We love staying at Arya, this unit was great to accommodate our family of 3. Very comfortable, perfect location. Will definitely come back.

Yes a bit more on the expensive side compared to the shared next door hotel called The Mutiny. We have stayed there many times before and this is our second time at Arya. Arya's rooms are bigger and a bit more updated. This apt was nice . They just have to sort out the plumbing as it was a bit of an inconvenience. Still a great stay !

Spacious 1-bedroom and well stocked. The location of this hotel makes it VERY special because bars, restaurants, and nightlife are literally steps away. No need for a car. BTW, considered the Marriott Courtyard, but it didn't offer the convenient location for walking to just about everything! Arya is well-maintained and the Airbnb was really clean and comfortable!

O apartamento se encontra no hotel Arya, que tem uma ótima estrutura com estacionamento, academia e piscina. O apartamento tem uma vista incrível!! Da sala e sacada temos a visão do mar e da Marina. A região é ótima e agradável. Chei de restaurantes e lojas. É a segunda vez que nos hospedamos lá.

Wonderful location an a great place to stay for a week in coconut grove! Positive: Nice apartment, clean and well designed. Plenty of room for three with a great balcony overlooking the pool and down to marina. They kindly offered espresso and a bottle of wine on arrival. Negative: Nothing.

Location is great, apartment is spacious - 10th floor is too close to the pool floor.

Great location and clean apartment. The kitchen equipment (pans, frying pans) are very old and worn.
