About this property

"The view is truly amazing and was the highlight of our stay."

This residence is steps from Bayfront Park. It is perfect for couples or solo travelers planning spontaneous, special trips to Downtown Miami.

This apartment features a modern, open-concept design. Expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows frame breathtaking panoramic views of Biscayne Bay and the vibrant city skyline. A private balcony extends the living space outdoors.

The gourmet kitchen is sleek and functional with full-size, stainless steel appliances, dark cabinetry, and a white subway tile backsplash. Luxurious light-toned wood-look flooring flows throughout. The modern bathroom includes a stylish vanity and an illuminated mirror. There is a practical walk-in closet with custom storage.

Coastal-inspired art adorns the walls, often depicting serene beachscapes or abstract blue motifs. Vibrant fresh flowers are artfully placed, adding bursts of natural color. Plush blue throw pillows and a teal throw blanket provide inviting texture. The atmosphere is Serene Coastal Modernism; bright, airy, and sophisticated. White walls and light wood tones are complemented by blue accents. Contrasting dark elements in the kitchen add a modern edge.

Guests consistently rate this space 4.8/5 for cleanliness — floors, linens, and surfaces are reset to hotel standard between every stay. This apartment offers zero-hassle hospitality. Enjoy effortless service from check-in to check-out.
