family had a great time, great location and convenient

My kids and I had a great stay here. With an easy self check-in it helped as we arrived later in the evening. We also walked to the beach which was very convenient. Fort Lauderdale is also a fun area with a lot of things to do and see. We had a blast.

We enjoyed our stay in this studio with my family. The room was clean and in great condition. The surrounding area was a highlight being close to Cocowalk and other restaurants. I recommend for a short term stay!

Ideal Location for enjoying Coconut Grove by foot and a short drive to the beach and more! The room was perfect for two persons for a long weekend or longer. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom/ shower was very good, and the little kitchenette had everything we needed. The pool is nice also with a good view of the sunset. We would stay here again! Coconut Beach was great area to stay, lots of good restaurants everywhere. Our location was very central but easy to reach and parking house made parking easy too. Pool area was excellent and pool water was warm. Gym was positive addition and we used it a lot. If you’re looking for central location, good facilities and nice harbour/sea view, this is your location!

Weekend vacation for family wedding Overall the stay was good. My only complaint is that the air conditioner did not cool well in the evenings despite cooling well during the daytime.

Nice place. Great location. To many items in the unit not working well. Coffee machine didn't work. A/c was noisy. Safe was locked. Fitness center is too old.

Prime location for walkability to CocoWalk among other shops and wonderful dining options. Our reservation was not visible to the front desk upon check-in, even though we followed the thorough instructions provided from host, however was quickly resolved with quick communication from the host. — Prior to check-in the host was helpful with requests & made sure we were provided with such. — However, it would’ve been helpful information to be made aware that our check-out was during Miami’s marathon in order for us to plan commute(s) accordingly. All-in-all this was a wonderful place to experience the convenience and charm of Coconut Grove. Would consider another stay if needed and would recommend to others as well!

Great stay in one of the best localities in Miami, a lot of things to do nearby, the best part being free parking, there’s a lot of free spots, so no worries about parking. Clean space good amenities, would definitely visit again!

location was good I felt very safe in the neighbourhood parking plentiful and few good restaurants locally we didnt use the pool or any of the hotel amenities, the apartment was good, clean comfortable beds the only thing that would be negative were dirty floors our socks and feet were dirty after 5 minutes, a good mopping would rectify it, air-conditioning was way too noisy so we switched it off. on one night the next door apartment had loud music or a party going on and our room stunk of weed for the last 3 days we did complain to the hotel reception and eventually the music was turned off, however the weed continued even as we left today they were still there smoking. I found it annoying others may not care. but overall a good experience and would recommend the place.

Awesome Lovely room had everything we needed, first time in Coconut Grove nice and quiet wonderful to be able to walk and enjoy the scenery. The owners were very responsive to questions. Thank you!
