great place great area amazing view me and my girl love everything thanks

The room is nicely equipped; the bed and linens are very comfortable. The shower was good, and spacious. The unit was renovated in the last few years but is showing some wear in terms of the building. The wine and water upon arrival was wonderful. We took that Moscato right to the balcony to enjoy the view. My Miami native guy was very impressed and we will book again. The only downside is the balcony is partioned with a vinyl fabric with the next unit who's door is right next to ours so we could hear them come in and out.

Would definitely return This was perfect for a Monday-Friday stay with a spouse and for working in the neighborhood. The team is professional and communication is a strength. The hotel lobby and pool is very nice, as is the unit itself.

Please hear me out before booking. I almost gave them 3 stars instead of the 4 I gave them because they did not disclose the mandatory damage fee when booking. Either they hold $1,000 from your credit card, or you pay a non-refundable $60 fee. It’s not about the money for me. It’s the fact that it caught me by surprise minutes before I started heading to Miami. I was forced to pay it, or I wouldn’t have a trip because I would’ve had to cancel the booking and find something else last minute. Other than that, I would have given them a 5 star review, because the location is beautiful, the room was worth what you pay for it, and parking was part of the hotel. Last but important detail. This room is on the 18th floor. If you don’t do well with heights, or if you bring kids, you just might be on edge, at least initially. What made it worst for me was that the sliding door lock appeared to be broken, and having a toddler made me feel uneasy. But that might just be me.

This place was very nice, the view was decently nice and the host was very responsive and did regular check ins. It was a good value for the price

The room was clean and comfortable. Had a pleasant stay there. Only down side is you the walls are a bit thin so can hear your next door neighbors. Aside that it’s got beautiful views and surroundings. Restaurants are also walking distance away.

The place was beautiful and exactly like the pictures. Comes with a great view from the balcony and was perfect for watching fireworks for the 4th of July! Parking was a breeze and not stressful at all. Definitely a 10/10

Good experience - nice area! Great Location with Stunning Views This seaside hotel offers breathtaking views, especially from the gym, spa, and balcony. Check-in was excellent, and the staff is very helpful and accommodating! There are great restaurants and the harbor within walking distance. The bed and shower were outstanding and made for a very comfortable stay. As a woman traveling alone, I felt very safe here. However, the room was slightly overpriced, some tiles were damaged, and the VRBO app didn’t work, which was inconvenient. Communication via WhatsApp was good but a bit slow when it came to the checkout time. Additionally, the corners could have been a bit cleaner. Overall, a recommendable hotel with small areas for improvement.

Perfect location for continuing education This was a great location and the space was as pictured in the listing. Check-in was a little stressful in that I wasn't listed when I initially spoke with the front desk. After calling the property manager they were able to clear it up and help me check-in. I texted the property manager with several questions throughout the stay and they were prompt and helpful with their responses. I highly recommend staying here!

Not a comfortable place to stay.. We expected since we were staying for a week that it would be a comfortable place to be. You get no comforts of home whatsoever. You don’t get anywhere to put clothes away, so you basically use the couch (which was hard as a rock anyway) but we used that to put our clothes on. So basically you have a bed and a bathroom which we could have just checked into the hotel and gotten our room cleaned everyday plus had breakfast! It was NOT an enjoyable experience and was very uncomfortable (between the bed and even the balcony chairs were not comfortable). the amenities they describe were a coffee maker (only makes espresso - no regular coffee) also they show a picture of a big patio with furniture to sit at night and that is not true plus the restaurant has been closed awhile and won’t reopen for 6 more months so that was falsely advertised.. I would not recommend at all!

My friend and I love this place! The place is clean, smell nice and I really love the view. My friend love it so much! We recommended. Ah also it’s close to everything such as food and park, very convenient.

Everything was great - clean room, easy check in and parking, and walkable to a good dining selection. The communication with the hosts was great and the made the stay a pleasure. I would definitely book here again!

I loved the spot! Nice and comfortable with amazing views, and walking distance to very nice restaurants, bars, clubs etc!!! And on top of that the host is amazing!!! Very responsive, very attentive, and very understanding!! Definitely will be booking again!!

Great location! Tons of restaurants nearby, walkable neighborhood, and close proximity to the ocean. The building is nice, the staff is friendly, and the check-in process was very easy. My only constructive feedback is the room does need some slight refreshing to fix some of the wear and tear. But overall a great experience and I would stay here again.

The location was great! Easy walk to nearby shops and restaurants. We did utilize the parking garage and it was easily accessible and nice to not have to drive and pay for parking to grab food. The view from the balcony was nice. Very quick response from the management team if we had questions.

Loved the sunrise view and fun feminine decor. Really can’t beat the location in terms of walkability. However, the room itself- The inability to get even luke warm water in the shower made it most unpleasant after a day at the beach. The hot tub was under construction while I was there as well. Really disappointing.

Accurate to the listing - it’s essentially a hotel room at the hotel Arya, but privately managed. There was a $60 non refundable deposit which I had to pay outside of the Airbnb platform, which I didn’t love. Outside of that everything was good. And the location is perfect.

Toilet was needing to be serviced upon check-in.

The house was very welcoming, and the unit was very clean. Great location with tons of walkable shops and restaurants. It was really nice to be so close to the water and a great yoga studio. I would definitely stay here again for all of those reasons as well as the ease of communication with the host.

Nice location

The management team has horrible manera, are not helpful and have no power to fix anything. We made a mistake when booking and needed either a bigger space, or change of dates so we would not loose the reservation completely, they didn’t even try to help. As a five star host we know for a fact that there are ways to help guests when this type of situation happens. Since the reason for the booking was a post surgery recovery and needed a care taker to stay overnight, we ended up not staying. We booked elsewhere. Will never book again with this host.

Loved the apartment, beautiful view of the bay and skyline. Highly recommended lots of restaurants, ice cream shops, stores, parks, small Public library absolutely adorable. Close to Coral Gables, Brickle, Key biscayne. If you have a car parking was includes which is a huge perk. Overall a wonderful stay. I have visited Hotel Arya and it’s a great deal! Super host!

If you’re looking for a quick stay in Miami, where you’re not in the heart of south beach but still close enough to enjoy it, I’d definitely recommend this location! The view was beautiful from the 18th floor. Pool was nice a clean and had food and drinks available and the host was always communicating with me. I really enjoyed their services!

Great unit in a great location! The unit is just as pictured. The area has a ton of restaurants and shopping. The host’s communication was top tier! Smooth sailing from check- in to check- out.

Great experience

The location is fantastic, you can walk to pretty much everything in Coconut Grove. The unit is definitely showing its wear, with the baseboards, walls, furniture, etc being really scraped and beat up. The renovations are subpar, such as the entry door being crooked allowing a lot of light and noise in, caulk everywhere along the baseboards, etc. The pool was great and the hotel staff were very friendly.

Beautiful view and room Very comfortable accommodations in a great location. We were able to walk most of the places we were interested in. The hotel building is very nice and will be even better once their restaurant is open again.

Great location all around! Room was clean and spacious. Beautiful view. Enjoyed the pool, free self-parking, and balcony. So helpful to have the microwave, pod coffee maker, fridge, and dishes. Shower pressure was fabulous! The location is perfect for so many things. Easy to go for a walk, run, dine out, meet up for dinner with others, etc.

Great stay in Coconut Grove We enjoyed our time in the Arya Hotel. It was so convenient for shopping and there were lots of good restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was clean and well maintained.

Conditions were not optimal The ice make was broken the whole time, the front desk had no change for the washing machines and the room had peeling paint/mold in the shower. The wall paper was also peeling

Coconut Grove The place is in a perfect location. When I booked the place the owners showed a whole different picture than where we were actually staying. I messaged them about the change in photos and never got a response. The photo I saw when I booked was a beach entrance. This is on the 18th floor of a hotel. No beach entrance. They did send terrific instructions, but checking in was not smooth. There are virtually no draws except in the end tables next to the bed and a regular size closet. No where to put your clothes. You'll need to get creative. They do not have a Keurig coffee machine but one that takes special pods. So if you are a morning coffee drinker you can forget about having coffee in your room after one day. If you don't care about the things I've stated, then you'll have a great time.

Coconut Grove amazing location x10 The property is under some construction 🚧 the Bar/Dining area was unavailable my room was more of a hotel then pictured, disappointed to say the least. I could’ve just Hotel instead of VRBO that was a Over Sale$$$.

Wonderful place but problems with slow Internet Beautiful, but bad service of Internet made it very difficult even with mobile hotspot as a backup. Coffee maker didn't work which was very frustrating. No response from host.

Nice but not the listing It was advertised as having a sleeper sofa. The picture of sofa was not what was there. It was a futon for one person which was very uncomfortable. The owners did bring in a roll away bed after night one. The property was advertised as having a restaurant and bar at pool deck but a couple of days before check in and after the date to cancel had passed i was informed those where closed for remodeling and not available.

Difficult Pictures were misleading. Hot water did not really work. Place was not very clean. Worst part was check in. The company charged my AMX card for the deposit. No problem. However, they insisted that I show up personally to pay the balance and suggested times that I simply could not meet. Then, they suggested that I pay via Zelle. I attempted to do so, but the bank would not process the payment due to a fraud alert associated with the ph # that I was given. I asked them again to charge my AMX card. They refused. Instead, they showed up in my room demanding payment. I paid in full, but I left a day early. I dropped off the room key and parking pass at the front desk. After I left, they demanded a photo of the parking pass for reasons only they can define. Weird. By that time, I was already on a plane. Now they are requesting an additional $100 because they can't find their parking pass. Very unprofessional. Very disorganized. A bit shady. Not going to use them again.

Very nice! A nice stay, room very nice and good parking, but no hangers except for two that held bathrobes.

review Property was as pictured but only complaint was it was listed as a King Bed with Queen Sofa Bed which could accommodate 3-4 however it was actually a futon which was very uncomfortable to sleep on. Was glad we only had two adults so could share the king bed but it would have been a problem had we had wanted to have anyone stay over. Also be sure to bring hangers as there were none in closet.

Great night in Coconut Grove We enjoyed everything about our one night stay here from the great communication and friendly welcome to the beautiful view from our room and the pool to the easily walkable location. Would highly recommend!

Very Nice The location was perfect, right by the water and nestled in a beautiful little town with tons of restaurants, shops and parks. We loved that we could just go downstairs and walk to everything we needed, enjoyed the balcony as well! The only small thing was the bed linens smelled very old, I'm very sensitive to smells and the linens smelled like they had been sitting in an old closet for long period of time, they were clean just had an old closet smell to them, we did go to the store to purchase blankets and were comfortable after that! Other than that, everything else was fantastic! Thank you

Location! The location and communication with the hosts were excellent. My idea of what the property might be like inside (based on the pictures), was a bit off. It was definitely smaller than I thought, and more of a hotel feel versus an apartment feel. To the hosts credit, it’s probably hard to get pictures that accurately portray the unit. Either way, we were very happy with our stay!

Love the Coconut Grove Area!! We arrived in the late afternoon. Found our way there and were pleased with the location. The front desk people at the Arya were friendly and professional and offered good advice for us non locals. The property is located inside a high rise hotel and had wonderful views from the 18th floor where we stayed. The property was clean and seemed well kept. The onsite parking was a huge advantage for having a place to put the car for walking around or easy in and out if you need to drive. The location is also within walking distance to lots of places to eat breakfast lunch or dinner. Lots of spots to do touristy things around most within walking distance and easy to find your way in and out if you are heading to Miami or other spots around. The room had a blind break and we notified the management and it was corrected at the earliest availability without any inconvenience to us. One thing you should know is that we were told the property managers needed to run our card in person in order to insure against fraud. I would advise you plan ahead a time to meet so it can be done without any inconvenience. We really enjoyed our stay and will stay there when we are in the area again. I really enjoyed the Miami area, there is so much to see and do!

Great Location This was a great place for us to relax. Very clean and a short walk away from shopping and dining.

Room need refreshing. Place is located in hotel building where there are rooms owned by individuals on a few floors. The front desk is not associated with the individual owned rooms, you will not be received with a welcoming smile more like a nuisance. I would not consider returning as our room was mediocre at best.

Great Location Great location you can walk to restraunts and shopping. Pool and hot tub were both nice and gave a beautiful views. Was different experience being in a hotel and dealing with a private individual. Our host whom we rented from was a great communicator.

Miami Vacay We had a great stay!

Amazing It was wonderful. Not at all what I expected. It was a hotel room. Very clean. Bed abs linen very comfortable. The view is beautiful. The area is amazing. So many places to have a coffee, lunch, a drink or any type of dinner. I enjoyed a run down the beautiful tree lined street. It reminded me of Georgetown in dc. And shopping too. I would absolutely come back!
