Um pequeno detalhe como melhoria. Estávamos com duas crianças e eles não nos deixaram fazer o check in 10 minutos antes, sendo que no dia no checkout eu iria sair bem mais cedo que o permitido. Acho que uma coisa poderia ter compensado a outra se fixassem somente um pouquinho mais atento aos detalhes e teria nos ajudado muito, pois as crianças estavam exaustas. \nO restante foi tudo impecável!

Location the best for attending events at the Kaseya Center—4 minute walk. The Elser is a busy hotel/residence type stay. Pool & workout facility well laid out. We had lunch there a tasty Lavender Lemonade & Hibiscus Paloma. The tuna appetizer rivaled one we had in Cabo. The 2 bedroom apartment had 3 full baths which is a wonderful find. Clean, spacious & modern. Easy to check in at front desk & hosts quickly respond to your texts. Parking spaces are tight but doable.Enjoyed our stay very much

Despues de tener una mala experiencia con nuestra previa reservacion encontramos este apartamento en el corazon de miami. Nos encanto, mi familia completa quedo feliz! Me volveria a quedar en este lugar sin duda alguna.

The apartment is located in the heart of bayside! Amazing views from the balcony and the apartment itself is BEAUTIFUL. The pool area and really really nice and the 2 level gym is state of the art. Would def recommend to others!!
We had a wonderful stay! The condo was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore Miami while still having a relaxing place to come back to. The host was responsive, helpful, and made the entire check-in and check-out process seamless. We truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly book this condo again. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Miami!
Excellent communication from the host, apartment as described and excellent location for our trip. Building and facilities were fab. Only downside was almost 45 mins late being available to check in as cleaners still in the room with no explanation or solution and the cleaners then chapping us before check out time on day of departure. Would recommend apartment and stay again, our group of 7 had a great time.

Nos encantó la estadía, tiene una maravillosa vista en la sala y habitación además del confort de la cama. Estaba limpio y ordenado, un lugar muy acogedor, así como las áreas comunes, su piscina y gimnasio, muy completo. Volveríamos sin duda.
Great unit and location in downtown Miami. The amenities were great and the host was accommodating. Was very comfortable beds. Lobby has a bar to enjoy a drink and the building felt secure. I would return on my next visit to Downtown Miami.
El apartamento es espectacular, la vista increíble, es muy amplio, las habitaciones están muy cómodas, es mucho mejor de lo que se ve en las fotos, el anfitrión fue muy amable y nos dejó vino y algunas aguas en la nevera un detalle muy bonito de su parte, pasamos unas vacaciones muy contentos y volveríamos sin pensarlo nuevamente a este apartamento
Amazing suite with incredible views, and the Beach Club access was wonderful!!! Very much worth every penny, 10/10 would recommend.

This location was excellent for my needs. The space was clean, well maintained, and offered good amenities. The hosts were very attentive, helpful, and responsive throughout my stay.The only drawback was parking. At 75, the fee is excessive, especially since the 24-hour period does not begin when you park but instead starts at 11:00 a.m., which limits flexibility.The apartment itself had everything needed for a comfortable stay. One recommendation would be to replace the current coffee maker with a more traditional unit that accepts standard pods or Nespresso pods, which are readily available locally. The current Tayst system requires proprietary pods that must be pre-ordered, making it less convenient for short stays.Overall, an excellent property with outstanding hosts. Thank you again for a great experience.
El alojamiento fue excelente!\nSería mejor si con exactitud el huésped supiera la unidad que ha escogido para que no varíe la vista. \nDel resto todo estuvo perfecto. El alojamiento es magnífico en cuanto a ubicación, amenidades y el personal. Adicional el anfitrión siempre estuvo muy pendiente de todo. \nVolvería sin duda a escoger este lugar en Miami.
