Amazing location & Views. Came for the F1 Grand Prix. Room was great and clean upon arrival. View was great. Parking situation was great. For those who are curious this room is about 25-30 minutes away from just about everything (Miami beach, Downtown Miami, Airport,etc) Loved it, thanks again to the hosts!
My boyfriend and I really enjoyed the stay from beginning to end! Our room was ready a little earlier than check in time, which we really appreciated! Upon arrival into the room, we received complimentary waters and a complimentary bottle of wine which we were truly grateful for! Everything was super clean and as pictured on the listing! We are so happy that we discovered this listing and we would definitely book this stay again whenever we visit Miami! Thank you to the host for being so responsive and providing such a welcoming stay!

Awesome place with an awesome view
Hotel room was spotlessly clean. Big walk in shower. Comfy king bed. AC worked well. Piping hot water. Big balcony with a lovely bay view. Basic decor/furniture outside and in, nothing special but absolutely fine. Lots of art which was appreciated. 20th floor. Quiet. There is a nice park with a playground directly across the street if you have young kids. Just be aware of a few things: they use an online check in platform outside of Airbnb that requires you to sign your life away, upload your ID and either pay a set deposit fee (non refundable) or a 1000 USD hold on your card. I find that exorbitant but we had no issues with it. They charge for an early check in or late check out and the code to the room is timed so you are not staying one minute past the 11 am checkout. They leave exactly 2 coffee pods and 2 creamers regardless of how long you stay and there’s no daily cleaning. There are also no cleaning supplies. It was cheaper than direct booking! Happy customer.

This Airbnb was amazing. The location was perfect, the place was very quiet, and everything was spotless. It felt comfortable and well maintained throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and would happily stay here again.

No Response from host to fix Televison concern. Poor communications. Come to Miami often and wanted to try new place. Disappointed in help from host. Place was clean and convenient with nice touch of complimentary wine and water in fridge. Not sure I could stay here again but we'll see.

We had an incredible experience staying on the 20th floor in downtown Miami. The balcony offered panoramic views of the city skyline, with boats gliding across the water and ever-changing skies—it was truly mesmerizing. The apartment was spotless and well-appointed, featuring top-notch amenities that enhanced our comfort throughout the stay. Having complimentary parking in such a central location was a significant bonus. Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations, and we would gladly return.
The apartment is basically a hotel room, not a residence. The main difference between a regular hotel room in the Arya Hotel and this apartment, there is a washer and dryer but they also have coin laundry in the building. The view was beautiful and the place was very clean. Free parking is nice room I wish the communication was better and the person on the other end was considerate and a bit nicer. Sometimes it felt like I am talking to a bad AI. Also, shower has almost no power and the faucet makes loud noises and vibrates. if the company would try an extra effort especially in communica I would have given this place five stars.
