants nightlife in walking distance. We do wish the hotels restaurant was available for breakfast. We’re looking forward to our next trip!!!

Absolutely fabulous week staying at the Arya residence. I felt right at home as I have lived in the grove in the past. It was lovely to be within walking distance to everything and just a quick 15 minute drive to work. I really enjoyed my stay. I will definitely try to book it again when I come back!

Great location, a perfect room, and an outstanding hotel! The property is in the heart of Coconut Grove, with an incredible selection of restaurants, cafés, shops, and attractions just a short walk away. Coconut Grove is always our first choice when visiting Miami, and Arya is the perfect place to stay. The pool staff are exceptional and make every day by the pool feel like a relaxing luxury spa experience. We highly recommend it and look forward to staying here again.

I paid for late checkout, yet at 12:20 p.m. my room key stopped working and I was locked out. This was a clear service failure and a serious inconvenience, especially because someone who had just undergone surgery was still inside the room and couldn’t get up to open the door. I tried calling the customer service number they provided, but no one answered, and my messages went unanswered as well. If you pay for late checkout and need to leave the room before checkout time, make sure someone who is able to open the door stays inside. Otherwise, if your key is deactivated early, you may not be able to get back in, and getting help can be very difficult.

Good location, good restaurants and ambience; the only negative thing I can say is they will charge you $1000 (not $100, or $500 but $1000 dollars as deposit 😳) without any previous advice; if you are in a budget or tight on money this will messed up your whole trip; so here it’s for you to know before you book so it won’t take you for surprise

I loved this unit and totally plan to return. I want to move in! Location was amazing , everything very clean, owners great at being responsive , parking super easy. I used the kitchen as a great setup for having breakfast and lunch there - because wanted to enjoy miami / coconut grove restaurants for dinner. I wish I could have stayed longer !

Lovely stay in coconut grove. Was very comfortable with the parking. Nice view and area. One night there were loud neighbours but that’s to be expected in Miami. Responsive clear instructions from host. Thank you !

Great stay! Condo was perfect. Great kitchen, large tv and nice kitchen. Bathroom was nice put a plug for the tub and more bath towels could be used. Definitely would look to stay again. Great communication with hosts.

Honest review: Place was as described, very clean & peaceful area. There are plenty of shops just right down stairs. Was fairly easy to travel to places such as Calle ocho, Wynwood, Brickell. Ocean drive was further but i did choose this place wanting to be able to further & really get a feel for Miami life/ roads. The only downside here was the response time, its about 4-5 hours. & when you're traveling not in the area so often you do want a bit of better service when you are back around. I am used to 1hr response window which is perfect while you make a quick stop at the hotel to freshen up. It kind of made it a bit difficult to get help. Also the hotel parking garage is very narrow. I had scratched up my car on the way out, the gate is also extremely fast to close. I'm 5' so i had to exit the car to swipe and jump back in. One of the hotel staff reported many ppl have trouble with it and recommended me to report the garage bc they also wish it could be remodeled.

I have stayed in many Airbnb apartments in Hotel Arya, and this one was great! The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen and bathroom were well-appointed. Nice towels and view from the terrace. The building is located in the heart of Coconut Grove - you can walk to everything. The apartment comes with easy, building parking. And the pool area with hot tub is exceptional, overlooking the ocean. Hosts were very accessible with easy communication. Highly recommend! I will be back! Thank you!
