Beautiful location and one of the best views you can ask for! My stay was amazing. The check in process was easy and the host went above and beyond to make sure I was accommodated. I highly recommend this place for friends and family.

Great Stay This property was amazing. I am very big on customer service, and when I tell you the host answer every question I had from the time I sent the reservation until the time I checked in checking in was very very helpful. The agent went over everything with me to make sure that I understand completely, and she made it very easy for me and my son, the property was very beautiful. It was peaceful and had such an amazing view. I will definitely be booking this property again in the future.

Appartamento 3211 the girl very kind and helpful good job but the housekeeping is a real disaster the apartment met in not good hygienic conditions and i had to buy it myself and waste more than 5 hours to clean everything in child mode as i went with my daughter everything perfect except the cleaning from horror

Wonderful Property We were only in for a day & a half, our family was set to leave out on a cruise & wanted to experience a beautiful location with views. This residence worked out just fine. I was real appreciative that the host offers late check in ($40 cash fee due at check in) Unfortunately our flight arrived after 1am. There were two things I would like to comment on, that the living room sofa is not an actual sofa bed as expected & it’s peeling. Also parking is a challenge but that’s to be expected, I would definitely recommend getting the parking pass $35 a night. If you like to come & go & with no worries about the valet fees stacking up. The garage is about 10 min Walk I just had my husband drop myself & kids off & he’d have to park & walk back. Other than this the property worked out for us. Would definitely reserve again.

Birthday/ Anniversary trip The Host was super quick and attentive to answer all of our questions before and after making our reservations! The condo was beautiful and provided everything you could have needed. Amazing views and great location. Parking was a little chaotic but we quickly learned that was everywhere in the city! Overall we had an amazing experience and would highly recommend this rental!

Anniversary We came into Miami for our anniversary stay and even though it was raining we had a great stay with this location and everything was just like the pictures

This listing is inaccurate and misleading, and the host was neither helpful nor accommodating when the issues were raised. The property could not be honored as booked, and key details about guest accommodation and building restrictions were unclear or contradictory. Instead of taking responsibility or offering a real solution, the host showed no urgency or concern, leaving Airbnb Support to step in after two full days of calls, messages, and waiting. The stress this caused right before check-in was completely unnecessary. As if that weren’t enough, after the booking issues, the host also sent an email stating that the building was undergoing major elevator repairs, with only two elevators working and wait times of up to 15 minutes during peak hours. Rather than fixing the problem or being transparent upfront, they offered a $100 credit for a future stay on a listing that was already inaccurate. Overall, this experience showed a clear lack of accountability and care for guests.

I was very pleased with the apartment. I was especially pleased that within the first couple days I had a concern and they send someone over same day to come check it out - turned out to be a non issue, but I appreciated the attentiveness.

False Advertising Property was disgusting - barely cleaned prior to last guest. Found dirty q-tip in closet and pubic hair in the toilet. We asked host to clean room again upon check-in, and even after that the room still felt dirty. The white couch was basically black. The listing says 2 bedroom which is false, and pictures are of the unit maybe from 10 years ago. Upon check-in host makes you sign new contract that is inconsistent with what is advertised in the VRBO listing. Host tries to scam you with bunch of cash ad ons upon check-in. For example they want 35 per day for parking which they claim is on-site and has in/out privileges. We found out this is false. Beware of this very dishonest company.

Great pool, but not sure it was worth the hassles Overall, we enjoyed the pool and the views from the balcony, but a few things were off-putting: -the space is not "well-equipped" as the listing describes. It has very basic kitchen items and did not have additional pillows for the sofa bed. You needed to remove pillows from the main bedroom, which is not ideal. If you were planning on cooking, it would be very difficult due to very little cookware/utensils/etc. and no spices or basics like salt, pepper and olive oil. -Check-in process was a hassle. If you check in after 9pm, you pay a $40 fee and they sent a man to meet us and check us in. He was not in the lobby when we arrived, despite sending several texts telling us he was on the way and would be there when we arrived. He checked my ID, but did not take my remaining payment. My remaining balance had to be paid in person, which I have never had to do for a rental property. The man who checked us in spent 2 minutes with us to bring us to the front desk, have them take my photo and show us where the elevators were. He described where the keys were in the unit, but didn't take us to the unit or even tell us the unit number. He simply referred us to the text sent by the property manager. I'm not sure why we paid $40 for this late check-in, since you access the unit with a key code and send a photo of the keys to them to confirm receipt of the building fobs for accessing amenities. -Getting amenities cards was a hassle. The amenities are GREAT (the pool was very fun and the giant hot tub was even better) but you need to get a photo ID to access them. When we showed up the next morning to get our cards, we were told that my 2 friends could not get a card and we would need to get their photos taken since their photos were not on file and the person who takes photo was not currently at the desk. This was frustrating because their photos should have been taken the night before, when my photo was taken. We left and came back, and the amenities photo card person was still not there. -Paying the balance was a hassle. As mentioned, the credit card balance had to be paid in person. It was not paid at check-in (for reasons I still do not understand) with the person who was paid to do our check-in. Instead, we took more time to meet up with the property manager to make the payment. We agreed on a time, but ended up waiting in the lobby for 30 minutes. -Poor linen quality, definitely not luxury. -No luggage storage.

Amazing!!! I highly recommend this property. The place is very comfortable, clean and the views are amazing!!!. The reservation process, check in and check out where fast and easy. The property manager Silvia was very professional, helpful and very attentive. I will definitely stay again at this property in the future.

Renovated and lavish apartment in Brickell The stay was enjoyable. We were pleasantly surprised to see that the apartment was recently renovated. The amenities in the Icon Brickell / W building are amazing - gym, pool, spa, etc. The apartment is also in a great location; the heart of Brickell is within walking distance. Our main feedback is is that guests should not have to pay an extra $ fee to check in late. There should be an easier way to access an apartment than paying a property manager to wait for you in the lobby late at night (especially when you only need a code to unlock the apartment door). Would recommend the apartment to anyone trying to stay in Miami!

Great short stay Lovely immaculate clean property. City living close to it all. Really enjoyed Brickell area. Need to shop as little choice of food in complex. Whole foods 2-3 blocks away. Check in by Natalie was helpful as she stored bags and placed in apartment when cleaned. Cheerful and bright unit with beautiful views.

Cute clean condo-difficulty w/food delivery The gps did not give adequate guidance and security people were not helpful w/helping us find the appropriate building valet/entrance. Uber drivers and door dash also had a very hard time finding the proper place to go. Once we were in the building, Marie was there to greet us and get us checked in. She was very friendly/helpful. The condo was clea/cute. Nice balcony, too. Bathtub/shower was a short person’s’ nightmare, having to straddle the tub to get in the shower. There was a unrythmic clanking/ticking coming from outside all night that was annoying. We didn’t go to the pool area but it looked nice from our condo.

Nice balcony view and pool We loved the views from the balcony and the pool was a really nice addition. We felt the apartment was clean overall. However, it did not appear to be a luxury apartment. The pictures for the listing were not very accurate. Definitely needs some maintenance. There were so many stains on the wall and it looked like the paint was chipping off. The whole sink in the bathroom seemed it would fall off when we turned off the faucet. Also it would have been nice to provide proper instructions on how to access the building amenities. We didn’t realize all the steps it would take the access the gym and the fact that we had to reserve a time. We attempted to call the front desk to reserve a spot for the gym but no one answered the phone. Not sure exactly what the duty of the host is but she seemed super rushed and impersonal when she showed us our unit. I sent a message asking about restaurant recommendations and it’s fine if her role wasn’t to give recommendations. It would have been nice if she responded simply stating it was not part of her job of something, rather than ignoring the message. Our air conditioner stopped working for most of the day one day, and we didn’t know who to contact or how to call the front desk.

Unexpected expenses The condo was beautiful with a great view and very clean. We had to pay for valet parking, which we didn't find out until the day before, had we know we would have never rented a car as the process was expensive and not worth the hastle. It's a very busy area but everything ran smoothly. If you plan on cooking your own meals, which we did, there are zero spices or anything in the condo so be prepared to shop. The walls are surprisingly thin, so if you have issues sleeping download a sleep app or sound machine on your phone.
