Loved my stay in this 2-bedroom on the 45th floor! The beds were super comfy, we slept like babies with my friends. Communication with MVR as always is spot on, and the complimentary wine was such a nice touch. Even with the pool closed for building renovations, we cooked most of our meals in the unit and still enjoyed Brickell. We had an amazing dinner at Rusty Pelican and relaxed at the spa the next day. MVR seriously rocks, we’ll definitely be back!

Christmas Getaway in Miami We enjoyed a short getaway with friends at this property. It was perfect for two couples. The views were very nice! The kitchen had most items you might need to prepare meals if you prefer to eat in. The location is ideal. We were able to walk to restaurants, shopping and tour starting points. We felt the apartment could use a little maintenance. The master shower was leaking and most of the electrical sockets are very loose. When we plugged phone chargers and hair tools in they were not securely in the socket and did not have power. The site manager gets 5 stars. She was responsive and had a couple issues corrected immediately. A couple of burned out lightbulbs in the master bathroom needed replacing. Also, batteries for television remotes and the front door keypad were also replaced. Again, I have no complaints about the site manager who was professional, responsive and friendly. Overall, this apartment is very nice. It just needs a little maintenance work done. Once the work is complete, I would say it is a 5 star location.

Excellent location Space was good. Location was great. A ton of rules you have to follow at the property down to pool towels that seemed a bit extreme. One thing you cannot control was the air conditioning. So I found it to be hot and stuffy, especially when sleeping. When requested twice to lower, they lowered 1 degree. Also, the air will switch off randomly, they said it was because I kept the balcony door open, I didn't; I definitely did not want it hotter in there. But overall, I was there for work, it was close and clean. Location has great views. was

Overall a solid place! Hi Everyone, My business partner & i stayed here for a weekend & overall we did like it a lot! Here's the things that we didn't like: 1) when we got there we arrived at 9:02 & the booking manager arrived at 9:20 then had the audacity to ask us to pay her to her personal Zelle for arriving after 9pm... this one was a head scratcher. (we felt hustled) 2) do not forget to bring the essentials, Tooth brush, tooth paste, any drinking water etc. They will not supply it or help you get it. 3) The day of checkout there is no checking out late so make sure you have a place to store your luggage (ideally the rental car) for the day. We did not rent a car & the hotel nor the W Residences allowed us to store our luggage our final day after check-out (we basically had to baby-sit the luggage for the day & the pool area doesn't allow any luggage through). 4) otherwise this is an incredible apartment & a phenomenal location & the house managers did have incredible restaurant recommendations to help us with where to go & what to do. I hope you enjoy the spot!

A short stay to end our family vacation Pros. Since we were traveling as a family of 5, staying here made more sense than a hotel. We loved the location and it was right next door to a park with some amazing food trucks. We visited there daily. The views were beautiful. I felt at home being able to see the sunrise over the water each morning. (That is my daily morning routine). The place was very spacious and looked just like the pictures online. Laundry pods, extra trash bags, n dish soap was available. A welcome bottle of white wine and water were provided. Cons. The sheets on the pullout couch were dirty. Thankfully there were extras in the closet. This isn't a big deal, but I feel cold a lot. The second bedroom could have had a comforter. The bed Only a sheet and thin blanket. A thorough deep cleaning can be done. I'm a little OCD, so this could be a me issue. The floor in the living looked like something was spilled on it. I tried mopping it up but that didn't help. Dust were on vents. Also there was a stain on the extra bedding To most these may not be a big issue. This i don't believe is the host fault. But the check-in was a little frustrating. VRBO sent emails to make the check-in easier. I replied with all the details, however when we arrived we had to do everything again. It would be nice if both parties had a better communication process. Would I stay here again??? YES!!! The pros really outweighed the cons

Amazing view! Beautiful apartment! My family stayed for 2 nights in April. The apartment was just as advertised. The view was amazing! Walkable to many restaurants. Easy parking. Would stay again!

Beautiful and spacious! We booked this trip for a girls getaway. The apartment had gorgeous views and the hosts were wonderful and very attentive to all of my questions. The amenities are wonderful and I would love to stay here again. The Valet area is always busy and the elevators are excruciatingly slow so I recommend calling your Uber once your outside and closer to the street. We had a few instances where our Uber left us because of the amount of time it took to get down.

Center of Downtown Miami Great walking area including Bayfront Park. Short Uber ride to Little Havana, Loan Depot Ballpark and Key Biscayne golf, Miami Beach and South Miami.

Great condo! We loved our stay there. More upscale than a similar condo we stayed in recently. Clean and convenient.

Great stay with even better host The apartment was exactly as listed. The communication with the host was always 10/10. They have several units in the same building. Fransisco was always available for anything. We took the parking nearby instead of valet. Was cheaper and we loved the short walk through the park. Great location in brickell. Close to all the best restaurants and shopping. We will definitely rent again from them.

El lugar y el departamento excelentes, lo único que no me gustó es tener que llenar mis datos personales en un site externo que además no funcionaba bien, pero sobre todo solo me dijeron que el edificio estaba en mantenimiento obstaculizando la vista después de hacer la reserva y la pagué sin opción de cancelación. Como lugar de última hora funciona bien considerando que tratas con una empresa y no una persona que normalmente son más cercanos y claros.

Excellent place to stay, the apartment had 2 large sided views of the water paired with the high floor gave stunning views. The apartment was very spacious and clean. I will try to rebook same place if come back to Miami.

Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing due to cleanliness issues. Upon entering the unit, there was an unusual odor that I initially overlooked. However, I quickly noticed a large pill on the floor, which appeared to be an antibiotic, along with visible dirt, lint, and sticky residue on the couches. The dining table had food crumbs on it, the coffee table had stains, and the trash can was visibly dirty and stained. Overall, it appeared the unit had not been properly cleaned after the previous guest. This was especially concerning because I had requested early check-in and was told it was not possible due to cleaning. Based on the condition of the apartment when I arrived, it did not appear that a thorough cleaning had taken place. It seemed only the bed linens were changed. I stayed for less than two hours due to the unsanitary condition. Someone was sent to clean, but the cleaning lasted less than 10 minutes and consisted only of wiping surfaces, without sweeping, mopp

The air bnb was absolutely beautiful! It looked just like the pictures! I’ve stayed in the design district, Hollywood, and on Collins ave before and brickell area is where it’s located and ir definitely takes the cake. You really get the authentic Miami vibe! I loved it and the views WERE so serene. The amenities that you get with the air bnb are a plus too. The only thing I disliked was that there wasn’t a broom. I broke a glass cup and I really had no way to ensure there wasn’t any spec of glass left. Although I improvised the situation, it would have been way easier if I had a broom. Iverallll the best stay!

Great stay but be ready for a few bumps using facilities The condo is beautiful, just as shown. The property owner was very responsive. Check-in was smooth, but found out they didn’t have everyone checked in properly on our condo so we had issues accessing the facilities. Don’t assume any of your guest can access the pool or the fitness center.. I would even confirm that people staying with you will all be able to access it. Four of the six elevators were down one day and that was pretty frustrating, but it was only one day. Again, no issues with the property owners or the condo more so issues with the building and access. They’re a little funny about the pool, we were actually at the pool and went to the spa and on the way back the pool had closed and this is at like 12 in the afternoon. So we had to walk all around just to get back to our building.

Great but… Fantastic view and accommodations but accessing the pool after already validating identification upon checking in made me feel like I should now have top secret security clearances anywhere in the world. It actually became comical.

Great spot in Brickell Gorgeous property and views. Hosts were very communicative and friendly. The check-in process was a little intense and slightly confusing but the place itself was beautiful and clean. We also had one day of nice weather and the pool was amazing!

Never again at Icon The smell of Marijuana is ridiculous. I wasn't happy with the bed in the master, needs to be replaced. This was not a good experience. I will never stay at this property again!!!!!!!

Wonderful stay We had a wonderful stay at this appartement. Communication with the hosts was very easy and fast. Little problems were fixed immediatly. The location is perfect for discovering Miami. We would love to stay here again.

High Rise Views! This unit/property was beautiful! Amazing views. Property Manager was an excellent communicator and very accomodating. This was our first time in the Brickell area and was elated to be in walking distance of fine restaurants, shopping mall. Pool was unmatched! Concert venue was very close. Will definitely stay at this property again.

Best view of Brickell from condo Check-in unwelcoming by building staff. Owners rent out condo and building staff despise it. You feel it the entire time you step foot onto property. Not condo staff fault. The condos staff are great communicators, polite, helpful and courteous as they know what your about to encounter when you walk on property, That treatment was shocking yet we ignored it as you can too. Condo is worth it! Prepare to pay $45 a day for parking (no in/out and it’s chaotic all day/night). Jet bathtub doesn’t work. BOOK NOW🙏

Excellent Stay! We thoroughly enjoyed out stay at this property! The location is ideal - lots of great restaurants and night life but still close to the beach. The views were spectacular from the the room and we loved the corner location (it protected us from a lot of noise). The check in process was fairly simple and the staff very helpful. Would definitely stay again!

This is such a beautiful property, in the heart of the financial sector. The views are breath taking, which match the beautiful furnished condo. We loved the pool, gym, spa, and the fact that it was close to the metro rail made it even better! I highly recommend this property to you. Oh I was even able to order groceries before I arrived, and management put them in the kitchen for me. How awesome is that!!!!

The check in was not good for me. The entrance where's the cars come in could be organized better More pots are needed in the kitchen and dish towels. The view was beautiful and the apartment was just like the picture.Loved the area.

Icon Apt was exactly as listed. Beautiful and very clean. The gym was difficult, almost impossible, to use, but the pool was amazing and location was wonderful. Communication with the rental team was incredible; they were extremely responsive. We'd definitely return.
