The apartment's location couldn't have been better. Our host was very prompt in their responses with the few questions we had. Staff in the lobby and the hotel were very helpful. Our morning started out with a very peaceful walk along the river with fantastic views. All the places we waved to cover during our stay were within 5 to 6 miles. There were excellent restaurants and cafes within a few minutes of walking. Even Whole Foods. I would highly recommend the hosts and the apartment.
The location although pleasant is the sole redeeming quality. That being said this unit with available facilities only worth for 150 a nite. All electric outlets loose or crooked in unit Massive ext renovation underway There is no lobby (only a small area to talk to the gatekeeper) There is no outdoor sitting areas aside from pool only open on weekends Balcony facing street is very noisy and dirty till all hours All movable interior parts (doorhandles, bathroom items) are in poor shape need professional repair and work. Tilework in bathroom is with black mold on it Toilet doesnt flush properly Gyproc in bathroom poorly done/painted Jacuzzi with broken console buttons TV has little programming issue with internet host said to visit. When we returned it was working. Seems they may have entered the unit unannounced,. Hall access door to unit seems kicked in not hung properly Common areas halls etc stained and unmaintained Elevators seem only 1/2 working Vendor had no remedy of own
I had a fantastic stay at this one-bedroom apartment! The space was clean, modern, and the standing shower was a great touch. The apartment was really spacious and refreshing. The building amenities were top-notch. I got to enjoy the pool, spa, and gym. The self-parking option was super convenient and reasonably priced at $35 cash per night.Communication with the hosts was excellent from start to finish!!! They were friendly, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly. Overall, a great experience. I’d definitely recommend it and would love to stay here again!
Icon Enjoyed the stay and is a great location; however the restaurant and amenity spaces all closed earlier than I thought they would - by the time I arrived after work it was closing down. Only issue I had was the noise level from the street level tat surprised me being up on the 23rd floor.
Great Property!! Property was exactly as advertised and was exactly like the pics. It was just me and my three children and we were all impressed with the apartment amenities (we used them all)! Definitely use this property - great location!
Anniversary trip We loved everything about that place! I hate that the spa wasn’t open I really wanted to enjoy that part cus it was so nice.

Best Location & Unit in Brickell From start to end, we enjoyed our stay here. Check in process was smooth, Kat during checkin was courteous, professional and swift. Not to mention, the host would check-in with us via text to make sure we were enjoying our stay. The unit is very clean, modern and updated. Spacious 1/1 with a nice size balcony (access from living room and bedroom) with beautiful view of the city and the bay. Bed was comfy, king size. Bedding was nice and clean. Bath had plenty clean towels of all sizes, shower pressure was good and hot water ran fine. Kitchen had all the essentials. Location was perfect, Bay Circle in the backyard and plenty of good eateries and fine dining within steps of the building. Although we didn’t used the amenities, we had full access. Obtaining our access card was easy and smooth. Valet available but we found a budget-friendly garage parking a block away for $15-20 a night. The short walk on Brickell Ave back to the building was always nice. I noticed on the other ads of other units within this building appear to be a bit outdated & yet pricier. If you are gonna stay in Brickell, and in this specific building, I highly recommend booking this unit! You will not be disappointed ! :)
Great stay Excellent communication, nice property
75m pool w/ incredible views, Hallways smell musty though Walking into this apartment was exciting: beautiful floors, modern kitchen with Sub-Zero built-in appliances and a marble counter, view of the river and downtown from the balcony. The amenities, shared with the W Hotel, are fantastic as well including a 75 meter pool with two smaller pools and a jacuzzi and incredible views from the pool deck and gym. The location is terrific, just a few blocks away from City Center and 2 blocks away from a Whole Foods. The in-unit Washer/Dryer worked well too. Room for improvement: the hallways smell musty (strange for a new-ish building), the doors in the unit are cheap (not a big deal, but I noticed them every time) and they and the closet could use a re-painting, and the bed's mattress is not that comfortable and there's only a thin blanket covering it -- no duvet.

2 of 3 nights of blaring music The property was clean, well presented and had a great view of downtown Miami, especially in the evening with the buildings lit up. The property management team managing the unit was responsive and professional. While I would love to give this property a great review, I can’t. We had a terrible experience in two of our three nights: - Night one - no problem. - Night two had at least one unit BLARING music until 5:30am to include hallway yelling and screaming until 4-4:30am. Didn’t know until the following day when I reported the loud music that I can contact the property at any time. - Night three (a Sunday night going into Monday morning) was another night of no sleep. This time it was another room - unfortunately next to us - who was BLARING music. While there wasn’t yelling and screaming in the hallway, there was loud talking by people who for some reason felt compelled to step into the hallway to hold conversations. Fortunately, this time we had security’s number so 2 visits from security later, the music stopped around 2:30am. We have requested a refund for 2 of the 3 nights and are awaiting a reply from the managing company to see how they recover from a terrible experience. If the review tool allows me to post an update, I’ll do so.
