Great stay overall. The condo was exactly as described — beautiful building with excellent amenities, and the unit itself was very nicely furnished. The bathroom in particular was beautifully renovated and felt high-end and spotless.\n\nThere was one very minor maintenance issue (a battery died on the electric blinds), and the host was extremely responsive and had it fixed immediately, which I really appreciated. Communication was excellent throughout.\n\nA+ host and a great place to stay. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

It was an extremely comfortable stay with great responsive hosts! Definitely recommend whether you’re going short or long stay in Miami.

Stood in the building before but this was one of the best units. You can tell they really care about the quality and it’s appearance.

Pool was closed during the week for the construction and the gym was under construction the entire stay without communicating that ahead of time. Bad strong smell in the bathroom from poor plumbing. Rowdy lobby and elevators. Old washer and dryer. Key fob didn’t work on arrival. Spacious apartment, nice finishes, nice balcony. Comfortable bed, good workspace, well stocked kitchen.

Great location!! Right next door to the W with lots of night life. Unit was well decorated with all needed amenities. Great space. Open and lots of light with a lovely balcony and in an extremely walkable area. Would definitely stay again. Recommend for night life and activities! Thank you for a wonderful time.

O apartamento é ótimo! Super espaçoso e agradável. O chuveiro do banheiro é ótimo e o box é fechado, o que ajuda a não molhar o chão do banheiro, como em outros apartamentos. A cozinha é super bem equipada e possui todos os utensílios que você possa precisar. Por fim, a localização é especial: a poucos passos do Brickel City Center; Whole Foods; CVS e muitos restaurantes.

I had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Great location, smooth check-in, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout. Would definitely stay here again.

Great unit, very clean and great shower. The view from bedroom at the moment is a construction, so its not the best. Host was responsive. Make sure when you check in to check the starter pack as our toilet paper was low and there was not a backup,and we run out of it on 3rd day. Other than that easy check in and super easy check out.

We had a fantastic stay at the Icon in Brickell. The unit was spotless, well-appointed, and exactly as advertised. The views were nice, the gym and spa are legitimately elite! The location made it easy to get anywhere in Brickell or Downtown. Check-in was smooth, communication was fast and clear, and everything worked the way it should. Overall, a great experience and a place we’d gladly stay again.

Not helpful at all. Had to wait to get checked in. You can’t leave luggage at the reception. Had to give mg passport for a luggage cart. Not pleasant experiences. Was my worst Airbnb ever

Second year staying here This is our second year renting from Natalia and Sylvia. The location was perfect for us and the accommodations were wonderful. We especially loved the beautiful pool. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, and the bedroom was spacious and comfortable. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

ICON APARTMENT MIAMI Overall the apartment was neat and clean as I expected. We have stayed in the Icon several times over the past ten years. This apartment is beginning to show some wear and tear from rentals. The baseboards were very dusty in the bathroom, a light was burned out in the living room, the vanity mirrors were hung too high in the bathroom, only six hangers in the closet, and the bathtub so high it is very difficult to maneuver. However, we enjoyed our stay and it was fun to look out at the city which is ever growing bigger.
