Please check fine notes. This place is under renovation and very noisy, we flew from NY to enjoy balcony, pool, kids park area time but it turned out to be a boxed place with lots of of construction noise and all the amenities closed. Not worth kids break to spent for this kind of money. Go and get at hotel at ocean drive with all the noises 😜
We were 4 adult and 3 kids! apartment was spacious clean and with full of amenities. We really had a great time! Thank you for everything
Perfect for a family The apartment was perfect and exactly like the pictures! The area was a short distance from all the tourists spots we wanted to visit and there were places in the area where we could eat and shop.
Family vacation Beautiful condo, beautiful views of the city !! Condo was comfortable and had everything we needed.The beds were so comfortable and lots of linen provided.The showers were amazing as well.We were greeted as soon as we arrived at check in .Very close distance to many places in the area. My Suggestion take advantage of parking that host offers . I didn’t and spent a fortune at a parking deck across the street . Besides the parking situation we had great time.

Great Stay Just a quick get away with my daughters and this unit was a delight. Clean, easy building and great amenities. Will stay there again. Property manager found my checkbook and wallet and immediately reached out. Very cool.
Great Stay! The stay at Miami Downtown was fantastic! The location was super convenient with Whole Foods just 2 blocks away and Publix a short 6 blocks away. Being close to the mall was a plus. Communication was seamless via text, and the thoughtful gift was a nice touch. The pool was amazing, and the hot tub was a relaxing treat. We stayed with family and food choices didn't disappointed. Overall, a wonderful experience.
Brickell Gem! We had an impromptu staycation while our home was being fumigated. The condo was perfect for my family. Enough space and good internet for us all to work from home and do online school. The unit was wonderfully decorated, comfortable, well cleaned and had great amenities. I would highly recommend it to anyone I know coming in town. Thank you to the Miami Vacation Rentals team for being so hospitable. You had one very happy family!
Downtown Miami with a Big Pool The pool was closed down for 2 days because someone threw glass over the balcony. It was a bit of a party atmosphere with lots of young people renting condos the week we were there. The condo was great and just as advertised. Fernando and his company communicated very well. This is why we booked the condo in the first place was great communication from the rental company. I would only caution that for families with children, it is a high rise with key cards and limited access for little ones to run around freely. We had to share elevator key cards and show a different card for pool entrance. The security was good, yet the pool did close down due to things getting thrown off balconies, which was inconvenient. I didn't always feel safe getting on the elevator when a group of 4 would try to get on with us due to COVID. We actually told some groups to wait for the next elevator and showed them the sign that said 2 ppl per elevator unless you're a family, then a family of four. I wish there would have been elevator attendance or something to monitor what was going on on each floor since it was kind of a party atmosphere. The view was fantastic. We usually rent houses on VRBO vs condos, so this was a different experience.
Value for money. Great staff Positive: The views and location were amazing Negative: There was construction going on in the elevator area which meant long waits for elevators but the property itself was very good.
Great Place to stay in Miami This is a great place to stay in Downtown Miami with beautiful view and great management. We stayed for a week during Christmas and really enjoyed.
AMAZING LOCATION, VIEW & CHECK IN PROCESS The check in process was seamless, Thru text message super responsive and quick. I needed to extend my stay and was super simple to do so! The view is absolutely incredible, absolutely clean - and appears to take pride in doing so! This view… it does not get any better. I have stayed in the ICON many times and this 2 bedroom was hands down the best. You wont be disappointed!!!
Perfect location and property managers on Brickell! The Icon is the perfect location on Brickell!!!...we had a girls' weekend of 4 old friends from high school and 2 of us live in Miami so we know the area...although after boooking this property manager needed to move us to another unit they manage they sent us their many options and we were able to pick from their myriad of units...the one we rented was just as nice and we had a perfect weekend! Francisco and Silvia were super responsive and Franscisco met us in the lobby at check in and even helped us take up our luggage and groceries! We had access to all of the Icon amenities - spa, pool deck (PARTY!!!) bar restaurant, etc. The Icon location is no more than a 5-10 minute Uber from ANYWHERE and EVERYWHERE you want to be in the 305 so do not hesitate to book this unit or any of Silvia and Francisco's units!!!!!!
Muy agradable la estancia, el apartamento es bonito y acogedor. Tal cual como se ve en las imágenes, tiene una vista espectacular y las camas son muy muy cómodas. La comunicación con el host estupenda, solicitamos más utensilios de cocina y nos ayudaron de forma correcta. Sugiero que deben equipar con más utensilios (ollas y sartén) la cocina. Pero 100% recomendado

Great communication
Check in was absolutely terrible! Had to sit in the downstairs of a lobby for three hours waiting to hear from someone bc the code they provided to get into the unit didn’t work. The description was misleading. Said there was construction occurring but didn’t state it was right next to the unit which was loud and shook the unit. Unprofessional and would never recommend to anyone.

The place was a great spot, close to restaurants and shops, valet parking was very diligent. We unfortunately weren’t able to enjoy the views we chose this stay for. Balconies were closed, the doors were wedged from the outside due to renovations and the windows were covered in a plastic film. None of this was explained to us, we were only made aware that we shouldn’t leave patio distingue or anything out on the balconies. The only downfall was paying for a nice view that we were not able to enjoy. Other than that, this place was great stay and the hosts were very helpful.

The pictures of this beautiful condos do not do it enough justice! The views are absolutely AMAZING! It’s very clean, modern, comfortable, and well stocked! This is one of my all time favorite stays and would recommend it to anyone visiting Miami!

Bright Spacious Classy Condo With Bay Views The living spaces and bedrooms were fantastic, the balcony views were fabulous, and the whole condo was wonderful. Checking in is a bit involved, but nothing awful. We loved the place and its central location in Miami. Our host was also great - maintained consistent, timely communication throughout the entire process.

Amazing Views, Great Location, Average Cleanliness We loved the natural light and amazing views -- it looked just like the pictures. The location was very convenient and walkable to many places. The most disappointing part was the cleanliness. It said the place was sanitized but it did not appear so. The nightstand had someone's old contact lenses on it, my bed had hair on it that was not mine and we ended up having to clean the place ourselves using Clorox wipes we brought. The walls, furniture, and floors all had scuff marks and dirt/dust on it. The details matter and we were disappointed by the lack of upkeep. Overall we did have a good stay and management was very responsive.
Very nice apartment/condo with great amenities, but check-in unnecessarily difficult and cumbersome. This property is nice and as advertised. Pool, spa and location are great. A few things did not work and were not addressed. Everyone was friendly, but there were delays in the communication and my primary complaint is how unnecessarily difficult and cumbersome the check-in process is. I had to check in twice online, then every person has to do a lengthy check-in process when they arrive (even though you already submitted it online) and THEN they send you to the stinky basement loading dock to do another check-in for the amenities and get a digital pass. You get stuck in the stinky basement because there is only one elevator and they won't let you use stairs because they are for "employees only" - and you are standing there for 15 minutes waiting for the elevator thinking why are we in the stinky basement next to the garbage getting an amenities pass? It just makes no sense. And, by the way, every person in your party also has to do this. This completely takes away from the "luxury" experience. And they treat you like a criminal if you cannot find your amenities pass or god forbid you don't bring all your towels to the attendant. And they bombard you with lengthy text messages telling you all the things you must do or you will be charged this or that fee.
Great view Fantastic view over Miami Bay. Nice pool area and a serviceminded host. The apartment has a central location for everything.
WOW!!! Yes, the checkin process is a bit much. Lots of documentation and they want a copy of your ID and take your picture… BUT after you get through that, the property is amazing! Beautiful views with all the comforts of home. Lots of transportation options and restaurants nearby. Very walkable area. Would definitely stay again.
The View ... Wow! We all said, "Whoa" as soon as we walked into this 47th floor corner unit. The views ... night and day ... were absolutely amazing. We could see everything from the sunrise over the bay, to multiple draw bridges opening and closing, to busy nightlife, to sharks in the Miami river!
Miami chic with hassles It's a gorgeous view on the 47th floor. Very clean. Amazing spa included. Valet parking is a nightmare and 42 per day. Traffic to get out of the hotel is a nightmare. Checkin and checkout security details are a lot. Like....a whole thing. And top it off with a jackhammer in an adjacent condo going steady our whole stay from 9am til 5pm. It's a beautiful place for sure. These are million dollar condos. But there are some hassles you have to deal with to enjoy that beauty.
Nice stay in Miami This corner unit is comfortable and well appointed with a great view. Large living spaces, bathrooms, and closets — plenty of space to spread out. Communication was excellent and we were met by the host manager at check in. Unfortunately there was an issue in the building and the pool, spa, and fitness center were unavailable until the day we left, so I cannot comment on those amenities.
Spectacular The wow factor for sure! When you open the door to this condo, it screams MIAMI! The floor to ceiling windows/the balcony/the decor! At night it is truly magical. You are able to see waterways, ocean, parked yachts etc etc. 47 floors up is a whole new world. The layout of the condo was perfect. We cooked every morning and night and had all the utensils we needed. The elevators work quickly, the lobby smelled so good we bought the scent to take home with us. The location is close to many assorted restaurants and shopping. Whole Foods was two blocks away! We would highly recommend this place and the people that manage it. They were in constant contact, eager to make our stay memorable!

Great hosts I was very happy with this apartment. The property pictures were accurate. It was nicely furnished, very clean, and comfortable. This is the second time I have stayed in the ICON residences and I like the location and the building facilities. I will definitely stay with this host again.
Downtown Miami Check in process could have been confusing in such a large complex but was seamless and very personal, with a very friendly team member available by phone or text. Condo was unbelievable with floor to ceiling windows, balconies with amazing views and Miami contemporary design. Beds were great, shower was powerful and kitchen well stocked. And then the spa with steam rooms, sauna, pools, hot tubs, etc etc. Would be 10 stars if possible.
Two week break Excellent apt , great facilities. Unfortunately the lift waiting times can be up to 20 mins depending on time of day especially at weekends. It helped being on the top floor. Unfortunately those below had trouble getting on as full.
Unbeatable view and spacious condo but We don’t have any complaints about the condo, actually IT IS great, but the property manager has no control of behavior of temporary residents. It is a bit crazy going up and down on the elevators with people smoking, and our floor continuously smell. A lot of partying going around, so it is not the ideal family retreat. Otherwise, we recommend this stay.
Clean and Updated Property with a view The check in process through me off a bit but I contacted the host as the staff recommended and she responded immediately and came over within minutes for the check in process. She made it very easy. She was super attentive and checked in on us throughout the stay. The property is very secure and we felt very safe. The location is perfect to walk to restaurants or the Whole Foods. The property was extremely clean and updated as in pictures. The beds were very comfortable and clean: The view was incredible and our favorite part of the property. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Cannot thank the host enough for being so responsive and answering all of my questions.
Nice Views, Noisy Party Environment Perhaps it’s not fair to judge Icon by its pandemic spring break scene, but that is when we were there. Our apartment was clean and nicely decorated with good sheets, towels and robes. The views were terrific, and the 50-meter pool is really nice. . Unfortunately the hallways and even the balcony smelled like marijuana almost all the time, and the noise from the nearby construction was constant. Elevators were often packed with mask-less people. Social distancing was very difficult to maintain. I’d that’s the scene you like, this is your place.

Sky high oasis with beautiful views From the beginning to the end our stay was a breeze. Condo is clean, beautifully decorated with breathtaking views. From now on this is our chosen location in the Miami area. We will most certainly be back ASAP. Thank you!

Miami Dec stay The check in process was seamless. The property manager was very communicative and helpful. Maria provided local restaurant recommendations and insights to (Covid safe) activities in the area. She was great to coordinate on the day of arrival. The condo was clean and the views were amazing. Waking up to the water and city views really nice. The sizes of both rooms were a lot larger than I anticipated. The bathrooms were well stocked and spacious as well. Overall, I really enjoyed the stay and will be renting the same location going forward.
Picture Perfect This place was exactly like the pictures! It was clean and the views were spectacular. I wanted to be close to Ocean Drive, but could not find anything, and I’m glad I didn’t. We were close to everything and only 15 minutes away from Ocean Drive. I would definitely stay here again.
