The apartment is nice, exactly as described and the location is fantastic. But I stayed for 4 nights and never had working wifi. Their solution was to connect me to the unit underneath mine, but the signal was really bad and legitimately affected my ability to work from the apt.

Great Location and Clean Space Condo was very clean, the owners were very responsive to any issues that came up (clogged drain) which was appreciated, condo was in a great part of Brickell with walking distance to many cools bars/restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful! Beautiful city and located in the heart of shopping, dining and arts and entertainment. Would highly recommend. This was a solo trip for me, but my friends and I have already discussed visiting in the future. Brickell is gorgeous and has become a new fave of mine. The skyline and views from the balcony are unmatched. Impressive details in the unit, fully stocked kitchen with every gadget one would need to cook. Top of the line in every single detail. Check in was a breeze as well. Will be back!

Wonderful stay!

The location was great and everything is nearby and most of the places are very near , walking distance. The apartment looks like the pictures and it also was very clean , but not the dishes and saucepans, just in case if you would like to cook. Some hostings are more reliable and happy to give help, than others. On the other hand, the mattress was really very old, and I couldn´t sleep very well, considering that I had told them they had to change it urgently. Another issue was the wifi: The router was out of order and I had to wait for somebody to come and fix it. The man from the wifi Company. told me that the problem was not in the conection, itwas on a router that was not owned by the WiFi company, so I had go out to have wifi , for several days, till it was repaired. I will be back but I will ask for another apartment.

Loved everything about my stay! Communication was effective and on point! The beautiful view and tall buildings, with lots of things to do in the area, the room was clean and there was a bit of construction going on in the area which was kind of in the way. Other than that I loved the room and the area I would stay here again! Thank you I had a time!

I really wish I could’ve left a more positive review. This is a rental condo with 40+ floors and lots of potentially fun amenities, but check hours of operation as they might not be open during the weekdays. No parking onsite, 5 min walk and $140 cash upon check-in. Posting showed a king-sized bed – we got a queen-sized bed. I messaged the host and asked if we could be moved and/or reimbursed for the difference and was told that they’d see what they could do, but given the busy weekend (Colombus), they could give me a “full refund of the unused nights” if I wanted to check-out the next day and that they “sell the apartment for the size, i.e. studio, one bedroom, not the size of the bed”. Issues: Broken iron and board – Requested 3x for replacement and nothing was done, even though I was told a new one would be brought. Wi-Fi does not work, nor tv (hole in receiver), filthy bed frame (found candy wrapper and crumbs), loose floor tile, patchwork on accent wall, and overpowering scent.

Great Experience , The rental was everything we expected and more ! Clock in was very easy , I do recommend the offsite parking , extremely close and you do save money ! Room was extremely spacious, comfortable, clean , and the view was top notch! Located in the heart of Miami , close to everything you would need ! I do recommend and will be back !

Good location

The Airbnb was cute, clean, and secure. I had access to all the amenities. Overall, the location of the rental was right in the heart of Brickell and downtown Miami, so it was easy to get to up there locations in the area. The staff was very responsive when I had questions before during and after my stay. The parking situation was quite confusing whether to use valet or to park at a separate parking garage a block away from the the site.

Perfect Condo We are so pleased we chose this Condo for our short stay visiting Miami. Check in was easy. Hosts were very accommodating. Great communication with us during our stay. Very clean. Great views. Perfect for what we were looking for.

False advertising I booked it for the spa and view and the spa was closed, the employees of the building were rude with ridiculous rules. The pass to the parking garage didnt work at first so they had to fix it.The outlets were lose and most of them didnt work. Not the experience i would of expected for the price. Very disappointed. Would NOT recommend.

Great studio in Brickell! Pro’s: -Easy and smooth check-in process -Host is easy to reach and communicates well -Great and walkable location. Close to airport, great restaurants, Whole Foods. -Pictures are updated and good description of unit -Access to W Amenities -Closet is massive with a good safe and extra blankets and towels -Lots of light in the unit Cons: -Balcony door hard to open and close. One time wouldn’t open at all, but I reached out to host and they sent someone immediately to open it and fix it. -A lot of the outlets in the studio don’t work or work sparingly -One of the bedside lamps wouldn't turn on -Toilet is very old and finnicky. Make sure to hold down long time for a full flush and only can handle a small amount of toilet paper for each flush. -Construction of hotel across the street and car noise can be an issue -Upstairs neighbors make a lot of noise. Whether it’s walking around in high heels or opening and closing their balcony between 12-6am. -Elevators are slow and crowded if staying during holiday time. -Building is old as is the unit so just set your expectation that nothing is really modern and updated. But overall the unit is clean and easy to stay at.

Loved it! Brickell is the perfect downtown experience. Shopping and restaurants located right on the bay! This apartment was perfect for what we needed and had incredible views!

Miami vacation Great experience and location

Prefect For Our Needs This unit served us well. The location is centrally located with plenty to do within walking distance. South Beach, Little Havana, Wynwood are all just a quick Uber away. The pool area, spa and fitness classes (all included) were beyond expectations. The unit is exactly as described in the listing. The check-in process was simple and the crew managing the unit are very responsive.

Quick overnight What a great location. So close to so many restaurants and local shopping. Wish we could have stayed longer but we already had plans for a cruise.

I like the design and view of Miami. Although i was expecting an ocean view from the expedia promotional material. You should show the view from the opposite side of the tower and be honest. I also own a short-term rental and wouldn't ever show my travelers a view from my unit that is untruthful

Great location I would recommend this property based on the location. Very central to where we wanted to be. The residences could use some updates and maintenance but had what we needed.

So good! We love staying in this room over two days, is very spacious, clean and well designed exactly as the pictures. The location is perfect and the management even better. Everything went so smoothly. Definitely recommended.

Almost everything ok. The studio was really enjoyable and I will come back next year. The location is the best because that’s Brickell to me. We were unlucky in the dates because the pool was closed and in addition to that the access to the Gym was very complicated. But that is not responsible of the Manager and Natalia did a good job in this case. Only two minimal observations and the rest a 100%. Thank for all
