A fun place to stay in downtown Miami My husband and I stayed at this property for four nights (Thursday-Monday morning). Maria was excellent at check in, and was very efficient and thorough at getting us everything we needed to get settled into the apartment. Due to it being spring break time we were older than most people we saw here. The building is really nice, great security and nice views. The room was as pictured. We enjoyed this unit. The bed was hard, but after two nights we started sleeping better. There was some noise in the middle of the night Saturday night into Sunday (it sounded like shouting/fighting, but we didn’t call security or anything). It’s in a really good location to walk to a ton of restaurants and shops. The 15th floor pool was awesome, but hot tub was broken for the first few days of our stay. The waitresses at the pool work hard to get drink orders from everyone , though there were only two servers working and the pool deck is huge. We would use this company again. We really enjoyed our time at the Icon Brickell and would return in the future.

Excelent Place, Great Location Mi esposa y yo, rentamos este studio aprtment, durante una semana en diciembre 2016... Nos gusto muchisimo el apartamento, el espacio suficiente para dos, con todas las comodidades necesarias, muy muy limpio, la ubicacion es inmejorable, cerca de todo, y los anfitriones de primera... la verdad nos encanto el lugar... pagamos un espacio de parqueo en area muy cercana, muy conveniente si llevas vehiculo... No hicimos uso de la cocina, pues con tanto restaurante cerca y cafeterias no tuvimos tiempo para cocinar... si para nuestro proximo viaje a Miami, esta disponible seguro lo rentamos de nuevo... For 1 or 2 persons... it is great...

Best Choice I absolutely loved my stay. Natalia & Alavaro were awesome to work with. I would highly recommend this place to any couple or small family taking a trip to MIA.

Fully equipped and nice decorated studio for a couple, This apartment is really fully equipped, with a large walking-in closet and bathroom , nice views over Miami river , easy walking facilities and very wonderful location close to Brickell area where are a lot restaurants a very nice path around the seawater The building facilities are wonderful just with astonishing views of the Miami Port. The long swimming pool is spectacular and proper for long swimming there are other pools for normal bath

La ubicacion es inmejorable, a pasos de los mejores restaurantes de Brickell Ave. a los que se llega sin necesidad del automovil. El spa y la piscina son increíbles! Nice stay for my 30th Birthday I enjoyed my stay! Building is clean, beautiful and security was a #1 concern which meant a lot to me. Location is great because it’s in the middle of everything. Room is in building connected to “The W”. Everyone was friendly from the property area to all the shops, restaurants and bars near by. I even was able to enjoy some of “The W” amenities and grabbed a delicious latte in their lobby. Only thing is the shower wouldn’t get hot enough for me in my unit and I wasn’t able to enjoy the amenities on check out day because they already had checked me out before 11am in the system. But as I communicated this and was ensured that it would get addressed accordingly. Other than that communication for me was a 10/10 and that’s the most important thing to me.

Birthday stay Overall, our stay was great very convenient. Close to everything host was easy to deal with apartment was clean and had everything we needed.

Disappointing experience Check in process was Smooth met with Maria and she went over everything. upon viewing the view I noticed there’s a big construction site across the street that sticks out during the day at night the view is amazing because it’s dark and the lights aluminate the city however I left out after checking in once returning I noticed there was hair in the tub old water stains around the tub with pubic hairs I didn’t have time for housekeeping to come by I had to go out and purchase cleaning supplies that I was not reimbursed for I even took pics. the next morning I noticed that the toilet had urine stains at the bottom, light switch had hair hanging from it went onto the balcony to get some air because I was disgusted noticed there were cigarette butts ashes and a big piece of broken glass reached out to property management they ended up coming to clean the restroom and balcony but there were no accommodations made for my inconvenience this was my birthday weekend and it was truly interrupted being that I had to meet housekeeping and the next day the property management apologized for the inconvenience that they causes the renter and that was it. They advertised a spa and pool which was closed due to construction that I wasn’t informed of not so great experience for my birthday

Beautiful unit in a great location Great option for a business trip to Miami, with beautiful views from the room balcony and the pool deck. The location felt very safe, even at night for a single female. The rental team was always so prompt to reply to my emails, and very helpful when I had to check in several hours late due to flight delays. Room is very clean and well equipped. If I travel back to the area, I’d definitely pick this unit again!

Downtown Miami Enjoyed facility. Plenty of restaurants. Check in was chaotic. Parking information was not clear and consequently very expensive. I came for work so did not have time to check out sites but looks entertaining.

Awesome high-end studio for the vacationer or business traveler I am a 63 year-old business professional that has traveled the globe many times over my long career. So, I've seen a lot of places to stay and rest assured, they don't get much better than this for the price. The studio is very high-end as advertised and is absolutely in perfect condition. My compliments to the owner and to Natalia and Mia (the property managers) for maintaining this residence in such a pristine condition. The river and city views are to die for, the building amenities such as the pool and gym are first-class, and the downtown neighborhood is one of Miami's best. Whole Foods is within 2 blocks, and several restaurants are also close-by. Lastly, the river walking paths are perfect for runners, dog-walkers, and families pushing the baby stroller alike. Natalia and Mia can also offer discount reserved parking upon request at a very attractive price. Just an awesome place! Richard L (from Texas)

Amazing studio in Brickell The studio is amazing, better than you can see in the pictures. The decoration is excellent and it is pretty clean. The location is really good, in the heart of brickell with lot of restaurants and supermarket really close. And the building (Viceroy) has the best amenities ever: amazing pool, gym, spa... I only can say thank you to Natalia. She was so kind and helped a lot. For sure, I'll come back to this studio in my next business trip to Miami.

Great location. Didn’t love the unit itsself The location in Brickell was fantastic. Everything was very walkable. The check in process was good as well. We stayed 6 nights and wouldn’t stay in that particular unit again. There were no batteries in the remotes so we couldn’t watch TV. We were gone a lot, thankfully… or else would have had to find a way to get them. Bed wasn’t the most comfortable. Our biggest gripe was the shower. It was pretty high to get into which was a safety concern and the water never got hot the whole time we were there. Barely warm, which sucks for a shower after a long day of walking in the heat. I wouldn’t stay in the particular condo again but would find something else in the building or close by.

Perfect Studio in Perfect Location! I stayed in this studio for 18 days and couldn't have asked for a better experience! The apartment was immaculate upon arrival and the on-site contact, Nicole, was fantastic. I only needed 2 things while here and she responded to my messages within minutes and took care of what I needed! It's located in a wonderful location... walking distance to Whole Foods and Brickell City Center and there are also a ton of great restaurants and spas around. I absolutely loved my stay here and will be booking with them again when I return in a few months!

Modern clean, beautiful views and a great location! All I can say is Natalia's Condo is the best place we've stayed in Miami so far! We are always disappointed when we rent for long term (3 months) in Miami and find the place is nothing like it was pictured. Not the case here this is exactly how you see it! Clean modern condo in a great service building. You get beautiful downtown Miami views and of the Miami river. Condo is well appointed with everything you need for a wonderful stay. The price was much more competitive than at equivalent hotels and it included super-fast Wi-Fi. The studio was impeccably clean and Natalia and Fer were really attentive to our needs. We loved the décor. The kitchen was really well stocked and perfect for a long stay. We really loved it!Actual studio is better than pictures. Great solo spot This is a great spot for a solo traveler. There were a few glitches with internet etc but on site managers couldn’t have been more helpful.

Beatiful place I loved the decor. Natalia was a pleasure to meet. I live in Miamimbeach but needed to stay in Brickell for the week. Viceroy hotel was so relaxing. I love the pool and yoga classes. I would love to go back. :)

Lovely condo! This studio is an absolute dream! Beautiful view of downtown Brickell and the Miami river. Great location, and amazing facilities. I am a 22 year old recent college graduate and stayed in Natalia's condo by myself for two weeks after moving to Miami while looking for a permanent apartment - she was such a great resource that we still text! Room rental comes with a guest card that gives you full access to the pool, spa, gym, etc. which are all 5 star. Walking distance to everything Brickell has to offer. You won't want to leave!

This host is a scam. Be careful booking with them, they are promoting a fake room and stay. Nothing promoted is accurate. Save your time and book with websites directly not scammer hosts like this one. Took my money and I didn’t even stay a single day. BEWARE

I enjoyed my stay overall and had a good experience. However, the room wasn’t 100% clean when I arrived, the plates and tableware were dirty, and the table needed cleaning. That said, everything else was fine. The toilet flush was broken at first, but maintenance arrived very quickly and fixed it right away. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay.

Living The High Life Beautiful condo in a perfect location. The afternoon sun shining on the porch was always a afternoon treat.

Nice property and location with a few downsides. The location and property are fantastic. Unfortunately, the pictures that were advertised were not accurate as it was smaller with the couch pressed up against the window close to the bed. The furniture was a bit beat up but clean. The kitchen and bathroom were nice.

Brickel Stay Lovely studio apartment. Well maintained. Comfortable. Short walk to restaurants and shopping. Thank you we had a very nice stay.

Miami stop over Check in took longer than expected. Did online check in but at property process was a bit slow as computer system was down. Because of time could not get amenities access cards. Shower very low water pressure, tub have water jets that would randomly come on and shut off during showers - control was covered with white type duck tape. Could not stop the operations. The one blanket that was found - smelled like hadn’t been washed prior to our arrival.

A leisurely quick trip I loved everything about the stay. Very secure. Close to everything. The pool area was amazing and very relaxing. Plenty of seating availability at the pool. Contact with the property manager was a easy as a text. The view was nice. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony night and day. A lot of eateries close by. Would definitely recommend.

Blown away by the beauty of Brickell! I have visited Miami numerous times over decades and the three nights I just spent at this property was other-worldly! The space has a beauty and serenity unequal to any space that I've ever rented and would rent again in a heartbeat! tg

Great place Great apartment and location outstanding host

Building Nightmare DO NOT STAY! Let me just preface this review by saying that the host will most likely respond to this review and downplay our issues, but I assure you this was the worst experience I’ve had with any rental property. First, when we were checking in, I paid in the lobby. After paying we were being escorted up to our apartment from the host. She casually mentioned to us in the elevator on the way up, AFTER I paid, that there had been an electrical fire and the pool was closed for the foreseeable future. Would’ve been nice to know that before we paid! Later that night I smelt gas from the balcony, and then the building was swarmed with about 10 fire trucks. After questioning the firefighters, we found out there was a gas leak in one of the connected towers and they advised us to not go up. Host downplayed the problem and said it was safe, lol try being there with dozens of people scared to go back up to their apartments. Firefighters took 3 hours to fix it and came out from base of building with oxygen tanks. That night we went back up to the room and found tampon applicators behind the trash can in bathroom. Ew! We were hopeful until the second night the elevators broke down and we WALKED DOWN 32 flights of stairs. Firetrucks again, and the host said “the stairs still work!” Yeah not walking back up, no thank you. We didn’t even stay the 2nd night, booked hotels for the rest of the trip. Best thing the host did was send someone to clean the applicators, but that was it.

Parking was expensive but not compared to any other area in downtown Miami Shower was complicated to work - needs instructions on how to use due to multiple spa buttons, etc Everything was very clean and communication was wonderful

Great space with amazing views! I was very impressed with this place. It was tidy, comfortable, and so close to everything that I needed. The amenities are excellent and my host was great with communicating with me. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Miami.

Excellent experience Very nice, very clean, as shown in pictures. Large walk in closet with lots of hanger space. Easy check in, with effective instructions and guide provided for the property. ICON Brickell appears to be a higher end property. Extra towels, linens were provided. Higher end appliances. Super amenities available, including amazing pools, gym, yoga classes. Restaurants on location (expensive). Easy walk to grocery, restaurants, surprisingly good food trucks, shopping. Recommend they fix disposal, toaster and give instructions for espresso maker. I couldn't figure it out. Overall, we were very pleased.

Quick Get away The property was nice and as described in the listing. My only complaint was that it was really small and that’s more of an observation. All in all the property and location was really nice, there is a lot to do within walking distance.

Overall great stay We had an overall good experience here! The location was perfect, overall very clean. The only thing that was not so great was the check in process. Our plane landed at 11, so we wanted to check in right at 3pm..since we had been waiting for hours already. 3pm being when you can start checking in. We texted the site manager well in advance and agreed to meet us at 3pm. We waited about a half hour, no one showed up. We texted her again and she arrived about 20 min after that. We just felt that it was unprofessional to have us wait almost an hour later than we agreed, given we made sure we were there at 3pm. We weren’t contacted about the manager running late nor when she would be there, until we contacted her ourselves again. Other than the way the check in process is handled, everything else was good. And the pool is very nice as well!

Just as Listed Be sure to give your property manager at least 30 minutes notice when you're on your way to the condo. They meet you at the condo and help you get checked in at the front desk. Once that person arrives, the check in process is seamless. The location of the condo is perfect...Walking distance to shopping, bars and restaurants, close to the freeway, right on the water. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed plus more...Kitchen supplies, coffee pot, plenty of towels, linens, toilet paper, paper towels, toiletries. We were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely consider this location again.

As advertised, excellent! The property is amazing. Everything was picture perfect and ended being much more than I expected. The space was roomy, full kitchen, walk-in closet, and bathroom. I enjoyed the complimentary water and wine. The view is great, on the 35th floor which faces to the West. As for what was lacking or issues was early on before I even booked in terms of parking my car. You are given two options on parking which I found this very accommodating to my needs. It was a little bit of an inconvenience for me having to pull cash out since that's the only way to pay for the parking, definitely not deal breaker. Thank you for allowing me to stay. Yes, I would highly recommend and would stay again without hesitation!

Great Condo In A Great Location! Beautiful condo in downtown Miami. It was in a great shape, clean and well decorated (just like the photos). Close to a lot of amenities in the downtown area. Prior to our stay, Silvia was very quick with responding and was helpful with all information we needed leading up to our stay. When we arrived, Laura was very kind and showed us the condo and was there if we needed anything throughout the week. Highly recommend this condo! If we choose to come back to Miami in the future, this condo will definitely be our #1 choice.

Very clean, quiet unit, good view, very tastefully furnished. Unit has top of the line appliances Zubzero refrigerator and a Bosch dishwasher. Big walk in closet and a big bathroom. I stayed before in other units at brickell this unit by far the best unit. Close to whole foods groceries store. SPA and pool area is a must visit. Fast Internet speed and wifi.

Outstanding apartment in best location I was really overwhelmed by the decor and the lightness of this apartment. You have everything that makes your stay pleasant and easy! Natalia, the contact-person gives you a very warm welcome and helps you with every detail. The location is outstanding in one of the best areas in Miami and pool and spa are like in a 5 star hotel! I am planning my next trip to Miami and for sure will rent the same apt again!
