Room was basically the same as a room at the Arya.m, as described in the photos. The hotel did not have my reservation when I checked in around 5pm, which was frustrating but I got in eventually… There is a check in process and extra damage waiver fee outside the Airbnb platform when you book. It’s annoying but it’s not a hidden fee, they do mention it. And even with the additional fee, my rate was cheaper than if I had booked directly with the hotel, so it was worth it.
⸻ The apartment is newly renovated, and I really love the bathroom—it’s spacious with a large bathtub, much bigger than average. The view is gorgeous, and I enjoyed the most beautiful sunsets I’ve ever seen from the balcony. The bed is very comfortable, and I love waking up to a view of the trees right outside. The host is very attentive and always responds quickly. I also appreciated the welcome gift they left in the fridge. The area has many nice restaurants and cafes and a great vibe. With the waterfront just across the street, I always enjoy myself when staying in this apartment. Will be back there again !
I don’t even know where to start but all I can say is I had a wonderful time, from a smooth check in to check out. The place was clean, welcoming and felt at home. The amenities on the hotel is pretty nice, very luxurious and safe.
It was a great place to stay as we were moving our daughter to the Coconut Grove area. We actually had dinner across the street at Glass and Vine an amazing restaurant. The trip was great including this day and we will consider staying in the future! The dip in the pool was nice as well and the view up there was amazing ! Thank you!

This is a great place to stay if you don’t plan on being in the room very much. This is more of a enjoy the city town and come back to sleep type of place. The pictures on the website must be dated because the hotel in itself does not look as nice as the picture show including the rooftop pool area. However, it did the trick for my work weekend and had just enough things in the kitchen to get by. I loved the blackout drapes. They made the room very dark and you could sleep even in the city.

La cama muy buena y la cocina fue lo suficiente para nuestras necesidades por lo largo de nuestra estancia. Si es posible volvería a ubicarme en ese mismo lugar. El anfitrión muy atento y amigable

This place is right in the heart of Coconut Grove, and there's many great restaurants all within walking distance. If you have your car with you, there's a nice parking garage you can use without charge. The unit is on the 18th floor, so the city view is excellent, especially at night. Also, the host is friendly, responsive, and hospitable. I would definitely stay here again.

I can't say enough about this place. Ideal location but still easy to get in and out of. Right in the heart of the Grove and with secure, covered parking! The building is well maintained, the pool is wonderful. And the room is fantastic and has an incredible view! Book it with confidence.

El apartamento en Miami superó mis expectativas. Muy limpio, cómodo y bien equipado, ideal para descansar después de recorrer la ciudad. La ubicación es excelente, cerca de todo y en una zona segura. La atención del anfitrión fue impecable, siempre atento y disponible. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí.

My stay at Hotel Arya was perfect, I’ve never been to Miami before so co-host Gabriella and the hotel staff made me feel so safe and comfortable. Anytime I had a concern or any questions they answered promptly, The hotel also accommodated me by printing my school work which helped me out a ton. This place will be my go to for whenever I come back to Miami! I had everything I needed! 10/10 🌟
Perfect spot! Parking was super easy (which is rare in Miami). Bonus: there was a festival going on nearby which made the whole vibe even better. Great location, would definitely stay again

I loved the accommodation. I would definitely stay there again. The entire hotel is beautiful. The host was very nice. I only recommend more kitchen utensils. Maybe a cutting board, among other things. The rest is perfect.
L’appartement est très bien situé. L’appartement est cosy et les installations sont très bonnes. Par contre, mauvaise isolation on entend les bruits extérieurs + dans le couloir. Très belle vue sur la ville. Parking très facile d’accès. Très bon quartier. Balcon très agréable. Nous recommandons cet appartement.

Tolle Lage mitten in der schönen Coconut Grove. Von hier ist alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Apartment ist funktional, hat aber kleine Macken. Die Amenities, wie Pool und Fitnessraum sind sehr gut. Zu unserem Bedauern hat gerade dieses Apartment keinen Meerblick. Ist uns bei der Buchung leider nicht aufgefallen. Es war wahrscheinlich das Einzige auf dem Flur in diesem Gebäude.
El departamento es súper cómodo para una pareja que quiere comer allí, tiene todo lo necesario. El hotel es precioso y bien ubicado. En la cama dormimos súper bien! Lo cual para nosotros era muy importante descansar cómodos. La zona nos encantó y pudimos prepararnos nuestras cenas y almuerzos perfectamente. El baño súper amplio! Todo funcionaba perfecto. Internet, TV, en el hotel nos atendieron bárbaro. La piscina no fuimos pero era hermosa. Definitivamente volveríamos! 😃
The Airbnb was in a great location and Natalia was very responsive to all inquiries. The size of the Airbnb was perfect for one person. The only problem I experienced was Natalia had advertised on the Airbnb that she had her own WiFi. This is not the case, she uses the hotel WiFi. This caused for me to have to use my hotspot for everything which drove up my phone bill. I requested money back from Natalia to cover my extremely high phone bill but she did not respond. I spoke with other Airbnb guests in the Arya Hotel and they shared their Airbnb had its own WiFi, not the hotels. Natalia mentioned she is "working" on getting WiFi, it's not that hard to set up WiFi so not sure why this is a working progress. I think she just wants to cut costs and use the hotels WiFi.
