My experience with Miami Vacation Rentals (MVR) was very poor. Due to inaccurate and missing amenities in the listing, the host finally volunteered to refund me in full the first hour of arrival. BEWARE, the host claims to hide details in the pictures, instead of the listing text so you don't know what is actually correct. I left to go to a hotel with my family. It was a massive waste of time and took and took the valet forever to get my car. Also, beware of a massive odor in the lobby of Febreze smell, it permeates the rest of the building too and you end up smelling like a urinal cake, very distasteful. The unit seemed clean, but my socks quickly became sticky. Nothing went well.

Incredible experience This property is amazing. Perfect for our 12 year old and 16 year old boys. Being on the 42nd floor, our views all around were unbelievable. The pool was relaxing. As long as we got to the pool by 11:00am, we got great lounge beds. The wait staff and valet were helpful. The check in was probably the toughest and sometime the key fobs wouldn’t work in the elevator. The hosts are awesome. Highly recommend this place.

Fantastic Location! We could not have been more pleased with this half-way destination at which we chose to meet family visiting from Santiago. It was a superb location in Miami - close to great pool complex/restaurants/shopping (including a short walk to Whole Foods...). And the condo was spotless, well-appointed w/incredible views from every window. 10 out of 10!

View and location are first class, but that is all. Amazing view & location but would not recommend it for reasons below. Check In: Unlike typical VRBO or similar properties where we are provided access code in advance of arrival, we had to wait in a constantly very busy lobby for condo rep to escort us to our unit after going through check in & registration. It felt more like a hotel than a rental property. Parking: we had to pay $35/day cash to access parking two blocks away. Parking in front of building for drop off or pick up was chaotic, a hassle and costly longer than 10min. Condo Access: be prepared to wait at least 5-10min to get elevator. Condo Amenities: a) If you plan on doing any cooking, bring everything including salt/pepper and can opener for you're in an apartment and not a well stacked private property. b) Refrigerator kept shutting off on its own ruining stored food. c) Electric cooktop: after spending 10min figuring out how to turn it on, we texted VRBO contact who sent the site manager to fix, and after more trials, she made it work with an attitude. d) Supplies: for 1wk stay, 4 adults were only provided 6 coffee capsules but when asked for more, we were told those will cost $10/sleeve of 10. One roll of paper towels provided & had to buy more. Less than optimal quality supplies (toilet paper & detergents) for expensive rental. Never had those problems at other properties. e) Maintenance: we informed VRBO contact about slow toilet flushing but nothing done to fix. f) Soft mattress & old W/D

Besties week away Swanky unit, stunning views and great location.

The corner room view is the best feature of this unit & we loved having 2 couches for our party of 4 Excellent layout & love the balcony. Few things could make this unit perfect: The master shower head needs to be more adjustable or the glass door needs to be fit better in the space b/c it allows for a gap in-between the door & glass wall so water sprays onto the floor to easily & makes a mess & is dangerously slippery. The guest bedroom closet doesn’t have hanging space -it’s all shelves so our guest has no place to hang clothes to unwrinke from travel.

We were disappointed with our stay. Although all check-in documents were completed in advance, we had to wait over an hour to access the apartment, which was especially difficult with a 3-year-old. Additionally, none of the building amenities were available, as there were ongoing construction works, and workers were passing in front of our windows throughout the day. Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations.

The hosts were very responsive to our messages throughout our stay and made attempts to rectify issues, however despite maintenance entering the unit it was not fixed satisfactorily and the host failed to offer a partial refund for our inconvenience.The a/c could not be adjusted to be warmer from the control within the unit even after maintenance entered to inspect it. So the unit remained too cold for our infant son.The refrigerator and freezer were “off” upon our initial arrive and would spontaneously turn off during our stay, spoiling food we brought for our child with anaphylactic food allergies causing added expenses in the form of lost food and having to dine out, which is challenging when managing multiple food allergies.Overall, I cannot recommend this unit or host.

Overall good value. Standard Brickell apartment building. Prime location and slow elevators (do not call an uber until you are downstairs) Very walkable. Hosts were communicative and friendly. Note that this unit does not have two twin beds in the second bedroom but instead has a single queen/full. The sleeper sofa is a futon, not a pull out. This may impact your sleeping arrangements.

Was affordable flexible and convenient!

Views are MAJESTIC!! With the floor to ceiling windows that wrap around most of the unit, you get breathtaking views no matter where you are in the apartment. The 2 bedrooms are nicely spaced out, providing privacy if needed. The location is perfect, although extremely busy. Be sure to factor in an extra 5–10min travel time for the elevators alone. Going up and down the 42nd floor can be lengthy during busy times (we stayed over the holidays). Overall, if you are looking for a prime location, and a mind-blowing view, this place is an excellent choice.

Apartamento muito bonito. Porém: A/C parou de funcionar 1x, geladeira parou de funcionar 2x. Levaram a manutenção, mas depois de 3 dias a geladeira parou novamente. Extendemos nossa estadia, além de não concederem nenhum desconto, não enviaram ninguém para efetuar a limpeza. No atendimento, geralmente 3h a 4h para responder e respostas sem muita gentileza nas comunicações, poderiam ser mais solícitos, pelo valor pago e por consideração ao cliente. Algumas melhorias em questão de comunicação e clareza e flexibilidade com alguns tópicos. Mas de maneira geral, o apartamento é ok.

Had an amazing stay! The unit was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and had everything I needed. The views were stunning, and the location made getting around Miami super easy. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive. Would absolutely stay here again next time I’m in town!

Amazing Loved staying in this amazing condo. The layout, the decor, the views all amazing. The unit is well appointed you can feel comfortable having guest over , working in the unit or just relaxing. The location is also fantastic for working, shopping and rests. We were able to get to meetings, Starbucks and Brickell City Centre all with a 5 minute walk. I was so happy to have rented this unit after all my travels. Will stay again!!!

Wonderful Place Wonderful place to stay in a great location. This was our first time visiting Miami for my husband’s birthday and I was very well pleased with everything. The property manager was AMAZING!

This is a really lovely property but we experienced some negatives. The fridge in our unit was broken and although an attempt was made it fix it, they realized they needed to buy a new compressor. We rented this apartment because we wanted to make our own food and needed a fridge. Little attempt was made to provide an alternative, until the final day of our stay when a mini fridge was provided. This is something which should have been provided immediatley, especially when they are available in any electronics store for less than 100 dollars. The spa is amazing, but it is in the nearby building and the hosts failed to register us meaning a time we had set aside for the spa. We had to contact the hosts to get them to register us, this was qutie dissapointing.

This is a nice apt with nice views. There a few things that could be improved such as more complete cooking ware, the coffee maker is a kimbo to which I could not find cups so making coffee was not easy, the refrigerator was broken. I called the hosts about it and they never sent anyone ti fix it. I also found it strange that there were not basic cleaning supplies like a broom. While the host do offer cleaning services for additional fees, I need to sweep the floor nightly to feel comfortable on all hard surface floors. If I would have spied something, there would been nothing to pick it up.It is as nice place, there currently construction and the host are transparent about that in the advertising. It did not bother me much and the views were still spectacular.Be ready for the pool - again hosts are transparent - it’s only open on weekends and there is a heavy security process for entry. Most guests seemed surprised by the requirement for id and pictures to obtain a pool pass. The location is nice. However this sits right before for a bridge that goes up every 30-60 minutes and adds extra traffic to the area. I did not need a car, everything is close or Uber was super reasonable.Another thing to be mindful of is the elevators went out one day we were there - it was World Cup so a lot of demand on the elevators. Walking down 42 flights is not fun. Not the hosts fault but just be mindful of Miami’s high-rises.

I was excited to stay here, the view obstruction wasn’t that bad! Clear plastic film covered the windows no balcony access. I had a 4 day stay in Miami, having a fully functioning kitchen was a MUST to purchase groceries & cook. When we finally were allowed to check in, there was a backpack and water bottle at the entry. Soon after someone entered the unit without knocking to retrieve the bag and water. Upon inspection of the unit, we realized the refrigerator wasn’t cold. I adjusted the temperature however it never got cold, then cut off completely, same with the freezer. Contacted management, they sent maintenance. After multiple messages and visits from maintenance, we did not have an operational fridge or freezer our entire stay. Then I realized the WiFi network displayed on the wall wasn’t showing up. There was no power cord connected to the WiFi box, another maintenance visit to address that issue. I wanted to enjoy my trip, the on going issues made enjoyment difficult.

This place was nice and was as described. Location is great. Views were obscured a tiny bit because of construction but they warned us about that ahead of time and the windows were not nearly as blocked as we were expecting. The only issue was poor communication regarding the parking situation. The off site parking garage is really close by and was incredibly easy to access when we finally figured it out but that was not until we had been there a full 24 hours. Slow to respond and not willing to provide clear instructions regarding parking - but really everything else was great.

The construction was more than we expected and the pool was shut down for half of our stay. Other than that, when the construction is done this would be a perfect stay?!

Pictures shown in listing had no construction, clear windows, a balcony, and a pool. When we got there, it was like living in a construction zone. The host expected us to read through the fine print of the description before booking to be notified of the construction. Very misleading. Don’t stay at this property. Terrible.

Second time staying at the same apartment. Nothing has changed. They are still doing great with everything! I will definitely return!

The place had a spectacular view. Very big unit nicely decorated. Location is amazing as it is a 5-10 min walk to Brickell City Center. Loved it.

I loved everything, the host was super friendly, the Airbnb was excellent, the only thing was that the person who is directing the cars outside is rude and impolite and everything was fine, the only thing is that there is no parking nearby.

Check-in was smooth and seamless, and the apartment was absolutely beautiful. It was spotless, smelled amazing when we arrived, and had such a calming, uplifting energy that made us feel relaxed, focused, and ready to enjoy our time in the city. The location is unbeatable, and the building itself has so many amenities — from the spa to the pool deck and gym, plus a few hidden gems throughout the property. There are lots of little Easter eggs and extras to discover if you take the time to explore, which made the experience feel even more special. Everyone we encountered — from staff to other guests — was kind, welcoming, and professional. Overall, it was an incredible stay. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Great Views He had a great time and loved the view we enjoyed watching all the boats come and go as well as the huge cruise ships. The condo was in a great location, was the perfect size and had all that we needed. Check in was super easy and we will definitely come back again.

Woluld I come back...A big YES! Comunication always speedy an on time. Easy Check in /out thanks to Debora Everyone was on time. Extern parking without problems. Lovly unit on the 42nd floor. Amazing view, nicely decorated, comfy beds, full funcional kitchen/washer/dryer. Beeing swiss I could always find some imperfections, but the big question is.... Would I come back...definatly! Thanks for a wunderfull stay at this nice unit.

Amazing view!! Over all a nice place. Some dishes were dirty and master bed is old and lumpy.

Incredible Views and Location We try to be considerate of anything going on in the current pandemic environment. The location of this property was perfect for our day trip to Miami Beach, little Havana and wandering around the Brickell area. We went to Whole Foods the first night to stock up on mainstays but didn’t expect to not have any sort of all purpose spray in the unit. We are fairly clean people so we went through the one roll of paper towels pretty quick too so we made additional run to the close by CVS for cleaner and paper towels. The views were incredible and no issues getting in and out of the property. We enjoyed a 3 mile run around the close by islands one morning too. The cons: framing of master bedroom shower is a bit off and the doors are super loud when they close due to misalignment. The coffee machine didn’t make the best tasting coffee but the lobby coffee bar was superb. Because of pool location it tends to be a bit windy. They also were doing tile remodeling by pool so the sound of a jack hammer was in our ears each day by the pool. All this said - it is Miami, lots of construction, improvement and development around you. Overall enjoyable stay and would recommend.

Beautiful Condo - Great Location The Icon Brickell is an amazing condo, and the unit we stayed in was gorgeous - exactly like the pics. Francisco was prompt, courteous, and accommodating. Natalia and Silvia, our other contacts, were equally as prompt and courteous. Would absolutely stay in this unit again; the view was spectacular, the beds were comfy, and the pool on the 15th floor is spectacular. Five star, for sure!

Absolutely amazing views and location Amazing location and views. The apartment is gorgeous and Francisco was very easy to reach. Negatives, only having 2 keys for the elevator for 4 people and the nuisance to have to carry the key for the elevator and the card for the pool/gym to move around the building. The access to the building when you arrive by car is also problematic, particularly if you don't want to spend a fortune in valet.
