We had an amazing cousins trip staying in a two-bedroom apartment!!! MVR as always has their units clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time together. Kat was amazing during checkin. I used the self-parking, which was super convenient and hassle-free. Although the pool was closed for renovations during our stay, that didn’t stop our trip. We took full advantage of the spa services instead, and it was absolutely worth it, relaxing treatments and a great way to unwind with my cousins! Overall, it was a fun and memorable experience. Always always always coming back to MVR

Perfection We had to come to Miami for Miami Swim Week and needed a place to accommodate our whole team for the week. This property couldn't have been better. We loved our stay.

Perfect Miami Condo We stayed over Memorial Wknd with a group of us for our Trading/Investing Team! As soon as we checked in we felt at home! It was such a great place with great views! The Host was awesome too! Well def be back!

Great find! Our family stayed here the week of Thanksgiving and had a wonderful time. The apartment was beautiful and just as listed. Had a great view of the huge pool and large jacuzzi as well as the bay and Brickell Key. The area has tons of restaurants within walking distance; all types of food, pricey to affordable. Lots of things to see and do as well in the area, with various options for transportation within the area. Loved it!

Quick getaway to Brickell My wife and I enjoyed the apartment very much, with great views and plenty of room. The kitchen is very well stocked with high-quality items. The only downside was the construction noise, which kept us from enjoying the balcony and pool area. This is no one's fault, just unfortunate timing.

I brought my wife here to celebrate our anniversary and would rate my overall experience a 10! I fell in love with the apartment and the views! The pool and spa experience is probably the best combination you could ever ask for. The only complaint I have is with the lobby of the building which is saturated with an obnoxious incense. I held my breath each time I passed through. Apart from that, everything else was perfect!

Pros: The host was responsive. Check in time was adjustable a little bit. Clean environment. Lovely views. Friendly front desk. Con’s:Washing machines were old fashioned. Water doesn’t get that hot in the shared bathroom. Balconies are locked shut and not accessible neither is pool or gym. For the price I paid it wasn’t worth it because of those few things. Other wise from that everything else was smooth. I Would recommend to someone else when construction/ work on building is completed.

Rent this condo! I rented at Icon for my birthday weekend and can’t say enough good things about this property. The site manager was incredibly proactive with getting everything lined up for a quick check-in and because of this I was able to get into the condo right away with little wait time. The condo overlooks the pool on one side and you get awesome views of Biscayne Bay and Brickell. The amenities of this place (pool, spa and gym) are a huge reason I booked and really feel like those alone are worth the stay at Icon. I will absolutely be back!

Short work stay Property as advertised. A couple minor things weren’t working in the guest room/bath and they got right on an fixed.

So, the property itself was amazing. Great views and nice furniture with a fully stacked kitchen. However, be aware that while the listing allows 6 guests, per the club rules apparently for this unit only 4 of the 6 guests can be registered to use the Icon at Brickell’s amenities such as the pool and the spa. This should have been clarified on listing, it was not made clear until we checked in. Would have went with another property likely had I known that. Also, there was an issue with the site manager not updating the car tag so the car got booted in the deck and it was a 2 hour wait to get it off. I don’t blame the host for that but it was part of the experience and highly annoying since I sent the license plate information and it was not updated even though apparently the whole team saw the message. It is just no one updated it. The host reimbursed for the car boot however again suite is very nice but I will not be booking again with this particular listing due to the aforementioned

Miami Brandon Great location with extensive views. Super contemporary apartment. Reported broken hairdryer but no response either to original report or to leaving a note in the apartment on departure. Some of the cleaning a little sketchy eg dust on wardrobe shelves.

Miami Great location for exploring the city. The condo was clean with great views of the pool and bay. The pool and hot tub were fantastic.

Great Stay! Property was spotlessly clean, check in quick and smooth, and apartment condition was in full working order. Lovely apartment with amazing views. Only negative is elevators in building are inadequate for the traffic in the building.

Nice stay, lots of rules Condo was a true and pure reflection of the photos. Everything was clean. There are just a lot of rules to the building, the late check in time, no ability to store luggage, owner has to check guest in, which isn’t the owners fault. They were wonderful. But just be ready for all the rules of the building, pool area etc..

NEVER AGAIN Check in was unorganized and hectic. Once we got to the unit Loved the views, for the price we Expected the WOW Factor but instead had to clean it before we could unpack. Niaomi, offered to have the unit re cleaned but we decided we'd just do it ourselves. Super Bowl Sunday we decided to stay in as we had a fully equipped kitchen with groceries bought for this. The Oven did Not work, I contacted Niaomi to ask how to use the oven and was told (The oven doesn't work) the last guest broke it. We ordered a new one but it won't be here until Wednesday. The master bathroom shower also leaks all over the floor Not sure from where as there is a step to get into the shower. Would've preferred light blocking shades,for sleeping in but didn't get that either. The Pool was nice however the server, would disappear for 45 minutes at a time before reappearing with the menu, again before bringing drinks, by the time he reappeared to take our food order we no longer wanted food. He held our CC hostage and then Must have given himself a Tip as 3 rum and cokes DO NOT COST $85.00. Upon returning to our unit a smell of sewage from the dishwasher. We did not call Niaomi this time as Not sure what she could have done. Luckily we had lemon Lysol and opened all doors to get rid of the smell ourselves. We should have been offered a discount or at least reimbursed for the food we could not cook. I write Great reviews all the time so it was hard to express how disappointing this 4 day stay was.

The property was almost exactly as pictured so we were pleased with our choice. The property was quite nice. Very convenient location. Amenities were as specified. Did not get a chance to use the pool or spa. I would definitely stay here again.

The property is very accomafting as far as location. Perfect place to walk and not need a rental car Property is great for young adults but would not suggest really young families. Unit was great but showing wear and tear. Needs just a little more detail and would be perfect. But it was clean, great view, great access to walk, great restaurants and great pool area.

Nice condo It was a nice place to stay. Keep in mind valet parking is 44 a day and no in and out privileges. Beautiful view. I don't think as much as you pay for the place that you should have to take the trash out and strip the beds. That's why we pay a cleaning fee. I enjoyed the bed and how many towels they had available.

Fabulous condo lacks cleanliness Amazing views for this corner condo, spacious with 2 bedrooms and a very nice kitchen and a great layout. Furniture was really good and the bathrooms were huge. Check in process was the most complicated and stressful I’ve ever seen. Parking is offsite at 30 bucks a day. The location is in the heart of the downtown which makes getting in and out very time consuming because of the heavy downtown traffic. You cannot check in before 3 pm we got there at 1:30 and the lady on the phone wasn’t nice at all and told us to leave and come back at 3. Because they have everybody checking in at 3 it gets really crowded and you’ll wait. Cleanliness was the major issue hair in the master bathroom all over the shower floor, black stain on pillow, mold in tea pots, and the rug in the living room was disgusting with dirt and stains. It seems this property was very well designed and built but the management is poor.

Miami Layover Best way to extend a vacation. Flew back in the country and stayed in Miami 3 nights before flying home. Great Condo, furnished perfectly, excellent views and so many amenities. Highly suggest staying at this location.

Great condo! The condo was absolutely beautiful. It’s beautifully decorated and in a perfect location in Brickell. There’s plenty of eating and shopping in walking distance and Bayside is only a short 5-10 minute ride away. The condo was exceptionally clean and the manager stayed in contact with us before, during, and after check in to make sure everything was going well. I would highly recommend this location and would definitely go back again!

Will say again!! This property is now my go-to when I am in Miami. I was so impressed by everything on this stay. I am in town 4-5 times a year and this was by far my favorite experience!

nice location Good location, apartment was generally clean but some spots were missed (e.g., found food wrappers left out on some higher-up shelves), minor issues with the drains were quickly fixed when the host called a plumber. Kitchen lacked some useful equipment.

Amazing place Our stay was amazing. The check in process was perfect. Fernando was waiting in the lobby for us and escorted us to our room and went over every detail to ensure we knew exactly what we needed for the week. I honestly have to say it was the cleanest condo I have ever stayed in. I would stay again for sure on my next visit to Miami.

Always the perfect getaway We love staying at the Icon. This condo was stunning and we enjoyed having coffee on the balcony every day. Pool is amazing... This is our third time back and I am sure we will be back soon.

Wonderful Even better than the photos. We had everything that we needed, including a great parking spot next door. The place was spotless and well maintained. We had a few packages delivered and there was no problem at all with that. The only thing that was missing was some tea for the non coffee drinkers. The Brickell area is great, lots to do within walking distance. We will definitely book this place again for our next Miami visit.

Beyond Wondeful Words can't express how much I enjoyed my stay in your beautiful condo. The view was beautiful, especially at night time seeing the the city of downtown/brickell light up. I look forward to renting this condo again. I lived for the living room, bathrooms, and rooms. Whenever I had a question, the property manager answers within 5 mins. Thanks again!

Excelente apartamento!!! Natalia es un angel!!! Es una persona maravillosa que nos ayudó a conseguir este apartamento en horas pues el que ya teníamos contratado con otra persona nos lo cancelaron a ultima hora. Nos ayudó con todo y gracias a ella nuestras vacaciones fueron perfectas. El apartamento está dotado de TODO, tiene dos cuartos y una sala y comedor muy cómodos y los dos baños son muy útiles. La vista es ESPECTACULAR, la cocina tiene todos los implementos y el edificio tiene un gimnasio y un Spa de ensueño. La zona es perfecta para salir a caminar, comer y esta cerca a Museos de Ciencias y Museos para niños, asi como el AA Arena. Super recomendado y Natalia y su ayudante Nicole super queridas y siempre dispuestas a hacerte la estadía mas especial.
