I had a great stay at this rental! I was there for a week for work and it was the perfect spot. Super cute neighborhood with a lot to do, great amenities in the building, and the apartment is well appointed. I cooked my meals there for most of the week and it was no issue — I had everything I needed. I would absolutely stay again.
I very much enjoyed my stay, the location was terrific and safe and check-in and check-out was super easy. Having parking was also a huge plus. Beautiful views and the place was clean and very nice to stay in for an extended period. Highly recommend!
Had a great 3-night stay here for a work trip and would absolutely recommend it. The location is fantastic — walkable to CocoWalk and all that Coconut Grove has to offer. The home was exactly as advertised, spotlessly clean, and easy to get to. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout. Exactly what you want when you’re traveling for work — no surprises, just a comfortable and convenient place to recharge. Thanks for a seamless stay!
Absolutely amazing stay!! Super nice, responsive, and even gave me a cute birthday card and wine bottle to celebrate my birthday and celebration of my new job! Will definitely recommend friends and family to stay here when they come into town.

Absolutely loved this rental unit. The location is perfect, everything was clean, and the view is amazing. I would definitely rent here again. The only thing to note, which wouldn’t stop me from returning, is that there is an additional fee beyond what you pay through Airbnb, and early check-in isn’t available unless you purchase it as an add-on. I didn’t notice that option until check-in, so it would be helpful if this were made clearer earlier in the booking process.

A nice room in a great location. Note that the terms of agreement said check-in was at 3:00, but the sign-in forms said 4:00, and they would not allow a 3:00 check-in.

We had a great stay overall at this apartment, accommodation was as seen in photo online. Bed was very comfortable and places to eat and travel to was easy. Would stay at this apartment again.
Great room and location!
We had a great stay! The room was super comfy and looked just like the photos, which was a nice surprise. The location couldn’t be better—so many great restaurants and shops just around the corner. Our host was fantastic, always communicating well and making sure we had everything we needed.
I have stayed at several MVR properties and have always a great experience. Always clean and updated. Natalia and Sylvia have always been quick to respond to any messages I have sent. Whenever we stay in Coconut Grove, I make it a point to look for one of their properties.

Es veu actualitzat i reformat recentment. La ubicació ens ha agradat molt, és una zona residencial, amb fàcil accès a restaurants i botigues. Les vistes a la bahía son molt maques. Negative: No hi ha res en particular que no m'hagi agradat. Ens hem sentit molt bé, i definitivament repetiríem.

Let’s start with the good stuff. The place was very clean, beautiful view, comfortable bed, she shower had great pressure, the pool was beautiful and the parking was free. Here are some downsides: the parking instructions were unclear because there is a parking garage on both side of the hotel entrance and the host hasn’t specified which garage and hasn’t mentioned I had to check in and get the gate key first until I asked. Also upon arrival to the property the key pad didn’t work and we had to sit by the door and wait for someone to help us it was a little frustrating, it also happen right after my flight was 12 hours delayed and canceled and we lost a whole day at the Airbnb which I couldn’t get any discount for unfortunately. Replies from the host were not always fast, for instance, I had to ask about the coffee machine twice since the host hasn’t messaged back for 24 hours. Other than that the place was beautiful and clean, great view and free parking. Definitely recommend!

I had a great time staying at this apartment. I enjoyed having the hotel amenities and conveniences (gym, pool, front desk open 24hrs) but also feeling like you have an apartment 🙌🏾 The kitchen was a great size! I don’t think I could have chose a better location if I tried! You are next to a Marina, a park, shops, restaurants, cafes, a bank, a pharmacy, a cinema and all in walking distance. I fell in love with Coconut Grove 🥰 Miami Vacation Rental were very pleasant to deal with, informative and answer you quickly. The hotel staff were really nice and helpful- in fact everyone during our stay was - even the hotel guests My 3x fav things that come to mind when I think about this stay is 1. Free & easy parking 2. My balcony looking over the pool & out to a lush green park 3. The bottle of wine in the fridge courtesy of Miami Vacation Rental - nice touch! I will definitely be back again!
Very responsive to messages. Had staff from the building available for some minor issues. The Miami Vacation Rental went out of there way for my extra needs. The lighting is a bit too dim but we make do. Overall it was quite, an amazing location to bay front and many restaurants to chose from… all within a short walk. We will be back!
Esta é a segunda vez no Arya e com MVR, eles são otimos! O apartamento estava impecavel com tudo que precisamos, a cama é otima e tem toalhas extras, a comunicação sempre foi rapida e gentil, esqueci algumas roupas no apartamento e eles me avisaram assim que a limpeza entrou, consegui resolver enviando um Uber para retirada. Com certeza voltaremos e recomendo muito alugarem com a MVR! Obrigada!!!

Super apartment in great location All comms prior to our stay were great & guided us in until the day we arrived.The entrance to Arya was a lovely surprise more hotel than apartment block.The apartment itself was perfect for us from cleanliness, through to facilities & location. With the addition of a chilled bottle of wine & water we were super happy.The only issue we had was with WiFi connection for the TV which was porr & we kept losing signal
The property was great and perfect to walk the Marina or into the village for coffee, breakfast, dinner and drinks. The place was well equipped for our stay for coffee, light snacks. It could use an indoor seating area so the bed is not the only option, fortunately the weather was lovely so we used the balcony with a beautiful view

Great experience Clean well done unit in a nice building. Nice balcony, everything is updated and in excellent working condition. Great grove location and water view. Would stay again. One of the best spots in Miami.
