Highly Recommend We were very bummed the spa was closed during our stay but wow did we enjoy this condo. We travel between Chicago and Miami often. We typically stay at East but now that we have a newborn we needed to not get in an elevator with everyone heading to Sugar all the time haha. While we miss that, we found the condo to be clean, well stocked, and still very much including that hotel feel. I feel jealous for all of you who will stay after us and get to experience the amenities. Everything reopens after an issue the building had literally the day we were departing. We didn’t rent a car but seems like the consensus is avoid having to valet onsite but parking nearby is impossible so keep that in mind as well. Brickell is very walkable and the beach is a short Uber ride away. It’s our favorite location and the condo was perfect for our little family of 3. Also deliveries were a total breeze. Will definitely book again.

Winter Retreat My family and I had a fantastic stay at this property. We will definitely be back. The location was perfect. There were lots of great restaurants, parks, shops and grocery stores within walking distance so my family and I had tons of options each day. We also had access to the W hotel amenities including a swimming pool the size of a football field! The condo had a fully stocked kitchen, a bedroom and a pull out couch that comfortably slept my kids. There was also a washer and dryer that really came in handy and a beautiful view from the large balcony. The property manager was incredibly responsive when we needed something or had questions and they even helped me bring my bags up to the unit because my hands were full. They truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. On top of all of this, the price per night was significantly cheaper than most of the hotels that we were considering (which would not have had all of those in unit amenities). My family and I had such a wonderful time here and we’re looking forward to staying here again! Highly recommend!

Fixable Issues with Amazing View The house was very dusty and caused issues for my children. Like, visible dust on the fabric bed head rest, on the couch, etc. Quite honestly, there seemed to be mold and humidity issues within the house, as the A/C was on the entire time but we would get back and it was noticeably humid - if there was a hot shower, the entire apt would fog up. My child kept coughing. Maria, the manager, was great, worked with us due to issues we were having with payments. The checking in is a bit much, no carts to be found. Had to lug everything up. No one offered to help. Maria was doing everything she could but she had no help. Make sure you have a plan for parking before arriving or else you will spend an exuberant amount of money on valet and fees. All in all, it was ok. If your kids don’t have dust or mold allergies, it was a relatively clean unit with amazing views. I would recommend removing the rug in the master bedroom that sheds constantly and replacing the cream rug in living room (now gray from dirt). Highly recommend the coffee shop in the W next door and lasagna from Fratelli Milano.

Atendimento extrordinario. Apartamento excepcional, muito bem localizado, no coração de Brickell Ficamos neste apartamento por 12 noites. O apartamento e o de 1 quarto. Ele e bastante amplo e teve tudo o que precisamos durante a nossa permanência. Tem cozinha completa (a geladeira, fogão, etc são excelentes) e da para cozinhar no apartamento alguns dias para baixar um pouco as despesas de viagem. Tudo estava muuuito limpo e bem conservado. Fica muito bem localizado, perto de tudo, parques para caminhada, centro financeiro de Miami, restaurantes muito bons... No complexo tem 5 restaurantes de excelente qualidade, inclusive Cipriani, muito conhecido em New York. Sobre o complexo ICON/Viceroy, não vou me extender, mas e impressionante... e so entrar no site e conferir. O 15 andar tem uma estrutura de piscinas, restaurantes, SPA sem comparação. O SPA oferece aulas de Zumba, Spinning, Yoga, Academia, etc, com professor, sem custo adicional. Chegamos muito cedo de manha (5:00 AM) e os propietarios deixaram nos entrar no apartamento mesmo assim, sem necessidade de pagar uma diária a mais por isto, o que foi muito bom pois temos um bebe pequeno. No ultimo dia saímos muito tarde 9:00 PM, e os propietarios deixaram nos ficar ate este horário, para preparar as malas, tomar banho, etc, antes de ir para o aeroporto. Sem pagar diárias a mais!!! Os propietarios foram muito atenciosos em todo momento, tanto antes durante o planejamento da viagem, assim como também durante a permanência, nos assistindo com qualquer necessidade. O fato deles morarem muito perto deste complexo faz mais fácil a comunicação. E para facilitar ainda mais, nos deram um celular local, dos Estados Unidos, liberado para fazer ligações locais e enviar mensagens sem custo. Isto nos ajudou para fazer reservas para jantar, ligar para o Valet Parking, e outras ligações necessárias durante a viagem. Se tivéssemos tido que fazer as ligações com telefone do Brasil teria sido muito mais caro!! Alugamos um carro junto no pacote (Ford Fusion novo), com isto ganhamos Valet Parking de graça... Lembre que o estacionamento e muito caro em Brickell (em Miami em geral), ou seja que isto foi realmente uma mão na roda. O carro estava disponível no horário que precisamos e quando retornávamos ao Apartamento era so deixar a chave do carro com a turma que esta na recepção.... Incrivel... Realmente recomendamos ficar neste apartamento, em particular o da Natalia e Fernando. Eles fizeram o impossível por fazer a nossa visita inesquecível... Não vai se arrepender.

Excellent apartment and wonderful host This condo was perfect for my family of 4. It is very bright and spacious and the view is spectacular. I wasn’t very sure about the location at first but it turned out to be a really great spot, walking distance to so many places in Miami. The beach is a short drive away and you do not have to put up with the noise. Having a full-sized kitchen with all the utensils and dishes definitely helped. It also has full size washer and dryer inside the unit. I also have to mention the stunning view from the balcony overlooking Brickell, the Miami River and the sea at a distance. My entire family was extremely happy with the apartment. Natalia is wonderful and ready to please her guests. She keeps the apartment in pristine condition. The neighborhood is quite upscale. When using the spa, pool, gym, hot tub…etc. you will get towels just by presenting your guest card. If I'm ever traveling with my family to Miami again, I will definitely stay here. Look no further, this is the best apartment you can possibly find in the Miami-Brickell area.

Fabulous Quality service as the apartment has everything you need. Very clean and the decor is beautiful. We had a fabulous week, the apartment is in an excellent location, find all very close as supermarkets, restaurants, also has very complete common areas and luxury spa we hope to return soon. Always we receive quality service.

Perfectly appointed, excellent location and with every amenity we needed. From booking to arrival the process was professional and comprehensive. The property is well stocked, including everything we needed in the kitchen. Complete with pots, pans, cooking utensils, even olive oil and salt/pepper. We were able to eat full meals in. The unit is stocked with cleaning supplies, paper products, extra linens, even plush robes for lounging. We took full advantage of the gym and spa on site. The facilities are beautiful. Close to walk to two different grocery stores, and countless restaurants. We very much enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property.

Beautiful view in Brickell/Downtown area! Condo exceeded our expectations, there is a great balcony with amazing views of Brickell! Set up is good for one or two couples, only one bedroom but there is a sofa bed in living area. Bathroom has two doors, one to master bedroom and one to living area. This complex is right next door to the W hotel, giving you access to the W restaurant and W rooftop bar. Only downside is the pool is being renovated, the alternative is the spa with two jacuzzi's. Walking distance to Brickell Shopping center, but about a 20 minute Uber ride to South Beach. Overall a great stay, would definitely be back!

KINDNESS And LUXURY A quick look at the house shows the work the owners have put into it. All the furniture and appliances add to the apartment’s charm, displaying the owner’s taste. It was fully equipped and had all we ever needed to use. The amenities were a luxury and the area nearby was great for walks at night. We took full advantage of the pool and spa area, and used the gym a couple days too. The entire complex has a nice vibe to it and most importantly, is in a nice and safe area of Miami, which gave us more freedom to walk around and explore. The owners received us upon arrival and gave us a tour of the apartment and area. They were kind to us and helped in any way they possibly could. Definitely one of the best experiences with contractors I’ve ever had. Great quality service all around. It was a sound investment on our part. My wife and I highly recommend it. We look forward to coming back

I had a very restful and luxurious experience. The amenities are incredible and I will be coming back for that! The condo had a beautiful view of Brickell as we were on the 44th floor. The pool was the largest set of pools I’ve seen and the spa is fit for royalties. I highly recommend. Also, Flor the host’s assistant was incredibly responsive with minor things we needed done. Honestly a full 5 stars!

We absolutely loved this condo. The decor is simple and comfortable. The kitchen is very well-appointed with quality appliances and cabinetry. The balcony is a wonderful place to sit and read or just watch the boats go up and down the river. The pool, restaurant, and amenities are of the highest standards. We will definitely stay here again next time we're in Miami.

One of the best bookings I have made on VRBO The property is exactly as shown in the pictures. The description is accurate to the last word. I have stayed at many VRBO bookings and this is without a doubt the one that lived up to the hype 100%. The management company is very responsive, replying to texts often in just a few minutes. I stayed for a month, and will definitely return again.

Amazing Apartment and Owners We stayed in this apartment for nearly 5 weeks and it was perfect in every way. The apartment itself is beautifully furnished and has all amenities that anyone would need and the fantastic Viceroy facilities (spa, gym, pool, restaurants) are all included within the price. The owners, Natalia and Fernando, made our time in Miami even better as they went over and above and were the perfect hosts, treating us like family visiting the area and making themselves available for any questions and help that we needed. We will definitely stay at this apartment again (with our newborn son) and would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone looking for a vacation rental in Brickell.

Birthday vacation I had a amazing stay. Check in was a breeze and the hosted are sweet and on top of things and made it great. The place was clean and you are close to lots of things to do. I would highly recommend this place and I will stay here again.

Absolutely amazing The pictures in the add don't actually do this place justice because she has so many hidden treasures in the place. The apartment was beautifully decorated and had the best view a person could ask for in the morning and evening. The location is perfect for the area and if you are wanting to drive 15 min over to South beach. I took my daughter and her best friend to celebrate her 25th birthday and she has stated it was the best birthday she has ever had. I enjoyed out 4 days in Miami and will return to this place for sure.

Great property and location The property was well appointed and close to everything downtown. The property had everything needed to make you feel at home and comfortable. We had our dog with us and the property had an adjacent area for him to play and do his thing. The welcoming staff Nicole was very efficient. We had a great time.

Very nice condo. Great views. Their customer service and response time is the best I have experienced. The negative is it’s a bit noisy with construction and road noise. And if you have mobility issues the tub/shower may be challenging. But overall I would recommend.

This host was absolutely amazing. They let me check in about an hour early not by choice. They actually called me to let me know which is very unheard of and extremely on top of everything extremely attentive. The unit was absolutely beautiful just like it has been described on the ad.

Location! Overall excellent property in terms of amenities and location. The paper towels, toilet tissue, etc. was strangely half rolls which made for unnecessary need to really conserve. Request for antibacterial soap was attended to promptly. Management is top shelf. Kitchen was set up with just the minimal needs. My only suggestion would be to revisit the seating in the living area. Definitely needs updating…

Good management Property was as advertised. The building itself is dated including the hallways. Most of the apts in this W condo are being rented out short term so there is a lot of foot traffic. Pool had a lot of rules (no jumping in, no below 5 in the hot pool, no pool floaties/toys. For a hotel pool, I would be annoyed as a hotel guest. Also no food service. But for this vrbo it was good. Parking is super expensive so next time we likely wouldn’t stay here. The management was super responsive and checkin was efficient.

Lacking The property was beautiful on the surface. Looking closer, around switch plates, behind things etc., not so much.Absolutely no food prep supplies, not even salt and pepper. Cookware was so cheap, everything stuck. Linens on the bed were cheap. No one showed us how to use the TV properly. Many things needed repair.

Nice staycation! Everything couldn’t have been smoother from the check-in process to check-out. The unit looked exactly as shown in photos, the attention to detail was apparent from online to Deb and her friendliness at check-in to simplicity when it came to things like food delivery to the unit. Clean, modern apartment design, the pool was relaxing with food and drink served from waitresses there. Plan to stay again! Hopefully sooner than later. Thanks!!

Beautiful Space and thoughtful hosts The hosts were very nice and provided all details needed to check-in and out smoothly. The hosts took the extra step to send reminders when information was needed. The apartment was in excellent condition and clean.

Perfect location, beautiful location, incredibly clean unit This was a great quick weekend in Miami. The unit is absolutely beautiful, has a great view, was quiet and incredibly clean. There was even a bottle of wine in the fridge. A few things are a little quirky. First, parking is not great. You can valet- but you don't have in/out. If you chose to have a reserved spot, you have to pay cash. Not great for reimbursement. I ended up parking in a public parking a block away. I would not rent a car again. Second, when you get to the building, you have to wait for the property manager to check in. I waited for more than 30 minutes, and I was already exhausted. Once she came to check me in, it went pretty fast, but it seemed silly to have to wait to check in when no one was in line at the desk. Finally, and this is minor- wouldn't stop me from coming back- but there is no way to turn the shower on without the water immediately hitting you in the face. The way the glass around the tub is set up, you have to be in the shower to turn it on. The water pressure is fantastic, and there is a great soaker tub- but no way to let the water warm up before you're blasted in the face. It's a weird, quirky thing, and wouldn't stop me from coming back. Great communication from the property manager throughout the stay. The pool is incredible. The onsite dining is great. Overall a really great trip.

Miami Bound Love the location and comfort of the condo. An urban oasis, so close to the bay, great restaurants, the arsht center and the Perez art museum. Easy to have multiple activities each day.

The stay was great very clean property very nice host but did run into a cluster The listing was good it look exactly how it’s presented with a a amazing view over the city a very nice way to wake up and fall asleep check in was easy. BUT THE PARKING WAS A HUGE HASSLE. I spent more on parking than I did eating food during my stay here from 7/21-25 Everytime you move your car it cost $45 don’t matter what time of day and the Valet people was playing favorites on cars when it got late at night saying it wasn’t any parks pretty much if your car wasn’t luxury. Two of the nights I was there I had to sit out front of the property for like a hour to 1.5hr to make sure I could park my rental. It was just a hassle. But to spend $300-400 in parking is extreme

Beautiful condo with 5 star amenities We were so pleased with the styling and elegance of this very comfortable condo. The check-in was smooth and helpful in pointing out all the amenities of the apartment. We enjoyed the superlative fitness center, stunning panoramic olympic sized pool and beautiful spa area. The property manager was always receptive and helpful. The area around the apartment was beautiful for walking, shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Brickell apartment The apartment was well situated with a great view from the balcony. We enjoyed staying there. Although it needed redecorating and newer furniture. Also we never worked out how to use the tv. But that may have been our fault. Overall it was a great place.

Elevator Transponder Contacted property manager and informed him that my transponders were not working to access elevator in order to get to apartment. Was advised to go to security and get them reactivated. I did that and it never worked. I was so agitated since this was late evening and I gotten stuck going up and down with other residents. I was informed by the property manager to leave my keys and someone would be by to reactivate them which never happened...every time I would go out, I had to get front desk my full name and ask to open the elevator to my floor in order to access the apartment. most of the time when I access it front desk I had to wait at least a good 15 minutes to talk to them since lobby was pretty busy. Overall the rest of my experience with the apartment was pretty good.

One of the best experiences I have every had!!! My stay here was simply amazing. It started with great communication once I reserved the unit. The site manager was quick to accommodate any requests. The check-in process was so smooth, I could not believe how easy they made it for me to check-in quickly after my I was exhausted from my flight. The site manager was so friendly and really cared. He did everything he could do assure I was able to check-in as soon as I arrived at the property. The site manager explained everything in such an informative manner, and assured I had everything I needed, including the right number guest passes and fobs. Plus they had detailed documents outlining the check-in/check-out procedures, which made everything a BREEZE! Now let me talk about apartment was simply amazing, the views were BREATH-TAKING and the entire place spotless. I couldn't believe the value I had gotten. The views were one of the best and I could not be more happier. Reserving this unit was a wonderful decision. This company is professional licensed and deeply care about guest satisfcation. I can unequivocally recommend renting this place. You have nothing to worry about and your in good hands :) I felt like royalty during my entire stay here. From the super smooth check-in process to the easy check-out.

Not at all as it appears Oh dear. Initially I emailed to ask if the property was available Saturday to Saturday, as Homeaway doesn't allow bookings for same day. I was message back stating that it was. I then asked for a quote to reflect the 7 as opposed to 6 days, Natalia informed me she would adjust manually and send over. I accepted the quote only to be told that it was no longer available on the Saturday and we would have to book elsewhere. Francisco sorted this but of course it meant checking in and out twice in 24 hours. The apartment itself was ok, slightly more homely than the one we stayed in for 24 hours but perhaps not as nice as the pics indicate. On the day of checking out, Francisco came over to do so. I texted him afterwards to confirm everything ok, he texts back to confirm it was and that the deposit would be refunded immediately. PLEASE NOTE, THEY HAVE NO FORMAL OR DOCUMENTED CHECKING IN OR CHECKING OUT PROCEDURE. THEY COULD THEREFORE QUITE EASILY CHARGE EVERY SINGLE OCCUPANT FOR THE SAME APPARENT DAMAGE!! Would I recommend? No, absolutely not. They need to considerably improve accuracy of communication and the integrity attached to the payment of the deposit is entirely compromised as they have no formal accountability process! We stayed elsewhere for 5 weeks previously and the process was far far better, more transparent and no issues at all. LOOK ELSEWHERE!

Great Experience Amazing place. Make sure you dont lose those key cards. $100 a piece. The View is up high almost top floor. The place has all the amenities and overall great experience. Would stay here anytime. Francisco was great, kept in contact with us all the time no problem.

Great location. Well appointed, spacious and very clean. Only frustration was a very small balcony as we like to eat breakfast outside. Building feels more like a hotel and lots of short-term rentals.

Had to set-up the TV, and deal with the last minute change of rental which looking back should have not accepted; the one mirror only located in the bathroom, and not able to use the pool, as well as the over crowded spa area did not sit well with me for what I paid. Still having the apartment to come home to and relax, enjoy the view from the balcony, and have my own cooking cancelled the rest out. I can see myself come back - but only after making sure what I pay for will be what I get.

Excellent!! The apartment is perfect in every detail, the location is fantastic in the heart of Miami. Really close to anything you could need (restaurants, supermarkets, public transports, etc...). Great common areas in the Resort (swiming-pool, Spa, Gym), you must enyoy them. You can go for fantastic walks just by the sea. Management of the property was more than perfect, no problem at all with anything and really helpfull. Unforgetable holidays!! We will be back!!

Perfect location in Brickell Miami! We stayed in this chic and beautiful condo for a few days and had a wonderful experience; although the valet parking was a little bit hectic at times we decided to walk everywhere. The owner was very sweet in accommodating us and was available at all times. We look forward to coming back.

La situación del apartamento, cerca de las playas pero con todas las ventajas de la ciudad, cerca de todo lo bueno que Miami tiene para ofrecer, es ideal. El apartamento está impecablemente decorado y mantenido. super limpio. Natalia es una excelente profesional siempre dispuesta a ayudar. A ella y su marido les gusta Miami y eso se nota cuando les pides información. Aunque me gusta la natación y la practico con frecuencia, esa piscina me puso a prueba. ¡No se acaba nunca! Catherine Review The owner went above and beyond answering questions as we prepared our trip. The apartment was exactly as represented, everything was clean, which coming from a Swiss must be a compliment. Natalia was there when we arrived, showed us how to operate everything (we would not have figured it all out on our own), got us on Wifi, and gave us lots of useful advice. Although some people say you don't need a car, we felt that we definitely needed one to explore nearby areas and were very happy that we had decided to rent a car beforehand. Having a free parking with the apartment was a big plus because parking is so limited in the area. We also walked a lot and felt safe at all times in the neighborhood. In short, a great trip and a great apartment. Our only grumble would be that Miami and the great Icon Brickell resort deserved a few more days.
