Family time The hosts were fantastic, excellent communication. Property as described and the views were outstanding. It was also located at the end of the corridor so was really quiet which we like. The location of the property is perfect for us as we like to walk out into coconut grove for meals and the park. Our one negative was that the AC in the main master bedroom was not that cold, it was really cold in the living space and kitchen but it did not get as cool in the bedroom. The fan was great though!!! Also, in the second bedroom the AC was noisy. Overall though, we had a fabulous time and highly recommend this property. Thank you so much

Great unit in lovely neighborhood The condo was just as pictured. comfortable beds with plenty of space for our family of 4. Ample amenities. Great location for shopping, dining and morning runs. We will return.

Great corner condo in The Hotel Arya in Coconut Grove, Miami The service and communication were fantastic and check-in and check-out went smoothly. The property was exactly as described and depicted in the listing’s photos. The view of Biscayne Bay was breathtaking in the day and at night. The family really enjoyed the vibrancy of the surrounding area, especially the numerous restaurants and shops within a five minute walk. It was very safe and we had no problems with the parking in the parking ramp. I highly recommend this property if you want to relax and enjoy Miami.

Million Dollar View and Location Location Location The view from the unit and the patio are great, the king beds are comfy and the AC worked well. The location was perfect for our needs, it was walking distance to restaurants, shops and clubs. Front desk check in was smooth although room was not available for check in until 4 pm on the dot. We were only there for one night so didn't get to enjoy the amenities the property had to offer. Sleeper sofa needs a new mattress. We dined at the Bayshore club for dinner with family on the patio and it was very enjoyable, highly recommend the Branzino. We also enjoyed tapas at Casa Xabi, amazing restaurant for the advanced palate, a hidden gem, owner/chef even surprised our son with his menu items, flavors and execution - our son is a very particular exec chef. We would stay at this property and in this area, again.

Amazing stay at amazing location! My wife, our 2-year old toddler, and myself had an amazing stay at this spacious condo in Coconut Grove. The location is perfect, right next to many great restaurants, shops, parks, and cocowalk. The view from the condo is also spectacular, we'll be back!

The location of this place is excellent. Beautiful views and walking distance to a ton of shopping and dining. The building itself is underwhelming, with pool and sauna feeling small and worn down, especially based on price and pictures. The constant upselling was also very annoying. Offers to pay for housekeeping, more coffee pods, and early and late check-in felt like we were being nickel and dimed. Overall the unit was perfect for what we needed and the location made up for any shortcomings from the property itself.

Excellent location with plenty of pedestrian streets, bars, and restaurants. Everything was clean, and there was a beautiful waterfront promenade with a park nearby.

This is our second time staying at on of their properties and it was great again. Amazing location and very clean and spacious for our group.

The rental was just as advertised. It was a corner unit facing the water, which means the view of the ocean cannot be beat. Absolutely gorgeous view of the harbors in the area. The rooms were spacious and clean, bathrooms stocked and equipped. WiFi signal was strong. Kitchen was spotless and well-stocked. The breakfast buffet was surprisingly good, actually. We enjoyed our stay very much!

This was my second time staying at this property. Every time I walk into this place I am struck by how beautiful it is. The light, the incredible view, and the decor.

This place has a great location, but I think it was expensive for the accommodation. Is in a hotel, essentially is a suite with an adjoining bedroom / bathroom.

This unit is stunning! The views are amazing, the kitchen has full sized appliances, including a washer/dryer. The host left a bottle of wine and water in the fridge which was very thoughtful and appreciated. We were offered a late check out for an additional fee which was also appreciated. Thank you!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Miami Vacation Rentals' wonderful Airbnb, and I can't recommend it enough! The location was perfect, situated in the heart of Coconut Grove, close to many restaurants and incredible places The space itself was impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and packed with thoughtful amenities. Throughout my stay, communication was seamless; they quickly responded to my questions. My experience was exceptional, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again! Thank you for making my trip so memorable!

It is a beautiful property with an amazing view! Tastefully decorated and very clean. It is well stocked with everything you will need for your stay. We are definitely planning to stay here on our next visit.

We love this location. The view is amazing and wonderful to wake up to. I have a large SUV and needed the parking space, so that was great too. Would definitely stay there again.

great view, nice apartment We had a smooth check in process. Was pleasantly surprised by the kitchen supplies. We had a sink back up on Sunday. I sent a text, emailed and sent a VRBO message, but didn't hear from anyone until the day we checked out which was Tuesday. Luckily, the front desk helped resolve the situation. The host reached out and we talked about a call on Wednesday, but no call came

Top Notch The property is beautifully decorated/furnished and comfortable with amazing views. Great location too. The unit has some very nice features, including great use of space and plenty of places to store your things. Great communication from the hosts!

Beautiful view. Great apartment on 18th floor of Arya hotel. Wonderful views. Easy in and out access and parking. Apartment consists of a one bedroom apartment with kitchen and lounge plus a lock off bedroom with a bathroom. Air conditioning works well everywhere except for the main master bedroom, this made it very uncomfortable at night, there is a fan but we found it too noisy to keep on. Maintenance came to check the air con in the master bedroom but couldn’t improve it, seems the vent is too small for the room. Electronic blackout blinds are really great. Both units have a nespresso pod coffee machine. Overall a good stay in Coconut Grove.

Beautiful unit with amazing views Couldn’t ask for a better location or view. Unit was immaculate and nicely furnished. I especially appreciated the sanitized remotes. Also of note, was the wonderful responsiveness of the hosts. Wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend this property.

My favorite place in the Grove I have stayed in this apartment quite a few times now. It's like coming home every time we walk through the door. The beds are comfy, the view spectacular and the place is alway so clean. The management team is fantastic, and always respond to your calls and text straight away. We love the Miami Vacation Rental team. We will definitely be back to stay in this lovely place.
