Great place, great location. Only complaint is we stayed for 8 nights and there is no cleaning service unless you pay 120 bucks which was tough being there for so long and such a steep room cleaning price. Not enough clean towels which was hard to manage for so long. The pool is only open until sunset and even then they kicked us out 30 minutes before scheduled daily sunset every day. Host was very communicable, parking was convenient, and coconut grove was a great area!

Loved staying here! Whenever I’m looking for a relaxing getaway, this is always my go-to spot. The pool is my favorite, and the balcony view makes the stay even better!

I had a wonderful stay, room was clean, great location and handled professionally! Positive: Did not have breakfast Negative: I would have appreciated the opportunity to check-in earlier and for someone to come by and clear the used plates and replace towels. Other than that, all lovely. I cleared all trash and ended up asking for help on the front desk with plates, etc. I also walked down to the lobby to ask for new towels. I asked you in a couple of messages and you responded but nothing happened. No biggie
