The location is an A+. The views are A+. The apartment is OK. We had some stains on sheets, the floor was dirty, and the host owns a unit inside of a building that operates as a hotel / AirBnB / private residence. We experienced LOUD drilling during our stay (in the unit above us) and it was very hard to work. The host attempted to get us a conference room but it was a failure and the room had no wifi. Overall the stay was OK.
Great property great location. Would recommend. Only drawback is corporate rental requires passage of private information outside of Airbnb. Otherwise highly recommend.
We enjoyed our stay. Great accommodation with a beautiful view. Lots of wonderful restaurants nearby. We rented sea kayaks in the park across the street which was so much fun to be out on the bay.
Very nice stay, especially for the price.
Corridoi e hall dell’albergo sempre puliti e profumati!
Do better. You had two TVs and neither one of them worked the entire time I was there. How do you not know this?
Great Location, Great view, Great place overall.
The photos really don’t do this place justice! Such a beautiful property and absolutely spotless. The host was wonderful and super responsive, and we loved the location—so close to great shops and restaurants. We had such a lovely stay and would happily come back!
The place is great, amazing location in the grove, walkable to many restaurants and shops. The apartment has a beautiful view and it’s very comfortable. I do recommend. My only comment if you are staying long term, kitchen could be more complete and higher quality trash bags would be better.
Great location, super responsive! Appliances are a little outdated, but they work well. Overall, we would stay there again and are planning to. Love waking up to the bay in the morning!
Quick responses, great communication, clean place, & a great view! In a great location with lots of restaurants and shops just right downstairs.
Great apartment easy to deal with would stay again
Perfect pick for the best view of the bay in a clean, modern condo with great amenities and walkable to everything in Coconut Grove.
What a great stay! Thanks so much for being such a great host! Beautiful place and views!
We had an amazing time, thank you
10 out of 10, would stay here again! Owner was a great communicator, very easy to teach. The home was exactly what we needed and we could not have been happier.

Some problems with A/C; the owner respond quickly and was diligent.
What a wonderful stay! The unit was located close to everything. Loved the unit, the view, swimming pool and the location. Will definitely be back! Our home away from home.
