I enjoyed my stayed. Very responsive and kind.

This place was exactly what I was looking for after our 5 day Cruise🚢 . It was cozy and neighborhood was pleasant. We walked to local restaurant and really enjoyed the rooftop pool. Definitely would book this place again‼️♥️💋

The unit is in a great location. We loved walks along the harbor and it is close to so many great restaurants. We will definitely come back!

Love the place , look just like the photos , they were really responsive to any question and concerns . Walkable to a lot of restaurants (Try sandbar restaurants and bar very affordable) it really peaceful from the night life of Miami but drivable to any party area and beach . I would book again

Beautiful room and amenities. Great location near so much. I stayed here last night on my trip because the first Airbnb I booked was so awful.. this place was like a dream come true compared to that other one. It’s not badly priced for what it is. Definitely deluxe.

Truly wonderful stay! As a miami local who now visits for the holidays this stay gave and excellent taste of the luxury tourist experience. The host were proactive and clear in their communication and available whenever needed. To top it off, we were welcomed with a complimentary bottle of wine. 10/10, must stay!

Our stay was excellent and would thoroughly recommend. I only gave 4 stars for check in as we had some heavy suitcases and there didn’t seem to be any staff to help with this. There are quite a few steps at the front of the hotel but the next day I found the back entrance which is all on one level and we arranged our pick up from there. The manager ended up helping us with our bags when we arrived so thank you to him.

We stayed here for three nights, the first night being New Year’s Eve. The room is on the 15th floor of Hotel Arya and has an absolutely stunning view. The location is extremely walkable to many things in Coconut Grove; we didn’t need to use our car the first day and a half of being there. 24/7 front desk service was a plus as we arrived late on New Year’s Eve and the complimentary bottle of wine was even better. Honestly great communication with the hosts overall and I would recommend to anyone looking to experience the Miami area without being smack dab in the middle of all the craziness

Great stay and the location was perfect. Check-in and check-out was a breeze! Once I figured out the remotes to get the TV working, I was all set. Everything else I needed was available to make this a great place to stay.

I've used MVR s few other times, and each time I have a great experience. Everything is always so neat and clean, and the check-in check-out procedures are seamless. Anytime I come to Miami, this is probably where I'll stay.

I had a great stay in this unit! Had a slight hiccup at check-in (as I booked last minute) but the host responded right away and got everything sorted no problem. The unit was clean, well designed, great views, and everything I wanted. Highly recommend.

Good not Great My hot water wasn’t working the morning of checking out. I text on the chat 💬 nobody responded!!!!! I don’t like cold showers but I was forced to take one anyway. That was my only complaint! I’m assuming this was just something that happens once in a while .

EVERYTHING WAS GREAT

Great place just as described! The only thing is it would be nice to have at least two chairs as only one of us was able to sit while eating. We don’t like to eat on the bed so having a second chair would have been more convenient. Aside from that, the place looked great and I would stay again :)

Excellent space in the Arya Hotel. I've stayed in several spots in Coconut Grove and this is probably the best yet. Very clean, updated bathroom, comfortable bed, and nicely styled. And outreach by the hosts was fast and easy.

We really enjoyed our stay and everything was well appointed. We would definitely come back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Veronica’s place. The room was very clean, and the convenient location made it even better. Everything you need is either nearby or within a 15-20 minute radius. The amenities are outstanding; we particularly enjoyed the gym, the pool, and the hot tub. The gym has a sauna, but we didn’t use it. Communication with Veronica was excellent. Highly recommended!

I loved my room. I thought I was getting a balcony based off the pictures and a living area. However the room was clean and I enjoyed my stay. Would I choose this location again? Definitely! It's close to restaurants and there is so much in the area.

Beautiful Miami I had a wonderful time at the Ayra hotel while I was in Miami. Great location for restaurants and lots to do walking. I had a car and parking was good. The 8th floor pool had a wonderful view of sailboats and water. Great wind break and a lot of lounges and umbrellas. In the room, I liked the long table at the window with Nespresso machine, microwave and refrigerator. Bed was comfortable and I had lots towels and pillows. Elevator issues and I was notified in advance.

We did not get the amenities listed. The room was not clean.

Gorgeous view and great hospitality! I loved everything about it. One of the property managers set up my TV so that I could watch cable stations, because I don't have a Netflix account. The floor needed to be really scrubbed with cleaning solution of some sort because my feet would get dirty instantly. The property manager had the floor washed and it was better, but it wasn't perfect. I booked again and I'm returning shortly!

The location and cleanliness of the property was great. The view from the room was awesome. While out of the renter's control, we had noisy neighbors that shared the common entryway. The check-in process could improve. I texted with the manager to meet in the lobby at 11:30 am to complete the payment process, but the person didn't show up until 11:50am. Also, listing stated there would be 4 bath towels, there were only 2. When I inquired how to obtain more towels or housekeeping, there was a $20 service charge. I ended up toughing it out for another 2 days.

I booked through Expedia, but it was actually a Vrbo. The check in was stressful because I had to wait to hear from the property manager instead of just being able to check in. The property was nice, but the elevators were slow.

Great week in Miami I stayed here while visiting my brother, who lives in Coconut grove. The apartment was great/ exactly as listed. The location is perfect for exploring the Grove!
