I am a former Coconut Grove resident, and this hotel/residence was in the middle of the most exciting ongoing development in South Florida for upscale restaurants and new residences. The unit itself had an incredible view of the sunrise and the marina, Key Biscayne and Biscayne Bay. Parking was easy and convenient.
Beautiful private corner unit on the 15th floor with tons of natural light and amazing marina views. Waking up to the sunrise was unforgettable. The location is perfect and walkable to some of the best restaurants and spots in Coconut Grove. We really loved staying here and would definitely come back.
The space was great, and the hosts were very responsive and helpful. Our only two issues were:(1) Although the unit was already ready when I arrived early (I was visiting my family’s other unit), I was still charged a 50 early check-in fee. It was unclear what this fee covered since no additional preparation was necessary. It was my wedding weekend and the additional charge added some stress to what was already an incredibly financially-straining weekend(2) The unit shared a walkway behind an initial door with another bedroom rented by a different guest. Our key card did not work for this shared door, which we were told was supposed to remain open. As a result, we had to go to the front desk multiple times to request access.Thanks for a great weekend!
The room and view is great. Location is really good. Gym is good and parking easy.

This was a private residence within the Hotel Arya—the corner unit, so the view of the water was uninterrupted and incredible. We got in pretty late, but the front desk was very helpful at check-in, and the parking for our rental car was very easy. Would have loved to spend more time there!
Great unit! Well kept and very clean. We’ve stayed numerous times in this building and this is one of the nicer units. Every year this location gets better and better as the Grove continues to build out.
Great apartment. Excellent views. Walkable to restaurants. Parking included in the price. Would have liked to have more closet hangers and more bath towels. Two per adult is not enough. Had to constantly wash them. Be aware that you have to buy your own supply of washing detergent as only two are provided , as well as kitchen paper rolls and tissues. We often stayed in air b b in California where the house owner was a lot more generous.

MVR Team is amazing. Unit was spotless upon arrival and exactly like the pictures. During our stay, they were super helpful and responsive. This was the second straight year we stayed with them and hopefully will be more to come

Good stay
This is my second stay in Arya building. This place is now my preferred destination when visiting Miami. It would be hard to imagine staying anywhere else. The apartment is fairly private, situated at the end of the hall a very short walk to the elevator. No noise or anything crazy going on inside. Quiet and peaceful. Free parking and a lovely front desk and lobby. This corner suite above Peacock Park. offers amazing views at sunrise on the harbor with Key Biscayne off in the distance. Many restaurants are less than a quarter mile walk. The people of Coconut Grove are very friendly and the community is upscale. The only thing I’ve seen comparable is the Georgetown neighborhood in DC. I will call this “Georgetown South.” But the Grove is much better. The host was responsive, polite, and offers one of the nicest places you’ll see. I hope to stay here again. It was a great experience!
Great Location and beautiful unit for rent.
The unit itself is very nice. Most of the building is a hotel so the check in process was not smooth and the hotel can’t do anything without the property manager who cannot be reached by phone. You have to write a text message that can take up to 48 hours. The unit itself is lovely with a great expansive deck and view. Everything is newly updated Some items could use instruction, like the cooktop, TV rompers in living room(which never worked). More of a welcome and and how to use things, places in area etc. The unit is in the best of one of the best in the building and is done very nicely in the interior. Super easy to walk out the door and find all kinds of shopping and restaurants in Coconut Grove.
Great apartment and we had an awesome stay in Coconut Grove. Everything is as per the photos, it’s clean and easy access and walking distance to everything. We’d stay again for sure! Thanks MVR

Amazing place, the views are even more impressive than in the photos and the amount of light is unbelievable. The place is fully equipped and squeaky clean and the amenities were great .

Beautiful View! Comfortable Beds! We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo on the 15th floor! The view of Biscayne Bay from the balcony was simply stunning — even better than the pictures (see ours!). The condo is filled with natural light and located in the heart of walkable Coconut Grove, with great restaurants, shops, and parks just steps away.The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the linens and towels felt high-quality and luxurious. The building amenities were also a major plus — we enjoyed the well-equipped gym and the pool on the 8th floor, which also has a gorgeous view.Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a clean, modern, and relaxing home base in Miami!

The hosts were very responsive and helped address issues immediately. I booked this for my mom to enjoy, and upon arrival she found a cleanliness issue, and the host responded immediately and sent someone right away. Great service! We had one other issue with the power being out, however this was out of the hosts control as it was due to building maintenance, and the host/Airbnb refunded that days expense which was fair and appreciated. The location is outstanding and the views are beautiful! A great place to stay! Nothing beats the walkability here. Thanks for all!

Very nice apartment. Great location! This is a nice sized 2 bedroom apartment condo in a hotel building. This means it offers a few amenities typically not available for a regular apartment (pool, on-site restaurant, front desk), although the restaurant was being renovated when I was there so I don't know if room service would normally be offered. The views are beautiful and the location is outstanding- right in the middle of all that Coconut Grove has to offer.
