Modern 2BR Grove Suite with Bay Views — Guest Reviews

Not worth the money Don’t book this, it’s not worth the price. We stayed with our family for a wedding. The location and view is nice but this lacked in every other way. The floorboards in the kitchen were loose and dangerous to walk on. The fridge, had been repaired once but continued to be warm and full of condensation. The doors to the laundry room don’t shut. The floors are filthy, which is especially concerning since the baby was covered in dirt and dust every time he crawled.The kitchen sink water was lukewarm - far from hot enough to wash dishes or baby bottles. The tub was questionable, and without a stopper, it was difficult to give baby a bath. There was no hand soap in the bathroom or dish soap in the kitchen. They insisted I pay the balance a day early via a third party link that was texted to me outside of the VRBO app. It sounded sketchy but I confirmed with VRBO before paying.Resort amenities lacked - The restaurant was barely open and the pool bar seems to have been closed for quite some time. The customer service was not good. Despite being told check-in was at 4 PM, our room was not ready on time & heads up, the check-out time is strictly enforced at 11 AM. they will deactivate your key.I raised these concerns directly but, they were unapologetic and didn’t address a single issue. Overall, the location has potential but my experience here was disappointing. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously, as they impact the comfort and safety of guests.

Perfect Wedding Weekend Getaway Beautiful views! The view from this property is so stunning, even on a rainy and cloudy day. Overall the property is pretty well kept, except for minor wear and tear. We had a few plumbing issues that took multiple tries to resolve but the property manager was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. The employees at Hotel Arya were also phenomenal! Specifically one of the over night supervisors. Overall great experience!

Excellent apartment It’s a beautiful 2 masters bedrooms with 2 and 1/2 bathrooms, great condominium, great location with lots of restaurants walking distance. The best experience of my stay was the professional attention from Natalia and Silvia. They were amazing, always in contact with me. They are truly professionals and care about us. Incredible view!!! Everything was working great. Just don’t bring a long SUV or oversized truck. Parking spots are for Normal size SUV

Absolutely perfect! Coconut Grove is the PERFECT area to stay in with family! Amazing food! Incredible views! The condo was in PERFECT condition. The owners set us up easily and quickly. We’ll be back FOR SURE! Can’t wait!!

This apartment was beautiful, with great views in a very nice location. Walkable to parks, shops, and great restaurants. The apartment itself was extremely comfortable with everything we needed.

Beautiful views, stellar location near the Grove (walking distance to cocowalk area), very comfortable stay. After some confusion at check-in due to a mistakenly bolted door, it was a flawless stay. VERY responsive host, helpful lobby staff, clean unit, comfy beds, everything worked. Would stay here again and highly recommend it!

Coconut Grove Condo We enjoyed our stay st Natalia and Silvia’s Coconut Grove Condo. The apartment was as presented in the pictures and listing description. The location is ideal to walk around, plenty to see and do. Hosts were very responsive to queries. The apartment was clean and the views were quite relaxing. Thank you for a very nice stay.

La posizione e' semplicemente imbattibile, a pochi passi da tutti i migliori ristoranti e negozi della zona, con affaccio diretto sulla baia e sugli splendidi parchi che la circondano. Dall'appartamento si gode una vista meravigliosa e rilassante con ambienti luminosi, arredati in modo semplice, ma molto colorato e gradevole. L'unita', tenuta in condizioni quasi impeccabili, e' molto funzionale e corredata di tutto l'occorrente, inserita all'interno di un hotel di medio alto-livello, certamente non di lusso ma con tutti i servizi fondamentali, compresi palestra e piscina panoramica. Plus di valore inestimabile a Miami, il self parking incluso nella tariffa. Host estremamente reattivo ed efficace nelle comunicazioni. Per le procedure di check-in e check-out si puo' contare sulla reception dell'hotel, quindi con la massima garanzia di trovare sempre qualcuno. Consigliatissimo!

Better than described Could not have been better. Gorgeous views, clean and well stocked for towels etc. Lovely bottle of wine complimentary, and very walkable to all grove activities. Free parking, easy check in. Responsive management. We all had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

Floor to ceiling vacation We have stayed in several flats and residences both in the US and abroad. This property was first-rate; a treat! 17 floors up overlooking the marina with a nice wrap-around balcony (table, chairs). The flat appears to have been recently remodeled; a new coat of paint, new appliances and comfy beds (quiet neighborhood despite central location). The South Florida design and decor were tastfully done and functional. There were plenty of restaurant choices within walking distance. And, the staff did an excellent job, making certain our vacation was a restful and enjoyable experience (thanks much, Natalia and Silvia!).

Uncleanliness issues we had staying in the condo: (1) 3 roaches which were the only ones I was able to get pictures of because there were definitely more. (2) Freezer leaking water which one of us could’ve slipped. (3) Toilet in the master bedroom was not working properly to flush. The toilet lever was so loose that we had to manually flush the toilet (4) Lastly, the oven still had a pan left with food crumbs which was making all the roaches come out even more.
