Incredible area to walk in. Loved how there was Chopped and Pura Vida Miami right around the corner

Had a great time and can’t thank the hosts enough for their responsive support! This location is fantastic if you like good restaurants. Try Kokos for Mex food (great!) and Narbona for Italian. Both are about a 5 minute walk away. Also the gym on the top floor is very clean and useful (no Oly weights).

Great spot in Coconut Grove! Easy walk to lots of restaurant and shopping plus close to the marina... a great place for a run or walk. Host was responsive and accommodating. The unit was just what we needed for our visit to Miami. Looking forward to coming back.

I loved the studio it was perfect for me. The place was clean and it was so easy to get from the parking to the studio, it's in such a cute area with a farmers market, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. i will def be staying here again! Super clean and nice inside

Overall, a great stay. I would definitely consider coming back given the perfect location and reasonable price. The only reason for four stars is the AC fan was unusually loud, the walls are thin, and plenty of light came in around the door at night.

I loved the air bnb it was so nice and comfy. Great spot and I absolutely enjoyed the easy check in and out. Will definitely book again!!

Great location in the Grove and the place was very well furnished.

After checking in, we realized that the heater in the room was not working and contacted the host. At first, the host told us we could get a portable heater from the front desk, but the front desk said it had to be provided by the host. When we informed the host again, they said a heater would be arranged as a priority the next day, but nothing was done afterward. Airbnb representatives were also unable to reach the host. As a result, we had to sleep in the cold for three nights. In addition, there were hairs in the bathroom that appeared to belong to previous guests.

Sin duda mi lugar para volver cada que vaya de viaje a Miami! Me encantó la habitación, con un balcón con vista preciosa, la cocina impecable con todo lo necesario. Un lugar seguro y tranquilo, en una gran ubicación, a pasos del mar y de muchísimos restaurantes para comer. La anfitriona super amable y a disposición con ganas de ayudar siempre. Realmente recomendable! La vez que mejor la he pasado!

This was the perfect room for a four night stay. It is much more like an apartment with a full kitchen and desk area. The balcony and view are amazing. Parking was easy and free. The pool and other hotel amenities were excellent. I hope to stay here on my next trip to Coconut Grove.

Nice view, only downfall of renting a room through AirBnB was the room service. If you are expecting room service daily throughout your stay, don't. You have to pay a separate cost for room service avg. $99 for basic cleaning (change of linen, towels, etc.) luckily we were only in Miami for 3 days. Overall, kudos to Gabriella! Communication was on point and answered all my questions. I enjoyed the short stay in Miami, it was an unplanned trip with limited time to book. Thanks for making the process simple!

I enjoyed the relaxing stay.. Great view of the Bay. And easy close access to a vast of things to do. Friendly responsive host & staff.

Better to stay in a hotel and pay a little more. Had many issues during my stay. Running toilet (which was fixed) broken fridge for half my stay (ultimately fixed but was not usable and very noisy), AC is loud and abruptly turned on and off, noisy due to location by elevator, noisy bc of thins wall for adjacent apartment, firm bed, very dated apt very dated amenities. Good location. Check in as annoying- my info not in system, got locked out once. No laundry in unit

The host was very responsive. This is our second stay at the Arya because we love the location and the rooms are equipped with a kitchen and balcony.

I wish I had been told that the restaurant and bar at the booking were not open due to a cease work order.

Beautiful property and great location We loved the location. The property was clean with wonderful views of the bay. Love the idea of having a little kitchen as we try to have a quick breakfast before going out and about. The property has what you need for a comfortable stay.

Location! Location! The room looked bigger in the picture. But over all the room was clean and had anything you might need in the kitchen. The view is amazing! The owner was very helpful and kind. Only thing we had problems with had nothing to do with owner. They were remodeling bar area and pool was closed as well. Elevators were having issues. Out of four one worked. Again not owners fault just a little inconvenience. Everything is walkable…, lots of restaurants and shopping. Super area! Downtown Miami is a short drive. And very easy to Uber to anywhere. We had a wonderful stay overall. Would definitely come to this location again.

Perfect Place to Stay! Very clean and perfect size for two people. The check in process is easy and property managers are very helpful. The location is super cute and quiet. Definitely recommend!
