Great unit Great unit, and stay. I would give all 5 stars if the showed/tub wasn’t so hard to get into. My only issue was how high the siding of the tub/shower was due to me and my family height. It created a challenge for us to utilize and I actually hurt myself really badly trying to get into the shower. Other than that, great unit and easy checkin and check out a
Do not go with this company or listing I have spoken with VRBO and have a case open for our stay. My family and I travel a lot and have been lucky to never had major problems. We were duped by this listing and contacted VRBO who documented this listing is untruthful and DOES NOT sleep four people. When asked about the pull out not being a queen, the staff continued to argue saying it is a queen (despite taking out a tape measure and it being a 49” width). I wish I could attach the pictures and texts so everyone could see how bad this stay was. One of my daughter’s had to sleep on the couch with towels as they failed to provide a sheet and blanket as they misrepresented the bed situation. The people we dealt with were unprofessional, apathetic, and could be bothered less- they are only concerned about making money. The portable twin they brought (and had the nerve to try to charge us for) was broken and I sent the pictures to Vrbo and the representative agreed that it was absolutely unacceptable. Please stay away from this management company and listing as I would hate for anyone to go through what we went through.

Center of everything Great location near city center. The beach and Lincoln walking mall are a quick Uber away. Definitely try the burgers at burgers and beer, the street tacos at Pilos tacos and the amazing breakfast at B Bistro. Would definitely recommend and we will be back.
Great Condo, Great Experience.. We were in Miami for our summer break. No doubts that one of the most important part of our great experience while in Miami was this amazing property. This condo is super nice, beautifully decorated, clean and well maintained. The location is perfect. There are excellent restaurants and entertainment at walking distance. The property manager Natalia and her staff were outstanding in providing quality support during our stay. We are definitely coming back to this condo again.

NY to Miami Spring Break Escape The Icon Brickell was a great place to stay overall. The location was perfect for day trips to South Beach, Wynnwood, Bill Baggs State Park, Vizcaya etc. There were lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance too. We enjoyed Sugar at Miami East and Crazy For You (?)by the river. Having the Whole Foods down the block was also perfect for us. The check in process could have been better. It was chaotic and important information was left out at the time making our first attempt at enjoying the pool a hassle. We were not told that both my husband and I needed to get cards and have our pictures taken prior to using the pool/gym. The gym (which was great) didn't give us a problem the first time but the pool did and we ended up having to go back and forth to the lobby, garage level office and our room on the 39th floor before all was worked out which wasted quite a bit of time. The "card" was mentioned in the intro email, but it was unclear how all needed to be done and the woman who checked us in should have made sure we had all we needed to enjoy our stay. Parking was easy at the church- def get the pass if renting a car. View was great. Rooms were very nice, but the bathroom presented a challenge with a very difficult entrance into the bathtub/shower- anyone who is physically challenged in anyway or older and not so "limber" would not safely be able to use the shower. There should at least be a bar to hold on to. Overall- a beautiful place with some minor improvements needed to make for a more optimal stay. Thank you!
Trustworthy, Responsive, and Fantastic! As a first time VRBO customer, I had my apprehensions about staying with a VRBO host. I've heard many stories about hidden fees, unresponsive hosts, last second cancellations, etc - and I am happy to report we encountered NONE of these issues with our stay! Before booking, you sign an agreement drafted by the hosts lawyers, which gave me peace of mind that these were serious hosts, and not scammers or money-hungry. This was my first time visiting Miami, and therefore was not expecting the Miami traffic. We were almost an hour late to meeting our host in the Lobby - and to our delight she was wonderfully understanding! She walked us through the check-in process, luggage drop-off, and amenities access. Our condo was spotless! Every appliance worked, and the view was breathtaking. The amenities were spectacular, and upon discovering we would need new amenity passes for our friends, our host responded rapidly, processing our friends ID's to add them to our reservation. This was in the middle of the day on a Saturday! Checkout was just as easy - we simply took out the trash, cleaned up after ourselves, and left our key fobs on the hook, and sent a photo to our host. That easy! We had a wonderful time, and will certainly be returning customers! Thank you for such a fantastic trip!

Beautiful place, beautiful views & great pool! It was a beautiful place, the views were amazing as was the pool! The location was a bit busier than I realized and the parking situation was not the best but it all worked out, we just paid more than we realized we would for parking. One negative was the shower/bath - it was beautiful, but as a person with knee issues it was nerve wracking getting in and out of the shower as the tub is very deep and the tile around the shower was wide, I wish it was more a walk in shower. But as said, it looked beautiful and the place was very clean and looked exactly as pictured. The views were even better in person than the pictures described. Would definitely recommend this place!

Mal no vuelvo más no utilice los balcones por qué estan bloqueados el ruido terrible no Me dejaron dormir se subieron a los balcones a trabajar cero privacidad la lavadora no funciona un verdadero relajo por lo que pagué la piscina no funciona si no solo los fines de semana no todo mal y todo un desastre no les recomiendo a nadie por ese precio hay mejor cosas y más nuevas y con personas muchas más gentiles y amables y el parqueo es un robo todo mal y no es la primera vez que me quedo ahí pero si estoy seguro que fue la última.
This apartment is on a high floor and I never saw any of the neighbors. The building staff are friendly and will let you park for 5 minutes while you check in and bring up your luggage. The apartment had what I needed though do note that one has to learn how to use the electronic shades.
Brickell by MVR is a really great experience - responsive maintenance staff, and hosts to help you work through any issues.
Electric drapes don’t function, so light will shine in no matter what. Bathroom fan broken. Balcony closed and view ruined by plastic tarps. Parking system “had an error” so my license plate couldn’t be added to the system and forced to pay double to park at valet. A ton of extra rules and fees that aren’t provided until you’re led to their separate website away from AirBNB. Visible marks on walls and couches. Lamps with broken switches- had to unplug some to turn them off. Host stopped messaging me for hours after realizing they couldn’t figure out how to add my license plate to the parking system.
This property would have been a nice vacation spot but the entire building and property is under renovation. There is scaffolding everywhere and all windows and sliding glass doors are covered in plastic. The sliding glass doors were locked so you could not access the balcony. In addition to this, many portions of the property are closed including the pool. It is closed Monday-Friday. All of this was such a disappointment. The description of this property is very misleading as the mention of renovations is buried in the fine print. After accepting my reservation (and payment) they said they wanted to be transparent and disclosed the conditions. I immediately asked to cancel because I knew this wouldn’t meet my needs but they refused. I would not recommend this property while it is under construction. I am also disappointed in the host for not being more transparent before the booking.
Great place! Great location in Brickel
Beware of renting this unit while renovations are taking place at the building. The major issue was the noise associated with the construction taking place at the condo building. Although we were informed that renovations were taking place on the outside of the building, they failed to inform us that the noise would be unbearable. Starting at around 8:00 AM they were jackhammering on the floor above us and on our floor which was so load I couldn't even have a conversation with the person sitting next to me.

The apartment was beautiful and looked exactly as in the photos. The amenities in the building and apartment were great. The hosts were warm and helpful, check in, check out was smooth and they were responsive to any questions. I highly recommend staying here, I will certainly be back!

The location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of Brickell, walking distance to great restaurants, cafes, shopping,The building itself was secure and had great amenities like a pool and gym, which made the stay even better. The host was super responsive and made check-in easy.

The apartment is as advertised. Only thing we didn’t like was the sofa which was covered in stains. It really didn’t invite you to sit on it. It should be replaced as it lets the rest of the apartment down. Other than that I would still stay there again - I’ll just sit on the balcony and enjoy the view!!

Amazing place right in the heart of downtown Miami with great views!
Honestly was expecting more as soon as I got there I realized there were stains all over the couch and the couch itself was broken, the jacuzzi tub doesn’t work neither does the bath tub. There was questionable white residue on the kitchen counter top. All and all would’ve been happier spending a little more money to get a better place. Assuming because it is a vacation home rental and they have dozens of Airbnb their maintenance is pretty bad.
The bed room set up was genius, waking up to that type of view everyday made me not want to leave. Going to sleep with the beautiful lights of the city! Loved that Talum had food especially breakfast! Didn’t have to go out to eat unless you wanted something different! Great restaurants around to choose from and even walking distance! Great place to stay!!

Prime spot in Brickell This condo is in a prime spot for enjoying the Brickell neighborhood which is a truly enjoyable place to stay, if you don't intend to see anywhere else in Miami. Plenty of great restaurants, shopping, and nightlife make up this neighborhood. We stayed for the SOBEWFF which was our first mistake.. while only 4 miles away, it can take 30 minutes to cross the bridge to South Beach and Uber surge pricing can hit 100. The unit was great with excellent amenities. Check in was easy and Sylvia was great, but the units description failed to mention the need to reserve parking which could be had at a discount. Instead, we paid 50/day valet with no in and out privileges. Good experience for us, but we would stay elsewhere in the future.

Icon Brickell (W Residences) The space, amenities, cleanliness and location were all exactly as represented and we enjoyed our stay. Views were great. Questions we had while there were answered promptly. Basic equipment/dishes for cooking. Bed was comfortable for us and linens/towels were very nice.

Weeklong Getaway Condo was very nice! It was unusually windy and almost chilly while we were there, so didn't enjoy the pool so much; but it was gorgeous. Text came in that the property was ready 30 min early, but the host has to meet you in the lobby- it's not like a hotel check in process; and the host is not the owner. I waited like 25 minutes before someone actually came, but she was super nice. Other than that, wonderful experience! Definitely reserve and pay for that parking, because that part would have been a nightmare had I not gone ahead and requested the parking, which is not included.

Really fantastic spot This is a dream spot for a Miami vacation. The high rise is well located, at Brickell Road and the Miami river, for nightlife, shopping, and neighborhood exploration on foot. Overall, this is a great location and a very nice place to stay. The apt is modern and clean with the amenities you would expect. The rental includes access to a beautiful and remarkable 15th floor pool deck and adjacent fitness center and amazing spa (though the required registration for the passes is strangely deep in the bowels of the hotel). In/out parking is available if you plan in advance, but it's in a lot about a block away. Talk to the rental agent. The rental agent handled us professionally and check in / check out was easy. Overall, a very good place for a Miami holiday.

Not a place to relax and unwind Very busy area with a lot of traffic and very crowded at the entrance. Check-in process was cumbersome. Girl who checked us in seemed to be under a lot of stress. Gave us the wrong directions to the parking area...so first impression was rough. Apartment is nice and has a great view from the balcony. Unfortunately, significant construction so it was very noisy. White couch in the living room needs to be replaced...material is flaking off. Very nice kitchen with everything you need. Bathroom is OK...tub/shower is a bit hard to get in and out of but great water pressure. Nice shopping and restaurants within walking distance but area is loud and busy.
Amazing view The views from this condo were amazing!! The check in process was a nightmare. I followed the check in instructions exactly. It took over an hour of me waiting in the lobby, calling and texting that I was there. Please consider making the check in process smoother and maybe a list of things(how to operate tub,how to access all the building amenities, location of amenities,ect). I had to contact her as soon as she left the condo because she forgot to give us the passcode to leave the condo and also forgot to provide the address for the off-site parking. The off site parking was very close by and we enjoyed the food trucks that were in that lot as well. The jet tub didn't work which would have been nice but not a deal breaker. Overall, I would definitely stay here again because the views alone are beautiful!
Views and music So the views from the floor to ceiling windows are everything, marble floors, everything bright and colorful in the Condo and the sounds at night are amazing the music the cars and bikes everything is beautiful in Miami!!!!!!!

great location. very quiet and beautiful views. Accurate description and great communication. Important: we had a rental car and you have to make arrangements to secure parking at the church next door in advance. It was $25 per day which is reasonable for for the area.

Would Definitely Return! Looks exactly like the listing and overall we had a really great time!! Property manager always responded to any questions we had in a timely manner and the hotel amenity acess was a plus! The ONLY 2 complaints we had was that there were strands of hair everywhere! We even found some tangled in the paper towel holder, after removing a finished roll of paper towels. Second thing, we wish there was a binder of some sort left with thorough instructions of how they expect you to leave the apartment. We left the place in great condition but it would have been nice to have things in writing so that we’d have known for sure that there were no expectations of us that we didn’t fulfill.
Great summer vacation The property was clean, very nice, and has an amazing view of the water. The check-in process was easy and the lady who was checking us in was very nice. It is conveniently located in the middle of Brickell, but the only thing that I might ask the property owners is to pay for parking in advance and give the renter the parking pass for their stay. We had a great time and highly recommend this property.

Brickell W Residence The apartment is very modern and very beautiful. It was wonderful to wake up to the beautiful view of the bay. The communication with the management was outstanding. I especially enjoyed having a washer and dryer in the unit. I would definitely recommend staying there, if you want to be near Brickell city center and all that the city has to offer.
