My husband and I came down to Miami for a maternity photo shoot and used the rest of that time for a “baby moon” which we thoroughly enjoyed! For the most part everything was great. We had a minor issue with the toilet not flushing properly but the host was very responsive and got it fixed immediately. The side bed tables have cracks in them and probably could be replaced. Upon arrival as well we noticed it wasn’t the cleanest as in the floors maybe needed mopping and the mirrors needed to be wiped Down. We expressed this to the host and they said they will send people up and that never got Taken care of but we didn’t care enough to say anything else. We only used the room to sleep! Overall the place is in a fabulous location and we walked to breakfast lunch and dinner every day and night! We truly did enjoy our stay.
Me and my wife Absolutley loved this listing. We hope to return soon! The free parking was a huge plus and the host was responsive. The hotel is exactly as pictured; the pool was heated and the hot tub was hot, both beautifully maintained. It was spotless inside and out, and we had no problems with checkin or checkout. Long story short, you get to stay in a luxury hotel without all the annoying extra parking and resort fees. This was a 10/10 experience for us and I hope to make this a regular place to visit!
Beautiful Unit My husband and I love staying at the Arya Hotel for an occasional stay-cation. The studio is beautiful, the bed would benefit from a pillow topper as it was firmer than out liking but besides that, the bathroom is enormous and the view is spectacular.

We had a wonderful stay in the space. It was bright, cheerful, and relaxing, just as described. The location was perfect. We took advantage of several of the recommended restaurants ( loved the donuts and bagels—had a great burger at LoKal). We added the onsite parking, which worked great for us bc we spent a good bit of time exploring the area. We loved Vizcaya and Wynwood Walls. The amenities at Arya were very nice. staff were pleasant and helpful. This is definitely a great place to stay whilst in Miami! Love it!!
We had a great time to stay at MVR place. Easy checking in, complimentary water and a wine bottle was very nice especially we arrived night time. The host messaged us every morning how our stay was. There are so many nice restaurants around, everything walkable, and feel safe around. We will come back to stay again.
This space offers a nice, clean, and no-frills option in Coconut Grove - walkable to tons of nearby restaurants, shopping, and points of interest. It was great beginning and ending each day on the balcony with sweeping views of Biscayne Bay and south Coconut Grove. MVR is a great, responsive host that was flexible with our early arrival at the property. They work seamlessly with the hotel staff downstairs - no concerns with check-in or access. Our only disappointment was the lack of food and beverage offerings on the pool terrace (just a minor inconvenience).
Already can’t wait to come back. Beautiful view, cozy bed, and everything I needed within walking distance. Only complaint is I wish I had more time to see everything. Thank you for letting me stay! ❤️

It's nice. Pros: the location, easy parking! great water pressure in the shower! Cons: all the extra fees. Parking $35/day, housekeeping $70/day, breakfast $20/day. If I stayed again I would book through the hotel mostly because I just don't enjoy a laundry list of chores to do at checkout after a "luxury" stay. I don't mind walking the trash to the chute; however the instructions are to wash all of the dishes but the only sink is in the bathroom... and there is no dishwasher, which means you are relying on the honor and effort of the previous guest as to whether or not the dishes have been sanitized (via the bathroom sink) upon your arrival. Check-out can be stressful already (packing, checking into flights, getting kids dressed and fed) so I personally lean more toward stays that don't require much of the guest other than to enjoy the coffee, relax, and have a good time! The view is nice. The host was responsive. The hot-tub is luke-warmish. The front desk was friendly and nice.
Good location just wrong rental hosts I try to keep this review short. Communication issues from the start of check-in until we have up to enjoy our trip anyway. We're told by host that early check could be available but Sat in a hot car for 2 hrs outside condo building instead. Greeted by site manager and told to be grateful I can get in 1 he early just because of him. No working safe...told they would come fix. Maintenance came days later looked and left without repairing...also showed patio door lock broke to him...so carried jewelry and cash with me when we went out. Not willing to leave valuables in an unsafe/unlocked unit. Tried to enjoy trip instead of waiting for repairs. Contact with host was apparently not good because she was on holiday in Europe...I really wish she would have left more compante site managers...TV stopped working I messaged and got a reply the next day...terrible communication and action to things getting done. After 1/2 way thru my 12 days there finally got a lock repair only door. I would like to also say I have rented a condo on VRBO from another host previously and had a great unit with and host that cared about his renters. We went back to same condo building for this same experience but unfortunately we were left very disappointed. Stay at the Hotel Aura is amazing but please find a good host to make your stay smooth and comfortable.

Enjoyed our 4 night stay, unit was spotless, small but space was efficient, great view from private balcony and host was great to work with. Loved that the unit is very walkable to great parks, restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay again when we're back in this area.

Location is fabulous, lots to do within a few blocks and easily walkable. The room was in good condition and well stocked with all the essentials. We had a view across the street to gorgeous greenery and off to the side of the Atlantic and a marina. Host was readily available via the app. Our only complaint is that the building was hard to find because the name of the hotel was not listed in the check-in instructions.

Not sure where to start, we had high hopes but this was the absolute clunkiest rental experience I've ever had on ABNB. ~Pro's: Location,View,Quiet.This is a private rental inside of a mixed use bldg. (Hotel Arya/Mutiny Condo) ~Con's: WAY too many msgs via Host on Abnb/3rd Party 'Guest Portal' & Text (incl some meant for other renters!), 3rdPartyApp i.d. & security deposit uploads duplicative, late door E-Key code for check-in (front desk didn't know how to handle (gave us physical key, but rode 18 floors up/down 3 times to get fix, had to call Engineer when it was Host's issue), Host House Manual "had typos" regarding parking rules/cost, inventory list, Unit Number etc (& only partial manual shows on ABNB)(Unit# diff on ABNB), broken shower knob, espresso capsules only (no regular coffee), very overpriced room (cheaper to book through hotel), req'd CU/never received. So much more, will stop there. ***Exorbitant texts, confusion & craziness for a single night stay!

Things to love: Everything in the pictures are included. None of the views are filtered in anyway. What you see is what you get (weather permitting). The main window has a motorized shade, so you can sleep in after the sun’s come up. You got free parking, keycard access to the pool. Walking distance to the most boutique stores in the city. Across the street from the park. Close to anywhere downtown. While we were, we went to the beach, zoo, etc. Never felt like too long a drive on a single tank of gas in our rental. Such a nice location.

The hotel location is ideal, just a block from Coco Walk. The room was impeccable, quiet and private. The pool needs some aesthetic improvements, but it was fine for a quick swim and to relax.

The view is too beautiful. The air bnb is best if you want to see the other side of miami. There are several dining places in walking distance. The plus point is the parking is free.

Perfect The photos of this room are very accurate. The room was spotless! You could actually smell the detergent in the sheets, and cleaning products used. I read the other reviews before booking, and I can tell you the tub was not clogged up. Perfect location, and the host constantly contacted us to make sure we understood everything, and had everything we needed. Coconut Grove is beautiful, and when I come back to Miami I’ll definitely book this room again. Also due to miss my connecting flight due to inclement weather I showed up later than my check in time, and the property manager stayed over to make we got checked in.
Staycation The plan was to find a nice place to just relax and disconnect from the everyday stressors and just find a place with a beautiful view. The listing showed a beautiful room with a beautiful view. When we got to the room it was exactly how the listing said it was and the view was even better than the pictures. Communication with the property manager was minimal as we didn’t have any issues with the property manager but at checkin and throughout the stay she checked in to ensure we were having a good time and there were no issues. Love this place will definitely be booking again.
Great location for the weekend We stayed here for a weekend during baseball season to go to a Marlins game. This was a great location and close to the stadium. It was also convenient for restaurants in walking distance. The property was as described. Great view. Easy parking instructions. The check-in process was a little unconventional as no payment was requested upon check-in. The host then proceeded to request payment at a very odd time during our stay and in person. We suggested to do it via online and that process was accepted. It was just an unconventional way to collect the remaining balance. But host was readily available for communication. The only reason we give it four stars is because we found lipstick on two of the throw pillows on the bed and the odd way of collecting the remaining balance. We would consider staying here again.
Great location The room was clean, with a nice balcony and a view of the bay. Kitchen was well equipped. The laundry machine was a bonus. Location was short walking distance to restaurants, a grocery store, CVS, and pier. We enjoyed the complimentary wine. Natalia and Silvia were very responsive. The site manager was supposedly accessible through WhatsApp, but he/she was unresponsive on a couple of occasions. Nothing urgent, but a message acknowledging receipt of request would have been appreciated. I definitely recommend to others.

Exhausting It was a mess checking in and the parking pass fiasco. Upon entering our villa, there was a party next door. Our balcony is a shared space, and the sliding door does not lock. Black out blinds were helpful. It would have been fine if we didn’t have to get up at 6 am but waking up to a group of drunk people at 3 am is not pleasant.
Florida adventure 2022! This condo was a perfect place for us to relax and unwind for a couple days after a long travel day and before heading south to the Keys. The condo was everything that we expected and more! The room was very clean, comfortable bed, large bath area with a new glass shower enclosure, large closet and a kitchenette that was fully stocked for easy meals. Hotel amenities are provided. The condo is located on the 18th floor of the Hotel Arya, the views of Biscayne Bay from the room are incredible!! The pool area was amazing, with the same impressive views of the water. The Hotel staff was all so friendly and attentive. The condo included a parking space in a gated and secure parking garage located in the same building. Easy access to the parking garage, lobby and hotel floors using the same elevators that require your room key to enter. Coconut Grove was a safe place to wander in the evening, so many great choices of restaurants! Most dining establishments had live music playing outside, an added bonus for an evening walk to listen to local musicians. The room, hotel and neighborhood were all so quiet at night, so no problem getting sleep! Great walking paths around the harbors. Close to Key Biscayne and the Vizcaya Museum. Would recommend visits to both! Gabriella and Natalia were a pleasure to deal with. Very responsive and professional. And the bottle of wine chilling in the fridge was so appreciated after a long day of travel. Would definitely recommend this VRBO!
