Super cute space with everything we needed for a weekend. The trundle beds were perfect for our 2 kids. The building amenities are great - we used the gym, pool and parking. Location absolutely rocks with all restaurants, shops, and just a couple miles to UM. Kitchen has enough dishes to do some cooking, though we did not use much. We will definitely consider staying here again while our son is in college.
I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this rental! It was exactly as pictured. It was perfect for me and my daughters. I loved how there was a kitchette with all you need to cook. The rental was very clean and I slept so well on the bed. The location is perfect with plenty of things to do in walking distance. I will definitely be staying here again!!
Perfect location! Went with my daughter, who attends UM, for a few days. Location and apartment/condo was everything we needed! Love the pink and decor vibe of this place. Wine and nespresso coffee pods included in great kitchenette! Parking is easy as well! Walk to restaurants and shops. Pool views are pretty as well. Would definitely stay here again!
Good stayed overall except chicked in process Good location for family. Restaurant and store closed by. Fairly clean unit. Picture looks better than the real Apt. Pool was good. Restaurant close due to constructreas. I'm giving only 3 starts because the check in process. We supposed to check in at 4pm. Our plan arrived around 2pm. So I asked if we could check in a couple hours early? They said no. Which is totally understand and fine with us. We just went to the restaurant close by and had our late lunch and wait until 4pm. When we get there at 4pm the front desk people won't check us in and give us the room key 🗝️ because we book through VRBO. They only check in the people that book through other sites as hotel. It's confusing I know. So part of the hotel own by one company and another part own by different company. I guess my part of the unit that I stayed doesn't have well communication with the front desk people. so I called the number they give me, she picked up and said the manager is around, he will be here soon. Wait and wait. 30-40 minutes later he showed up and talk to the front desk people. They supposed to check me in but they didn't know. And it happened to many people same problem just like me as their mentioned in their conversation. Overall it's a good stayed as long as they smooth out the check in process. Would I stay here again in the future? Maybe. I think I would book through the (Arya hotels) site instead. It's cheaper that way.
Perfect Family Accommodations We stopped over in Coconut Grove for 2 nights. The unit is inside the Arya Hotel. The beds are comfortable. There was plenty of space for our children on the trundle bed. The rooftop pool was heated and the views were beautiful. Location was great. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend.
Great place & great location Apartment was very clean and beautiful - I have to admit the raspberry pink was a selling point! The view was spectacular, beds super comfortable, big bathroom, excellent shower. Size was perfect for the four of us - our boys turned 18 during our stay. The table and four chairs were super to have as was the table and two chairs on the balcony. Pool and hot tub were excellent although we wished they were open later in the evening since we would've loved to have lounged in both after our days out and about exploring. The parking pass was handy and the parking garage nice. We would have liked an extra bed pillow as there were only three. We made do with the decorative pillows. I could have used an extra blanket and had to use the complimentary robe as one. There were two evenings that our neighbors on the other side of the connecting door were obnoxiously loud, swearing, yelling, jamming to music and smoking marijuana. Luckily it only happened twice during our six night stay and they quieted down around 10:00. I wouldn't have wanted small children to be exposed to that. The batteries in the thermostat went dead and I reached out to the manager who said he'd send a maintenance man but no one ever came. I reached out twice. Luckily, we could leave the door to the patio open at night as it was cool enough. We finally used the batteries in one of the TV remotes. Future guests, bring your own shampoo and soap! The complimentary soap, shampoo & conditioner lasted one day with our family of four. In spite of that short list, we rate our stay with five stars. We'd come back!
The apartment was perfect for our family and the neighborhood was delightful! clean, walkable, fun! The neighborhood had everything you’d need...great food for breakfast lunch and dinner as well as fun dessert and bakery options. View was beautiful and the pool was enjoyable with live music in the evening. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great Location My girls and were in town to visit family for an extended weekend. This was our first girls trip together so far from home. First, what we really thought was great: We really enjoyed the view and balcony from our room on the 18th floor. The room was comfortable and quiet. The lobby was beautiful decorated and parking was a breeze. The building was located near restaurants, shopping and sightseeing, most within walking distance. Most important to me is that I felt like we were in a safe area. People were kind and the general mood of the area was relaxed. Some things that were a bummer: Unfortunately two of the four elevators in the building were out of service. Which led to a level of frustration that was noticable amongst guests. Also, we were notified shortly before our stay that the pool would be closed during our visit. The elevator issue was tolerable for us but the pool being closed was truly a bummer. The check in/check out process was easy, the stay was managed by Miami Vacation Rentals, that was not made clear on the VRBO site, I suppose it's possible I missed it being mentioned in the listing. Communication response time was very fast, however, I had contact with several different people via text and in person regarding our stay. I didn't like that part of the experience. I'd prefer one point of contact. All in all we had a fantastic time. And we will continue to explore travel options like VRBO for future travels.

Coconut Grove Gem This VRBO stay was the perfect place for my partner and I. It is in the heart of Coconut Grove, with tons of restaurants, shops and bars within a short walk away. The room had everything we needed for 5 nights - a small kitchenette w/ fridge, balcony with a view, safe parking spot, and even an extra bed. The place was clean, and the check-in process was very easy. Highly recommend!
Excellent Stay My wife and I had a terrific time staying at this property. The location and the accommodations were both excellent. I would highly recommend staying here if you like to park the car and spend some time in the local neighborhood as well.
Location was great. It is close to many restaurants and cafes. Check in was a bit confusing as instructions seemed to to suggest that there was a code, but there wasnt. We were only given one extra trash bag for the room for 4 days, and we were instructed to buy more. Kitchen was very small but had had enough equipments. If you have a stroller, you have to carry it up the stairs at the entrance of the building or go all the way round behind the building with the cars to use their accessible route.
Mom and 17 & 20 year old daughters Girl trip We had so much fun and it’s partly to do with just how perfect this condo was. Such a beautiful view (at sunrise, during the day, at night!) and the space was perfect for the 3 of us to sleep. I’m sure a 4th would be no problem. We were within walking distance to great restaurants and I got Starbucks for my girls each morning. Walked around one morning and found a little grocery store and walked back with a few bags of groceries and made a healthy meal for lunch with the bottle of wine given to us for staying. Messaged the host bc I couldn’t figure out the stove and they messaged back immediately and I was able to use the stove top. Used the fitness center a couple times and went to the rooftop pool. We drove to South Beach to layout and shop based on a recommendation by our waiter Gabriel at Jaguar and that was beautiful (girls had to go to Brandy Melville?). Also went to a Marlins game and swung by to see what University of Miami looks like. We were only there for 3 nights but packed in a lot. Highly recommend this place in Miami!! Especially if you are with your daughters and they like to post to Instagram or snap chat bc the views are so pretty. They absolutely loved it and it was a great memory to make 😊
Great location Very clean room. Great location, walked to everything. The pool was clean and plenty of lounge chairs. We stayed 11 days. We did not use kitchen so can’t comment on that. The only complaint, and it’s a small one, is the lifts in the building take forever to come when some were not working which was often. Would definitely stay again.
Positive Experience, hope the narrative provides a full picture We spent four days in Miami. Coconut Grove was an ideal location (i'd rate the location 10/10). Coconut Grove itself is lively and full of good shops and restaurants. Easy drive access to other attractions. This VRBO is a room in a hotel that is owned/managed outside of the hotel. The property managers were great to work with, very accommodating and responsive (id rate them 10/10). The hotel grounds are very nice and the pool area on floor 8 was great to relax and had awesome views. The elevators and parking garage were all good (i'd rate the hotel grounds as 9/10). The photos of the room are accurate but definitely place the room in a positive light. In reality, it's definitely starting to show some wear and tear and is primarily an IKEA-furnished room (i'd rate the room at 7/10). We are big coffee drinkers, so only having the nespresso pod machine was a drag. There was an Xfinity cable box but never figured it out (if it worked), so TV is limited to internet programming, but it was OK (just no NFL during playoffs). We used kitchenette for breakfast, but it would be hard to cook a bigger meal there. Having kitchen towels and a few more kitchen essentials would have helped. Room was not bad but want others to know what you are getting. Would stay there again.
Stayed April 2021 This place is beautiful and looks just like the pictures. Very clean, well maintained with very comfortable beds. Great location too...very trendy neighborhood with waterfront parks, nice local shops and many different choices of restaurants a block or two away. The neighborhood is quiet and good for families. The restaurants have bars and good night choices for night life. The pool in the hotel is a definite plus and has awesome views. This is definitely a good place to use as home base if you're looking to get out and explore. We did day trips to Key Biscayne, Key Largo and Islamorada. All these places have public beaches with things to do....kayaking in the mangroves, bike rentals, jet skis etc. Great choices if you're looking to get away from Miami Beach to quieter places. Parking pass came with the unit and was a definite plus since parking in the area seemed challenging and pricey. Everyone in the hotel was friendly and helpful. I would love to come back again! Parking was easy and secure. The pool was warm and clean, and the view from the pool was beautiful. The location was perfect. We were able to walk all over the neighborhood. The studio could use some dish towels and a regular coffee maker.
Had a very good stay with miami vacation rentals! Loved how secure the building was the staff was super helpful in the hotel as well. Loved the access and safety of the parking deck and the overall neighborhood was a gem! It was walkable and had some many restaurants and places to venture to! I would definitely book again and recommend!

If you want to stay in Coconut Grove, look no further! This apt is very clean, spacious and comfortable and has an amazing view from the balcony. Check in and check out could not have been easier and it’s just a few minutes away from Coco Walk and the more commercial part of the Grove (restaurants, ice cream shops, CVS, bookstores, shops, etc.).

Great BNB for the weekend! Located 25 minutes from South Beach, placing you close enough to the fun, yet still providing peace away from the traffic and congestion. Will be booking again!

Overall, the experience was good. Check in was a but of a hiccup between my broken cell and needing to get clearance and access to my reservation. Nonetheless, the team worked it out after a while. After that, everything else went rather smoothly. The room was well stocked with everything we needed to feel comfortable.

Everything on the listing is extremely accurate and the place was very cozy. I read one of the reviews which mentioned something about some areas being dirty but that was not the case for us. The bathroom, main room, and kitchen were all extremely clean. We also had many restaurants and very nice places to walk to at night and during the day. There is also the Vizcaya museum, which is very close too. Beautiful place in general and great hosts. I would definitely stay again!

This property does not match the photos. It looks very clean and well kept in the photos. The property is not well kept. It was not to my standards but I tried to make the best of it. The bathroom was unclean, toilet seat was badly stained and dirty. I didn’t even want to sit on the toilet seat. I also had bug bites during my stay. The bathroom ceiling was stained. Wall paint was chipped and peeling. Just very unkempt overall. The free parking was good.

Only 2 elevators in the building were working and there were long lines to get on and it stopped at every floor. This unit needs to be painted and deep cleaned. The couch which is also a second bed is very dirty and should also be cleaned.
Ideal location for UM move in Only 2 miles away. Clean. Efficient and great location. We love being able to park our rental car for free and walk to coffee or dinner. With a variety of great restaurants nearby. Comfortable bed, plenty of sheets, paper products, shampoo. Nice views, balcony and motorized shades. Just need a new hairdryer for the bathroom. Great communication with property manager too. Will be back.

A wonderful room with a spectacular view! Very comfortable, artsy, and classy. We loved our stay in 1809 at the Arya Hotel. The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. The pool and common areas are very impressive! Parking is a breeze and very convenient. Anything you could want is in walking distance. Such a prefect area to enjoy lots of different types of food and ambiance. The proximity to the water is perfect! Kayak rentals and more just a short walk away with lots of boats, tropical mangroves and small islands to explore.

Thank you! We had a great time. The room was great other than the fact that the blind was broken for a few days. We contacted The property manager but never heard back from her. In the future we will know to go directly to you. We don’t have a lot of experience with VRBO so we weren’t sure how that was handled. Thanks for fixing it.
