Beautiful room with a nice view, extra towels which was great and lovely neighborhood to be in. Tons of restaurants to walk to. I would definitely come back!
Stayed here for 2 weeks. This specific unit is basically a hotel room. I booked last minute, if I was to go back I’d look at one of the units with more space and a balcony. The location is 15/10, just amazing. Walkable to the waterfront and many shops, restaurants and bars. Grocery and CVS also walkable. 20 mins drive to Key Biscayne beaches. Unit was very clean but not sure I’d call it luxury. Just a nice, comfortable room with a view of the city. The pool area is nice and parking was great. WiFi was excellent, worked from here multiple days. I was also able to log onto Netflix and Prime on the TV. No complaints, really.
I’ve stayed at other units in this building. I was disappointed that this unit had no sink in the kitchen area, no balcony and felt cramped (especially in bathroom due to placement of toilet so close to the wall). The details felt very no-end - sheets scratchy, toilet paper was clearly the cheaper they could find, etc. toilet wasn’t working when I arrived (they did fix first thing next morning but what a major inconvenience when I arrived at 11pm). Would not stay here again
Great location, very comfortable bed and the bath tub is a bonus! Plus the windows open for fresh air.
Great place to stay! Good food in walking distance, nice views all around. Friendly staff, free parking. Will for sure be returning!

Gostei muito da nossa estadia! O apartamento estava extremamente limpo e organizado! A vaga ajuda muito e todas as instruções foram muito claras! TV, Wi-Fi funcionaram perfeitamente, tínhamos toalhas extras e o enxoval era excelente. Além disso, adoramos a localização com muitos locais para ir caminhando. Recomendo e ficaria de novo!
Great stay! The host was very clear and responsive, and even left a thoughtful welcome gift. The location is great, check-in was easy, and parking was convenient. Rooms were clean and comfortable, with everything set up for a pleasant stay. The gym and pool were nice too. Highly recommend!

Great Weekend in Miami! Positive: Loved the vibe and location...very hip & safe. Everything was super clean & staff friendly. The MVR staff responded to my questions on Booking.com very quickly. They even provided complimentary bottled water & wine...nice touch! Negative: Unfortunately, we couldnt access the pool after 730pm/8pm which was a bummer as would have loved to use the hot tub after a long day of seeing Miami. Rules per Hotel Arya.
We had a great stay at this apartment in Coconut Grove! The unit was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Access to the pool and sauna was a big plus, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The location is excellent, with parks nearby for running, grocery stores within walking distance, and plenty of local spots to explore. The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast option offered for $19 + tax, it didn’t quite match the value. Overall, a great experience and would definitely stay again!
Muy cómodo alojamiento, buena ubicación y zona con muchas opciones gastronómicas. La habitación podría tener una cama y almohadas más cómodas.

We had a wonderful stay during our time in Miami. Well located, clean, the host answered all our question quickly, nice and kind. Checkin was easy and straightforward. Sure will stay again when we go to Miami!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, la chambre correspond aux photos et à la description, le fait que le parking soit inclus et un vrai plus. Le quartier de Coconut Grove est très agréable et calme et l’emplacement est très pratique pour promener à pied (restaurant,boutiques).
Está en una muy buena zona de Miami, tienes parques, bares, restaurantes, estación de Trolley Bus cerca. Es seguro caminar por las noches en la zona. Precio - calidad ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
