Great place to stay for the weekend. The building and unit are CLEAN. My girlfriend and I are usually very picky but this place really felt cozy.

Great location, great view, responsive host This place is exactly where you want to be in coconut grove, walking distance to amazing food and bars. The place feels safe and clean, even though it’s a condo it has an upscale hotel feeling. Fresh towels, waters, sanitized remotes, etc made it feel all the more welcoming. Hotel staff at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. Great view of the water. Perfect for a couple on a long weekend.

Quick stop on our way to the Keys We enjoyed our stay, lots of restaurants and shops just steps away in this cute little metropolis. Highly recommend going to The Bodega speak easy, great food/cocktails and excellent service. Our room had everything we needed in a compact space, perfect for the two of us. Excellent value for the price!! Thank you for hosting us!!

Nice place We stayed here for one night before driving down to the keys. It was perfect for my husband and I and located in a nice area.

Had a lovely stay. Just for clarification, this is a room in the Arya Hotel, privately owned (like a condo, I assume). The hotel has a gorgeous lobby. We didn’t visit the pool or use any of the other amenities during our stay, but check-in was easy, and the front desk staff were polite and helpful. The room itself was gorgeous. So clean and bright. We were there for a respite before and after my daughter’s surgery in Miami, and it was just the space we were needing. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot, the tub was deep! The surrounding area is lovely. Walk right out the front door and cross the street to a beautiful park and bay front. Shops and restaurants on the same street. A residential neighborhood with lovely homes and manicured yards is nearby for a lovely drive or walk, if it suits you. We would love to go back and visit the Barnacle House Historic State Park, a 5 minute walk from the hotel.

A pleasant stay with a view in an excellent area The pros: the building (Hotel Arya) is nice, secure and located in a great area. The room was clean and had a balcony with a great view. The heated pool was awesome. The restaurant in the building was closed but there were tons of great options within short walking distance. The property manager provided clear check in and check out instructions, we were in constant contact via text messages. The cons. The blue sleeper chair is smaller than it looks on the pictures, but was enough for a tall pre-teen. When we checked in, there weren’t enough extra sheets for that sleeper chair. The wifi was misconfigured, and so the smart TV that relied on it was not working either. The safe in the closet was locked. All these issues were resolved within the next two days and otherwise we had a very enjoyable week.

Great location! Pool area is beautiful, walking distance to everything you need, super safe for solo travelers, really friendly and professional front desk staff. Checkout was 11am but my flight didn’t leave til 6pm. The staff held my luggage and gave me a pass for the pool, showers, and gym for the day. Very thoughtful! The space itself is a fairly basic hotel room but with a complimentary wine bottle (nice touch) and very pretty view.

The location is ideal for us as we can easily walk to the parks along the water and walk into the Grove. We were in town for the Miami Marathon which went right by the MVR. The only challenge in the room was that the office chair doesn't go high enough to allow one to work comfortably at the desk. Otherwise, we had a great stay and will return often as we lived in the Grove previously for a decade when I taught at UM and always enjoy returning

C’était un excellent séjour, le coin est parfait, tout est prêt du logement, le tout est sécuritaire. Tout est propre, la vue est incroyable, le service de bar et la piscine de l’hotel sont très beau. Je recommande à 100%! Le lit est confortable, l’air climatisé fonctionnait parfaitement, tout est proche en voiture des attractions de Miami, le stationnement était facile d’accès. Bref, je reviendrais à nouveau dans mon prochain voyage à miami! Ahh et dernière chose, ont avait une belle bouteille de vin à notre arrivée, ma copine ne s’y attendait pas et elle était vraiment contente. Merci à bientôt:)

This place was amazingly beautiful starting from the apartment nicely clean all the towels we need where there no need to request more we stayed for 5 nights and the pool view stunning thank you for hosting us we will definitely be back

Restaurant wasnt open no breakfast available. Pool very limited hrs, check in was so so. Balcony was kinda shared, and futon is a fold out chair. Asked for walk in shower accommodations and no reply. Area in front of lobby had work being done made getting to parking different. For a wk stay lack of tp or house keeping unless paying extra. Laundry machine made loud noise.

Beautiful place for a getaway!

Perfect location in the grove. Minutes to everywhere we wanted to be. Close to our favorite restaurant, Jaguar, and close to the waterfront area. Pool area was perfection. Attentive pool attendant. Host was very communicative. Loved the balcony with a side view of the bay. Checking in was easy. Parking was easy. We were looking for location, balcony, pool, and parking and this property delivered on all. Would stay here again!

No complaints Everything was great. The only issue is that the bathroom seemed like it was in the middle of some Minor repairs like caulking or touch up painting. Needed a little work. Otherwise it was all great.

Coconut Grove getaway We loved the apt and the building - too bad the restaurant on the pool deck was under construction and equipment blocked some views. The apt was well appointed but the floor in the room was a bit dirty.

My stay I always like staying in a VBRO in this building. The room was okay and could use an upgrade. Other than that everything was fine. View amazing!

Clean Room was clean and looks like the image. I was not a fan of the bathroom shower. There was half a wall- looks like most hotels are doing this in that area- I personally hate it. Everything else was great. Great communication with the property manager.

Great Stay Great Area The room was clean and property manager was prompt with responses, and even gave you the phone number for the on-site property manager.

Loved the Area The stay was nice. The room was mostly like the pictures, but older. Was disappointed that we didn’t get regular TV, but we made do. Overall 4 out of 5.

Great stay! Had a great stay in an awesome location! There's tons of restaurants/stores/bars etc. Communication with the travel manager was awesome and responsiveness was timely. The only minor complaint is that there was a continuous knocking noise that the air conditioning made but we were able to cover most of the noise with our noise machine. Overall was a great stay!

Nice Place This room was a comfortable place to stay while taking advantage of all the shops, restaurants and the park that are within walking distance. The pool is a great asset with great views of the bay and marina. The property managers provided good information and were very pleasant and accessible if needed. We really enjoyed our stay.

Spend more and get the other place The communication with the manager was good however, This was not a very clean room. Things were broken in our room, for example, the railing in the shower was coming off until I lined it up it and put it back on. There was rust so I know it has been like that for a while(the shower was just not squeaky clean like it should have been) they just didn't fix it. You could just tell that things weren't clean by looking. Corners were full of hair (it was in more places than expected), there was a sock in the washer from what I assumed, the previous guests, our bed headboard was full of full handprints and streaks from hands and it was NOT from us. We just giggled about it but it still left an uneasy feeling of "what else did they cut corners on, are the sheets clean?". The little things make a difference. The guest services gentleman was nice but he had almost zero knowledge about things to do around there (mind you we were told to stop and talk to him about stuff like that)Just nothing that I can really brag about besides the pool area was nice. We didn't spend much time in the room but there wasn't that "clean, make you wanna lay in bed all day because you're on vacation" feeling either. We wish we would have chosen the other place were looking at staying, unfortunately. The location was good. We loved the neighborhood. Coconut Grove is perfect.
