Loved staying in Brickell at Icon The condo was exactly as described and the property management staff checked on us regularly to make sure we needed anything. It was just my husband and myself so the condo was the perfect size. Loved watching the boats go down the river and back. So relaxing. The balcony was my favorite.

Amazing I took my boyfriend to Miami to celebrate his 30th birthdays and i have to say the unit in downtown Miami was phenomenal...the view was breathtaking especially when your not used to the big city life. I definitely would recommend.

Great property The property is absolutely beautiful and elegant. We celebrated our first year wedding anniversary. The atmosphere and decor was definitely romantic. Will stay here again and again.

Simplesmente maravilhoso! bem localizado, fácil acesso aos out lets pelas rodovias e à praia (Miami Beach) pois alugamos carro. Excelente localização... A atendente Nicole estava nos aguardando no lobby para fazermos o check in, muito atenciosa. Nos auxiliou com o estacionamento próximo e não muito caro (90 dólares por 7 dias). El apartamento esta muy bien, igual que la locacion, el servicio de parking es a unos 100 metros y es conveniente. Al llegar tuve problemas con la lavadora que nunca pudieron resolver en una semana. Para mi es importante contar con ese servicio por tanto, fue incomodo dado que fue uno de los puntos al seleccionar el apartamento.

It was great staying here for about a week while I figured out my move to another apartment (signing a long term lease) The room itself is incredible. It was clean, prepared with towels, fresh sheets. The hosts even gave me a wine bottle as a gift which was a super warm welcome. The hosts were also very responsive, always helped with any questions I had. 100% would recommend this place!

GREAT LOCATION WITH GOOD TRANSPORTATION OPTIONS FOR BUSINESS OR PLEASURE IN BRICKELL AREA SAFETY SUGGESTIONS FOR THE STUDIO. VERTICAL HANDLE NEEDED TO ASSIST ENTRY TO SHOWER. NON SLIP MATS IN BATH NEED CHANGING. FRONT BED BASE LEGS ARE SHARP COULD BE ROUNDED ? THE LOCK BOX WAS NOT WORKING.

Great find! Know Miami well after travelling between Latin America and home back in Chicago since the early 90s for work. I even had a place on Miami Beach for a couple of years. The apartment’s location, views, furnishing and décor are great and the building’s amenities can’t be beat. Generally prefer an apartment rather than an impersonal hotel. It’s nice to encounter such an amazing place that is impeccably clean and so reasonable. Spend a lot of time between work and catching up with friends in wanting to make the most of my time in Miami. Natalia was very accommodating with my busy schedule and insightful regarding some of the latest and greatest in booming Brickell and the area. Found my preference for future stays and need to look no more! I have already recommended this apartment to friends and colleagues. It’s perfect for anyone visiting Miami for work, pleasure or both.

We had a fantastic stay here. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. Beautiful pool area and a great gym, just a little complicated figuring out the process the first time but after that it was easy. In an awesome neighborhood walking distance to the mall, grocery/pharmacy, and amazing restaurants. Friendly people and a beautiful spot to relax and recharge. Responsive and helpful hosts made us feel safe and comfortable. Thank you so much!

Amazing stay in Miami! The location was perfect! Close to everything I wanted to see and do. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable. The host was wonderful and checked in regularly to make sure everything was going smoothly. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend!

Clean, modern studio apartment with W/D, kitchenette, and large fridge. Bathroom quite nice. The bed was a bit lumpy and like ALL of the Brickell apartments and condos late nite Lamborghini and muscle car backfires are common. Our host was polite and left earplugs on the bed when we. Checked in. Given its location, I would stay there again.

A localização do apartamento é maravilhosa, mas a limpeza deixa a desejar. Nota-se claramente que os cantos não são tão limpos e a colcha e lençóis não são 100%. Já as toalhas de banho são perfeitas e demonstram limpeza. A sensação é de estar em um lugar que não é confortável o suficiente por não estar limpo ou não demonstrar a limpeza que ele representa. Outra coisa que deixou muito à desejar é o colchão ele não é firme o suficiente e novamente reforço, a roupa de cama é de baixa qualidade ou não demonstra total limpeza, precisava de alguma forma estar mais evidente isso. Se esses pontos estiverem resolvido eu com certeza estaria de volta neste apartamento. Acredito que são pontos fáceis de resolver e que a operação pode ajustar isso tranquilamente.

Surprisingly good and efficient I stayed at the same building complex 8 times but never got this quality of service! Cleanliness, quality of sheet and towel, toiletteries, coffe capsule and expresso machines, washing machine detergent, water and wine ready in the fridge... a Paradis

Terrible English and Customer Service 0 Very hard to deal with whatever you ask took forever and they are constantly trying to cheat you they even overcharged us and took us mentioning authorities before this was refunded. I strongly urge to stay away from these guys.

Nice room for 2 people, great views from the balcony. the kitchen is very functional. Amazing pool the only negative thing is the elevator which can take time during peak hours. But overall super place.

Amazing Studio Great Location Everything about this place was great. Center to everything, walking distance to amazing restaurants/bars. Scooter, Uber or Bus it anywhere all from downstairs. Whole Foods down the street to stock up if staying for a while. Washer and Dryer in unit. Views were spectacular. Honestly the only complaint I have is the bed frame sticks out about a 6-12 inches past the mattress and it's very low to the ground so I kept banging my ankles against it. But that's just me and not worthy of losing a star. Thanks so much would love to stay again!

Contemporary and comfortable It was a good stay at this W residence. The property manager was very friendly and resourceful. The room oversees a nice skyline of Miami Brickell area with all the glittering towers and condos. However, one thing I wasn't too happy is the bathroom amenities which feel like a cheap product that I ended up buying a bar of soap from the corner store. But overall it was a pleasant stay and I would book it again for my next trip back to Miami.

the best of downtown Miami If you want to experience downtown Miami this is the place to stay! no need for a car, walk or take a free trolley everywhere. Natalia is a wonderful host and takes care of all your needs.

Appropriate to the purpose of my trip Everything was and comfortable with the exceptions of last days, after Irma. AC system was not working and it was tough to stay in the apartment.

Our stay at W Miami hotel was great. We arrived early & Nicole allowed us to check in early 👍 Our stay was great, condo was spacious & clean & cool. 2 things, need an umbrella & instructions for washing machine, everything else was perfect, thanks once again Nicole, Greg & Latrraine from Melbourne Australia 👍

Beautiful, clean, accommodating, close to amenities. My stay was perfect. Nicole and Natalia were very helpful and cheerful. Even with a late arrival. The condo was very clean. It was nicely decorated and was a very comfortable place to stay. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Great view Property was beautiful and clean. We chose a condo with a kitchen because I have some dietary restrictions and need to cook. The oven did not work as we discovered the first night after bringing home some prepared food that needed heat not a microwave. We reported it but the part did not arrive during our stay. The second day we required ice and we could not get the ice maker to work. Another call to the unit rep. We made due by carrying ice back from the bar. The issue for us was the contact person was aware of these issues but did not tell us when we arrived.

Best Home Away stay yet! We so enjoyed our stay in the apartment. The level of decor, cleanliness, and convenience was remarkable! Thoughtfulness was apparent in every detail. I would highly recommend the property and the management team. The location was very convenient to restaurants, night life, grocery store and Miami's many attractions. Thank you to Natalia, Nick and the team for making our getaway a special one.

Impecable y excelente studio, muy buena ubicación , amenities y excelente decoración Hemos pasado unos días increíbles en este studio. Me gusta sentirme como en casa cuando viajo y que este excelente de limpieza, tal como lo recibí. Recalco y recomiendo la vista desde al balcón: piso 35 increíble !! Me encanto la decoración y los detalles. Súper limpio y prolijo. Vale la pena pasar unos días aquí, todo a mano y caminando si no quieres usar auto. Fuimos muy bien recibidos tanto en el check in como en el check out

Perfect, luxurious unit in a perfect location. My stay at the Icon has been a true pleasure. The unit is tastefully decorated, in perfect conditions and with a large window opening to a balcony on the 3O+ floor, there is lots of light coming in as well. The location of the Icon is ideal, in the middle of Brickell, with plenty of restaurants and other attractions around. Staff was very helpful and friendly, with a level of attention to our comfort that I don’t believe I have seen anywhere else. Next time in Miami, I will certainly plan to come back to this place.

Outstanding apartment with take breathing views I stayed for a week and everything was perfect. This apartment is really fully equipped, with an amazing decoration. The pictures in the web are spectacular but the apartment is even better. Incredible building amenities. It is perfect for business or vacations. Location is great, walking distance to plenty of restaurants, Downtown, Bayside, etc. Natalia was a pleasure to meet, she is very nice and kind, and helps you with every detail. An awesome place, I will be back.

The apartment totally surpassed my expectations! The property is centrally located with amazing amenities ( infinity pool, gym, outdoors running track); views were spectacular; bed was extra comfy and the all apartment was clean and welcoming. The hosts were fantastic!

Elegant and Hello!!! I stayed for two days in this gorgeous apartment and had an amazing experience. The apartment is stunning and elegant (including the building, lobby and all the way facilities) but the customer service I received from Natalia was the best. As a customer I am very particular when choosing a place to stay, but I noticed from the first message I sent to Natalia that she was very kind and helpful. She explained me everything about the building and she also answered all my questions very fast. When I got there a special gift from her was waiting for me --she surprised me with a tasty bottle of wine! :) In addition, she was very flexible and understandable with my arrival and departure time as my flight got delayed and she had to wait for me in the lobby. I went into the room everything was very clean and organized--just like the pictures. I strongly recommend this apartment to anyone traveling to miami. It's a an amazing place to stay and is very close to everything: restaurants, clubs, bars, pharmacy, marina, metro, Bayside, Mary Brickell Village, taxis, etc. Thanks! Eric
