Me and my husband loved this rental and we cant wait to come back. The hotel smelled so good!!! I forgot to ask what was the name of the sent used throughout the hotel. The location was perfect for us, there’s restaurants all over, really good food and the area was laid back. Everything was amazing!
We absolutely loved the Coconut Grove area! Lots of restaurants and fun things to do. The area is great for walking and it’s only a short walk from the bay. The unit was perfect for my fiancé and I with great views of the bay and the city. We will be staying in the Coconut Grove area the next time we visit Miami!
Daughter moving trip Very nice condo. Lived the location was able to walk to many restaurants and shops. My husband couldn’t get tv to work and called for someone to fix it, however told us it was an internet problem and never had tv the entire time. Spent some time at the pool which was nice. Room is very big with washer and refrigerator a plus. Definitely would stay again.
The Front Desk staff was professional and courteous throughout our stay. Gustavo the bellman was very courteous and helpful with all our bags and packages. The lobby was large and comfortable with a coffee machine that was inexpensive and produced a great latte. The room was a 1 bedroom plus living room which was a good size for our family of 4 with comfort, decor and provided everything we needed. I used the gym on a daily basis and was equipped with everything I use. We had a great stay and I will definitely be back!

Really nice view, big and comfort bed! The environment is also good which you can see luxury cars and buildings near and it’s a safe place to stay with great price!!!

Everything was as-pictured, and well-worth the price! The room was clean and spacious, and the pool had a beautiful view especially for the cost. We were steps from everything we wanted to do in Coconut Grove, without being disturbed at all by any night life (the hotel is just off the main strip). Check-in was also a breeze. This studio is located inside a hotel, so it has hotel-like amenities like a serviced pool and a gym. Check in was easy - reception is able to issue keys. Place was clean. Location is great and walkable to restaurants, shops, and bars. We had a great stay!
Hosts were so accommodating answered all my questions within five minutes. We thoroughly enjoyed our sta. beautiful views, room was clean, felt like we were part of the complex community. Had a great time while we stayed. Though a short visit, we will definitely be back again.

Everything was great! The room was laid out nicely. The bed was comfortable and the shower head had multiple settings. The balcony had beautiful views and a nice breeze. Just FYI, the coffee maker uses the smaller espresso pods. The hotel pool was lovely and a very nice temperature. The Metrorail is a little over a mile away, so it is walkable. However, we could not quite figure out the trolley system. The host answered all our questions and was helpful and nice! We had a very enjoyable stay! Thank you so very much!!!

If you've been to Miami a few times and felt you exhausted brickell, miami beach, and wynwood. I highly suggest to check out coconut grove and use this rental to do that. The location of this unit is extremely convenient - walking distance to several coffee shops, marina, and restaurants. We will definitely rebook here going forward when we come back to Miami.

I just spent three nights at this property and can not sing it's praises loud enough. Seemless check-in. Gorgeous accommodations. Fabulous location. I particularly enjoyed the pool, spa, and balcony. Spent every morning on the balcony drinking coffee. Every evening out there with a glass of wine. The view of the bay and marina was wonderful. With all that being said, the best part of my stay was the thoughtfulness of my hosts. No detail to making my stay as enjoyable as possible, was overlooked. I hated to leave. I'd return in a heartbeat.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, die Unterkunft ist traumhaft, die Aussicht vom Balkon ist großartig, der Pool war am späten Nachmittag eine schöne Abwechslung. Auch das man sein Auto sicher im Parkhaus abstellen durfte,war ein weiterer Pluspunkt für diese Unterkunft. Es gibt viele Restaurants und Bars die alle zu Fuß zu erreichen sind. Der Park zum Hafen war grün, sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Wir werden diese Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

Had and amazing view and was very beautiful
Our stay was everything we expected it to be and more. The location was perfect, amazing view of the city and the bay from the balcony, beautiful pool and fitness centre, unit was spotless upon arrival and the free parking made it a no brainer. Check in process was as smooth as it gets and the host was extremely responsive providing clear instructions every step of the way. Overall 10/10 experience would absolutely book again in the future!
Great place in one of our favorite neighborhoods in Miami. Perfectly located in the center of everything. The view was a high point!
This apartment and host were awesome. I have stayed at Arya before but this layout is ideal; has a king bed, sofa, kitchen table and kitchenette. It's perfect if you want to have breakfast or apps before diner...feels more apartment vs room! The location is perfect for walking along the water or to restaurants and shopping in the Grove and bonus it has a view of the water. Great stay!

Registration The check in process was very disappointing. I asked if we could check in a hour early and was told the room was ready. I paid the balance and it took 2 hours for the host to respond to my phone calls and texts that the front desk did not have my registration information.
It’s a beautiful place. The ocean views from the balcony and pool are fantastic. Walked to restaurants, but thankful for the parking too. An absolute gem of a property.
Miami Appartement agréable et extrêmement bien situé
Location, Location, location!! Loved the location! Appreciated the parking and that there was someone at the front desk so check in was easy.The only downsides were 1. Despite the board we noticed that was placed under the mattress the bed was too soft. 2. the washer/dryer machine was broken. We decided to wash a few shirts before leaving the next day for our cruise and found our clothes soaking wet in a pool of water in the washer. Only diwnsides
Great location, beautiful views We loved the unit. Views are gorgeous, and its in a perfect location. The unit was very clean and it has a washer/drier (which I loved). The property managers were very welcoming and checked on us throughout our stay. We will Definitely be back.
Beautiful View in Miami The check in was really easy and the view off the balcony was divine. we had everything we needed the added bottle of my favorite moscato wine was a welcome surprise. While here you are close to several wonderful restaurants within walking distance. With parking kind of hard to come by some places having a parking garage made the stay even more stress free. Close to restaurants of all kinds. Has the use of a nice pool. Free parking. Deck was nice but noise from air conditioning from a nearby motel when on the deck.
Great Stay We had a great stay in Miami ~ first time there & really enjoyed the beautiful city and trips to Key Biscayne beach! Our VRBO unit was beautiful/immaculate and beautiful views. The pool was great/relaxing and also beautiful views. Would highly recommend - friendly staff too.

Great Getaway Had a great stay start to finish! It was a beautiful view from the balcony and the rooftop pool was amazing! The room was very clean and cozy. Location is right in the middle of the grove which was great and we enjoyed many of the local restaurants, I would recommend Salt and Straw for ice cream and greenstreet cafe for incredible breakfast! We will definitely be staying here in the future, thanks!
Great View Great views of the marina in Coconut Grove and Biscayne Bay. The property was nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. It is an easy walk to all of the shops and restaurants in Coconut Grove. We will definitely stay there again.
Cute place but disappointed. This room was very cute but we walked into the bathroom to find black hair in the sink, on the floor of the shower and bathroom. Despite the shower smelling like bleach the grout wasn’t clean. The beautiful wood floor was cleaned with something that made it sticky. Hopefully it was just the cleaning company. The location was great with lots of restaurants close by.
