Beautiful view! Very beautiful view of the marina. Great pool for kids to swim in that doesn’t go over 4 feet deep! Loved the location and proximity to family friendly places. Checkout peacock park across the street if you visit with kids.
Perfect location! We stayed here to bring our son to The U. The location was perfect and the place was perfect.
Lovely Neighborhood Vibe We loved our stay! It was perfect for our family vacation, offering a beautiful view and great accommodations, all tucked into a lovely neighborhood, a short drive to many family-friendly attractions and numerous beaches!
The condo was spotless and everything from the check in process to checking out was simple. The area of Coconut Grove is beautiful and anything you need from food, drinks, shopping is an easy walk. The view is amazing but if you have an issue with heights you might just want to stay off the balcony but it is an incredible sunrise to wake up to every morning. We will be back again! Plus the little extra complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch....
Perfect getaway We loved the view of the bay and boats, and would spend most of the time on the balcony just relaxing and taking in the view. We’ve stayed several places in Miami, but love this one because of the location and felt like we were able to really relax. The unit was so comfortable and clean, and at the end of the hall so never heard our neighbors. It felt very private. The pool even had nice views and quiet during the week. We also loved walking to many great restaurants and even a cinema with reclining seats. Everything in Miami, like Miami Beach and Downtown Brickell, was a short drive away, and the parking garage in the building always had spaces at any hour we arrived back in the evening. Overall, we had a great stay and look forward to going back!!
Well appointed apartment in a great location The apartment is very clean with amazing views. Good restaurants and bars in walking distance. Everything else we needed or wanted to see was jut an Uber ride away. I would definitely stay here again!
U Miami Graduation Perfect location for UM graduation
Best view in Miami I hesitate to write a review because I'd like to keep this one to myself! We stayed here for our son's graduation from the U and could not have been more pleased. We have been staying in the Grove for a few years but this was our first time at this property. It was exactly as pictured and excellent in every way! The communication with the management company was incredible. They replied quickly to questions and checked in with us as well. We will be back! Go Canes!
Best weekend ever This was an amazing experience overall, I definitely will be booking with Natalia and Silvia in the future. It was 100 out of 10 experience for me and my girlfriend, we were happy with the decision of choosing this room and this hotel in general. The hosts where always there to answer any questions we had and provide us with the best service. The view was amazing, the room was amazing. If you want to book this room don’t even think twice about it.
Mrs & Mr Lovely condo , beautiful decoration, very french mediteranean style. All new and perfect conditions. Amazing place to relax, enjoy the terrace at sunset, the view from this condo is breathtaking . Great restaurant in the building and in the area of the Grove. No car needed ! Will definitively book again for Christmas this year with family. Thanks!

Best View in Miami This is the one! Clean and neat. Plenty of space. Comfortable. Incredible view. Great restaurant on the lobby. Parking included. A phenomenal value. No issues. Comfortable beds. Hot hot shower. Watching boats move around the marina from the balcony is way more relaxing that TV. Perfect perfect weather. And on the 19th floor, you’re above bugs. No flys, bees, nothing. You can sit outside and not be bothered. This is a “must see” place.

Coconut Grove is an amazing area with top notch restaurants and a small then vibe. Arya is very centrally located with great walkability. The unit itself was very nice, clutter free and clean. The views of key biscayne are beautiful. The couch was light colored and slightly worn, The communication with Miami vacation rentals was clear and prompt. Overall great stay.

Great Place!!! My second time staying with this host at different properties and they are so easy to work with. I was arriving late and they could not have made it easier for me to get checked in Property was actually understated in the listing. The view is fantastic, big screen TV’s everywhere and comfortable furnishings. Neighborhood is great with plenty to do and a short drive to anywhere in the Miami Metro area.

Gorgeous Views Aside from the bedding in one of the rooms being dirty and a smelly, lack of kitchen items, the property and the customer service was impeccable. Would totally recommend this place and would stay here again if ever in the area.

As expected with wonderful views As expected and pictured. The view of the marina was nice. This place is a. It of a drive from the main strip which is what I preferred. Only issue was the master bathroom tub needed to be snaked as it drained extremely slowly. I reported it and it was never fixed so had to shower in backed up tub water. Everything else was lovely. Would stay again if tub issue gets rectified.
Beautiful Place The view, 10 stars!! The location, 10 stars! It was a nice place to stay for a long weekend. The location in Coconut Grove was amazing, lots to do....many places to eat! A good spot to just view the water. The pool was great, wish it stayed open longer...still only open till 6-6:30pm, it opens late too...after 10am. The hot tub is under construction.....which was very disappointing as I chose this place as it had a hot tub. All in all, a great place. I would stay here again if I was in the area.

Wonderful property! Breath taking view!! This property was wonderful! Just as pictured and described! The view from the balcony was breathtaking! Walking distance to great restaurants and shops! We enjoyed the pool just wish It didn't close at 6 pm. The only thing I would recommend is another couch/love seat in the living room instead of the the 2 chairs where you can't really get comfortable to watch tv if you have multiple people in your party....and maybe some new pots/skillets for cooking. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Gorgeous Getaway This location is absolutely gorgeous! Check in and check out is smooth and easy. The managers were very accomodating and attentive to everything. The location has a beautiful pool with a hot tub and loved that you have an option to get breakfast at a very reasonable price too. Highly recommend it! We will definitely come back.

Excellent stay!! Property was beautiful and clean! View was very relaxing sitting out on the patio. Only thing is I wish the pool was open a little longer. It rained most of the time so we only got to the beach once so would of been nice to come and hang out by the pool as it stopped raining. Other than that, everything was great. Such a beautiful location!
Lovely Vacation Stay The view is probably the highlight of this very nice condo. We literally could have sat out there all day every day. The facility managers were so easy to communicate with and very responsive! The only reason it’s not a 5 out of 5 is because the unit could have been a bit cleaner as there were stains on the tables and someone left a dirty clothing item on the side of the dresser that we had to toss. Other than that it was truly a pleasant stay!
Absolutely stunning property Truly enjoyed our stay, gorgeous view. The only frustration was the check in process which indicated 3p and 4p (conflicting) The pool is also closed at 6p, so we did not get the opportunity to use it. Outside of those points the apt was well suited and the property managers very helpful.

Great unit! We stay at the Sonesta a lot and this is a new unit for us. The view was amazing from the 19th floor and the decorating was all done in wonderful Natalia style!
Relaxing We had a wonderful, relaxing experience.. The only suggestion would be a larger coffee maker. We had 4 people and the 2 cup did not work for us. We would return to Sanesta.
Wonderful I don't think the views could get in better anywhere in Miami. Located a very convenient and nice area of town, Coconut Grove, that has a plethora of great restaurants to choose from including a Fresh Market just down the street a couple of blocks. Furniture and furnishing were all nice and very well appointed. If the need to be in the Miami area presents itself again I will definitely look into the availability of this unit.

Increíble departamento y vista! Lo mejor que hay! Estamos acostumbrados a viajar y hospedarnos en diversos hoteles y departamentos, y la verdad es que este departamento supero totalmente nuestras expectativas! Al entrar en el, uno siente un agradable perfume de mango y es cautivado por la luz que entra por los grandes ventanales que dan sobre la marina de Coconut Grove. La vista panoramica desde la amplia terraza es totalmente asombrosa y es el lugar ideal para los aperitivos y brindis de media tarde! El departamento es muy moderno, limpio, minimalista y a la vez con una decoración muy cálida y agradable. Esta totalmente equipado y con muy buen gusto, ademas de estar localizado en una de las mejores ubicaciones de la zona, ya que se puede ir caminando a los malls y restaurantes. El edificio posee una piscina y jacuzzi en las alturas lo cual ofrece un lugar perfecto para relajar y tomarse unos tragos en el bar o comer unas buenas hamburguesas con sweet potato fries en el restaurante. Nuestra estadía de 5 días fue maravillosa y estamos decididos en volver ahí en nuestro próximo paso por Miami! Totalmente recomendable!
The best view of Coconut Grove, everything perfect! Must book! We arrived after a long flight from Dubai and as soon as we stepped in, it felt like holidays. The appartment is very clean, very modern, beautifuly furnished and with great taste (even the smell was delicious!). We enjoyed 3 amazing days and the big terrace overlooking the whole Marina and sea was a big plus. The location is excellent, with many shops and great restaurants walking distance. The pool on a high floor also makes it a great spot to relax while still enjoying the great view of the sea. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting the best! We will book again. Thank you
