My wife and I were in town for the Coconut Grove Arts Festival. This Airbnb was right at the entrance of the festival, making it super easy to come/go throughout the day. That area of town is so walkable with shops/restaurants, we only needed an Uber to/from the airport. Highly recommend; Arya is a great place to stay.
This is my second time staying with MVR and it was great. I come to Miami once a month, and this is who I'll be booking with!!
Home away from for 2 weeks. Great if you want a clean safe place to rest up, but plan to be out and about for most of the day. Would stay here again.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent stay at Arya Hotel – highly recommended! We had a great stay at the Hotel. The apartment was very comfortable, clean, and well equipped, exactly as described in the listing. The building itself is excellent, with great amenities and a very pleasant atmosphere. The location in Coconut Grove is a huge plus — safe, walkable, and close to restaurants, cafes, parks, and the marina. The view from the apartment was beautiful and made the experience even better. Communication with the host was smooth and efficient, with clear instructions and quick responses whenever needed. Check-in and check-out were easy and hassle-free. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Miami, whether for leisure or business.

Very clean apartment and building. Host was easy to communicate with. I made reservation for wrong day initially and they were gracious to acccomodate with one of their other properties even though I chose a non-cancellation reservation. Would definitely return👍

Great location right by cocowalk! There’s so much to do and see in the surrounding area. The place itself was very comfortable and clean, and the hosts are friendly and responsive. Would stay here again!
Small space, but had everything I needed and was spotless. Great location, close to stores and restaurants. The pool, gym, and sauna were all clean and quiet. Had some trouble getting in, but the staff was there to help and fixed it.
