Nice place, nice location, worth the money

This place looked exactly like the photos & was clean with great views! I’d definitely stay again when I’m back in Miami! Perfect for a solo traveler.

Excellent property. I’d stay again Positive: It’s a great location in Miami. There is lots to do within walking distance from the hotel. The property is well maintained and the staff is friendly. The self serve coffee/espresso machine in the lobby is a bonus. There are plenty of parking spots in the garage. My room was very comfortable and clean. It had a great view too. The pool area is a great place to relax or so some work in the shaded areas. It’s a great spot to watch the sunsets too. Negative: I wish there was a restaurant/bar on site.

Definitivamente es un lugar al cual regresaría. El entorno tiene muchos lugares a los cuales puede llegar caminando y también está cerca del centro de Miami. El apartamento contaba con estacionamiento lo cual es excelente y Coconut Grove es la mejor ubicación no está llena de turismo y permite tener un ambiente tranquilo y agradable. Así mismo el apartamento amplio y sobre todo contaba con lo necesario para hacer de una estadía cómoda. Puedes hacer uso de las amenidades del edificio y en todo momento nos sentimos seguros al entrar y salir. Hay muchos restaurantes cerca los cuales todos sirven comida deliciosa y también hay lugares para tomar café todo siempre en un entorno tranquilo.

Our stay at the Arya Residence in Coconut Grove was absolutely perfect. As frequent visitors to Coconut Grove who usually stay at the Mayfair or Mr. C, we decided to try this private residence for a change, and we couldn’t have been happier. The amenities were fantastic – I enjoyed the gym every morning, and having free parking for our rental was a game changer. Check-in was seamless, and the location was unbeatable – right across from the park for our daughter and within walking distance to all our favorite shops and restaurants. The owners went above and beyond, even welcoming us with a chilled bottle of white wine. It’s these thoughtful touches that set this stay apart. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect Coconut Grove getaway.

I would stay here again! Positive: Location! Amazing view! And love being able to walk to all the shops and restaurants! Appreciate the extra blankets & bottle of wine & waters! Thank you! Negative: Super thin walls. Could hear our neighbors very badly. Also, no instructions of where to park or where the suite was located. It did not say anything about being located inside Arya hotel. We were very confused. Also the pool was rusted in areas.

This Airbnb was perfect and exactly what we were looking for! The host was extremely responsive and helpful, and the room was set up beautifully by the time we arrived. One thing to note for future guests: checking in and parking can be a little tricky, especially if you’re driving a larger vehicle. There’s a small area marked with a valet sign where you can briefly park to run in, check in, and grab your keys. After that, you’ll use the key to access the parking garage. Space is limited, so you’ll want to be mindful when parking since other guests will be doing the same. Some of the turns and spots are on the tighter side—I drive a newer Tacoma and had to take it slow, but it was manageable. Overall, the stay was wonderful and I’d definitely recommend it!

We had a great stay! Our host was great as well. We’ll definitely be booking this or one of their many other beautiful properties again.

Quarto extremamente limpo, bem decorado, cama muito confortável, banheiro limpo e espaçoso, roupas de cama e muitas toalhas extras, o anfitrião se mostrou atento aos mínimos detalhes para deixar nossa estadia confortável e plena. Ainda ganhamos uma garrafa de vinho como cortesia. Adoramos o local, pretendemos voltar mais vezes :)

Beautiful and clean building! You can tell the host really cared for their clients' needs and their experience to be memorable. Wifi would go in and out in the beginning but after a moment with patience, it's consistent after that.

They were amazing. When I come back to Miami for vacay. I will be back. Thank you so much!

Was too small for my liking

We liked everything. A great spot to vacation and a great place to stay!

Great location. Nice room with good view. The room was small but adequate. Lacked a comfortable chair, but had a large walk-in shower. The hotel breakfast buffet was ok, but the scrambled eggs and bacon were almost cold. I recommend going to one of the many options nearby. The location is great!

Locked out until 1:30 AM The owner forgot to give me the key code and I couldn't get into my room until 1:30 in the morning. Absolutely terrible. Room was nice once we finally got in.
