A Dream My husband and I loved staying here. The apartment was clean, the views are amazing, the location is perfect, and we had access to several amenities and reasonable parking. We will be back!
Great stay!! My wife and I loved our stay here! It was safe, comfortable, and near so much cool stuff. The check-in and check-out process were both pretty smooth and straight forward. The view was the best part! Loved the exemplary service!
Beautiful views and beautiful condo! My wife and I were very impressed with unit 4101. It was tastefully decorated and had up to date modern appliances, televisions, etc. We would certainly stay here again!
A wonderful stay My wife and I stayed in the apartment for 10 days and from the beginning we fell in love with the place. The unit is new and as gorgeous as in the pictures, with excellent views of the bay. We enjoyed our walks along the waterfront and around Brickell Key. Our hosts Natalia and Fernando were very accommodating and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and we are planning to return next year with our son and daughter.

A very special birthday stay! A very special birthday stay! I am from the area so I knew exactly what to expect in terms of the property and the area. It was exactly as pictured and described. The amenities and surrounding area are exceptional, this is one of my favorite areas of Miami.
A Slice of Heaven Everything was as shown on the website. Maria was awesome !!! She provided us with tips on where to go and we tired one and it was great!!! Whenever I texted or called she was so pleasant. We had a few issues, but it was corrected TIMELY !!! If I were to change anything, I would suggest better instructions on the TV, have more toiletries available (paper towels, dishwasher tablets and trash bags for the kitchen)... Never the less, EVERYTHING was perfect to celebrate my husbands birthday !!! The layout is truly beautiful, but if you have issues with height, this 41st floor is not for you. Because that was my husband issue...
The apartment was great, very clean, left waters for us in the room. Asked for early check in and they accommodated it in a timely manner. The only thing I will note is that the elevators took a long time during peak hours and was extremely crowded at certain times. The amenities like the gym are very far away from the unit and definitely confusing to get to but once you are there they are very nice. I think you are getting a great deal for the price!
Good stay The stay went well. It was a beautiful view from the balcony, but some of the tiles on the balcony was cracked and unstable. In addition the tub was highly set, so it was hard to get in and out of. If booking use the 777 parking lot. It's the the cheapest.
The place is stunning. The amenities are top tier. Beautiful views. I would stay here again especially a longer stay.
Extended Stay We had to unexpectedly extend our visit an additional day but the property managers were amazing throughout the process. Beautiful property! Amazing view! Overall a great stay!

Beautiful views in a very clean modern Miami condo I was in Miami for a week for work and was very excited to stay in this unit. It was exactly as the pictures showed and the views were amazing. It's a nice change from staying in a hotel and doing everything from your bed while on business. For someone who loves to sleep the black out shades in the bedroom were awesome but I left the smallest of the blinds closest to the head of the bed open all night and into the morning. The night lights of Miami were my night light and then every morning the beautiful sunrise occurred right in that small veniet slowly waking me. I was disappointed that the amazing Icon pool was under construction but was able to utilize the W hotel pool with no issue. The spa and gym facility was a bit challenging to get to but was well worth it once I arrived. The unit has everything you need for a relaxing time and Natasha, Sylvia, Laura and her team were very accommodating. I can't remember the young guy that checked us in but he was great as well. Very easily walkable to the Brickell City Center filled with high end shopping and restaurants and very easily walkable to Downtown where my office is. 15 - 20 dollar Uber to heart of South Beach. I would definitely stay again for a relaxing weekend but think I will wait till that amazing pool is back in commission.

A great vacation ! The view from the apartment is wonderful and it is lovely sitting out at night watching Miami from above. My daughter and I had a great vacation ! We would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Very clean and good hosts!
The location was fine but the room was not worth the pay. No where on the site was listed that maintenance was being done on the patio. We only booked because the rooms were nice with nice views from the patio. The entire stay the patio was blocked off with boards so that the doors couldn't slide open , and had thick plastic on the doors you couldn't even see out. My entire vacation was ruin because of this. We reach out to the owner and it took forever for someone to get back to us. I do not recommend them right now until maintenance on the building is completed. In the morning we couldn't lift the blinds for sunlight because the workers was hanging from ropes right at your door. This is not good business if you having maintenance done you need to post it on your site. I will not be back to this place.

Stayed here twice in Miami and honestly couldn’t have picked a better spot. The place itself was super clean, modern, and exactly as pictured—if anything, even nicer in person. You can tell the host really takes care of it. One of the best parts was the location. Tons of restaurants, shops, and things to do all within walking distance, which made the whole trip way more convenient. Check-in was smooth, communication with the host was easy, and everything we needed was already there. Overall, it just made the trip stress-free and enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a solid place in Miami.
Honestly BEWARE ! I was expecting a peaceful stay but from the beginning it was difficult I message the host in advance & ask them was there in extra fees outside of me paying for my stay & they said no , they then sent a link after I paid to pay a deposit of $60 & $1000 for a deposit, as I get there they never sent Concierge my information so I had to wait , moving forward I get to the unit they sent me 3 different codes that didn’t work I finally got in & there was no power in the unit .. I had to stay because they did not want to offer refund and a few hours later they did get the power on , there was no apologies or they didnt try to offer an accommodation for the inconvenience I wouldn’t book with this company again .
Everything was nice I just didn’t like the fact that the views are amazing but you can’t experience it because you can’t open the balcony on top they had stuff on the windows made it look really bad

Very nice and clean place. Blocks away from almost everything you can easily walk to. Pool was also huge and a very nice gym as well. Owner was very responsive and overall had a great time in a great place. Would definitely visit again at the same place.

Lemplacement est super. Tout accessible a pieds; commerces, restaurant, transports en communs. La vue de lappartement est juste exceptionnelle. La residence est calme et surveillée et l'accès est sécurisé. Le seul bemol, l'entretien de lappartement. Il est destiné uniquement à la location saisonniere et donc a subit de nombreuses degradations; taches sur les chaises, canapés et tables habimés, manque beaucoup de vaisselle. De plus, le menage n'était pas de qualité: le sol collait par exemple. Mais l'emplacement dans le quartier de Brickell est exceptionnel!

I was very impressed by this condo! Very clean, very spacious, and the views were phenomenal! It's also centrally located with easy access to the freeway, the airport, Miami Beach, Little Havana as well as tons of great restaurants and bars in the surrounding area. Kat was wonderful and very attentive. Overall, highly recommended!
This unit needs updating. The furniture is worn and damaged. The cookware is sparse and unmaintained. The blinds are falling apart. The lighting is very bad. It’s in the same building as the W, but a room at the W is nicer and costs less. I left early.

Great location and amenities I thought the property as a whole and the amenities were fantastic. The only item I wish would have been better would have been to have additional towels especially for a three night stay. Otherwise I had no complaints and would recommend.

Best Vrbo in Brickell Location was perfect! The home was very clean and the views were breathtaking. The shower was a bit challenging but other than that I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit Miami. The host was very responsive. Look forward to coming back in the future.

October - Brickell Stay Place was great, cozy, and very convenient. We were within walking distance of all the amenities and most importantly the mall and eateries. The view is breathtaking. There were a few repairs that needed to be completed before we stayed but overall everything was great.

The Best of Brickell This location was everything we could have asked for. The views from the balcony were amazing. The unit was very well stocked. It had everything you would need during your stay, such an iron, dishes, silverware, and washing machine. The unit is located in the heart of Brickell, you are in walking distance to Brickell center and a lot of nice places to eat. I highly recommend and will be booking again for my next stay in Miami area.

POOL The location and property were absolutely amazing. With so many things located so close it’s almost embarrassing to say we didn’t leave the pool and spa for one of the two days we stayed there.

The Finer Things! Well where do I start!? This place was just beautiful to say the least! It was clean enough to my liking the tub/shower took a lil patience getting in and out of so if you have short legs like myself be careful! The view was so beautiful. When you come in the door the place just makes you feel like you have it all!! Plenty of needed essentials as well. I was able to reach the team with no problems! The bed was comfy I stayed 5 days so that was a plus plenty of dishes to cook and a free bottle of wine that I forgot to take with me. I just love how well decorated the place was. The patio could use a new table but hey that's it I would definitely stay here several times over and over each Miami visit!!

Rude Management Experience The property is fine, but I had a bad experience with the property manager (they were rude and unfair with the check out process). Also, supplies of sundry goods for the stay were pretty shabby given the length of stay and price of the rental (one tiny bar of soap, low supply of toilet paper, coffee pods, soap and laundry detergent).
Great location, great condo The unit was clean when we arrived, check-in was easy and the ammenities are excellent. Staff is helpful and polite. A safe and walkable neighborhood. Beautiful city and water views.
Outstanding in all Areas!! Great location. Outstanding amenities at the Icon. Pool is fantastic . We needed some lightbulbs and batteries for the safe. We also requested a real coffee maker. They were all taken care of quickly and efficiently. Maria made check in a breeze. Communication was outstanding. We will stay next time we visit our family in Miami. Thank you so much!!
Nice break after Cruise. Overall we liked the property, but there were a few minor maintenance issues we brought to the attention of your property management team. If these are reviewed and corrected it would definitely increase to overall value/rating of your property.
Great location, breathtaking views! If your looking to be in the mix and hustle and bustle of Downtown Miami this is a great location for you. You are within walking distance from a lot of restaurants/bars/stores. The place was clean and everything was set up & very accommodating. The views are breathtaking, that was what we loved most. I guess the only thing that was a little bothersome was the parking. I feel that since you are renting an apartment it should come with an assigned parking spot, but parking is an additional fee. I did know abt this ahead of time, so it wasn’t a big surprise, I just think it should be different if renting with them. The apartment looks slightly different from the picture, but nothing that was so different that I wanted my money back or to complain(decorating, pictures, furniture). Book it, you won’t be disappointed!

We won't be back Overall, we were not impressed with our stay at the Icon Brickell. The apartment itself was fine. You can tell that there are plenty of renters that come through here as there is some wear and tear, but overall the apartment was fine and comfortable. However, the building left much to be desired. First of all, the amount of people coming in and out of the building (especially on the weekends) was crazy. It would often take upwards of 10 minutes to get in an elevator. If you're concerned about Covid, this is NOT the place for you, as every elevator was jam packed (despite signs saying a maximum of 1 party). On top of all of the ruckus in the elevator and lobby, the amenities were impossible to use. Due to Covid, the gym only allows a maximum of 6 people to use the weights and 6 people to use the cardio machines per time slot (reservations are needed). Keep in mind, this gym services 3 high rise buildings, so it was near impossible to get a reservation. The pool also had a limited number of chairs so on the weekend you would need to add your name to a waiting list to get a chair if you didn't get there by 10am to get a spot. The pool is also situated on the 15th floor, in the middle of the 3 high rise buildings, which created a wind tunnel. The pool was windy every single day we were there. One of the three high rises also blocks the sun for most hours of the day, so between the wind and lack of sun, the pool was not enjoyable to be at (assuming you could even get a chair). Overall, we were not impressed with this property and will not be returning.
Long weekend Property was good location and clean. Check in and out was smooth. Definitely get the parking spot though as otherwise parking would be challenge of very expensive. Kitchen wasn’t stocked for full cooking but equipped for a long weekend and small meals.

Great apartment, great location Great apartment in a central location. Will likely return. Sliding glass door heavy and difficult to open (required full body pushing for 31 y.o. male, or two people). Check-in/check-out process could be improved.
Gorgeous view! Gorgeous view! Great location! Very easy check in & out process with Maria & she was extremely helpful with any questions we had throughout our stay. Condo was very clean & had everything we needed. Only reason for 4 stars overall is that bed & pillows were extra firm & not much hot water in shower but we would stay here again!

Nice view of bay For the positives This apartment is close to many things downtown It is bright and sunny in the morning hours! Waking up in the mornings was amazing, as you have a spectacular view of the bay,canal and the ocean beyond Occasionally I was able to see the manatees feeding in the canal from the balcony! End unit! Updated appliances Air con gets very cold I don’t hear neighbors - for the exception of construction being done for one of the days I was there - Natalie responds quickly Cons Check In was frustrating, per instruction I text 30 Minutes before arrival, after 10 Minutes of not hearing back I called, the only person they have on staff was at a completely different part of town checking in another group. So We agreed to meet an hour and 20 Minutes from that time I showed up about 15 Minutes early and waited 20 Minutes before I called the liaison, She was upstairs and on the way down, after waiting at Least 10 more minutes she finally arrived.i felt she was unfriendly and a bit unprofessional Be prepared to wait your turn if a busy time at Check in since this management group uses one person for 30 properties all over city. Upon arrival and everyrime you enter apartment it has a musty almost “old animal urine “smell even though the floors are not carpeted accept a few throw rugs. Fridge ice maker not working -bring ice Although claims as full kitchen it is missing microwave containers to cook in , baking sheets for baking - a broiler pan avail for baking Missing proper seasonings, Definitely no tinfoil, Saran Wrap or ziplock bring if you need. Shower was poorly designed- it is a deep tub and has a half window that is stationary to keep water off floor so you need to crawl into tub to turn on water. Only valet is available which is pricey, no self park, if the managements limited parking pass area - which is half the price and about 200 yards away- you are offered before your arrival is not available or you have chosen not to use you’ll need to use Valet. I’m here for work and I prefere using a Homeaway /VRBO vs hotels on my extended stays I did not realize it was spring break AND a music festival so the thumping music was heard from early afternoon to 11pm at night In the end , nice apartment,conveniently located, great views, new appliances, but can get busy at check in and you have to valet which at times can take quite awhile So give yourself some time. Perfect for those looking for the excitement and energy of Bric
Very good apartment Very good location. The apartment is large, very comfortable, clean and have a beautiful view of the ocean. The hostess were very kind and attentious. We had a problem with the flight that was suddenly canceled and the hostess promptly answered my question, late night, and I could stay one more day.

Perfect place! As we arrived, after Natalia spoke with us on several occasions, we were expecting good service in a good condo, but the apartment was beyond our expectations! So well designed and equipped!
Beyond Expectations ! The property could not be better located. Everything you need is right there and within walking distance: restaurants,museums,the amazing and brand new Brickell City Centre...We rented a car and were able to use one of the non-expensives spaces Natalia manages.
Amazing Water Views!! This apartment has Amazing Water Views!! It is large, bright, quiet and nicely furnished. The building is in Brickell. There are lots of good restaurants and bars nearby, many within walking distance. I very much enjoyed my stay here!
