Apartment exactly as per the pictures, squeaky clean. Very responsive host. Its in a serviced building which makes it all very safe and convenient. The surrounding neighbourhood is great, walkable and full of great restaurant and shopping options.

This was my second stay at this location and my first in this studio apartment. This place was truly perfect for me. Bright, beautiful, uncluttered, well appointed. There is a spectacular view from the balcony. So easy to walk to everything. The Restaurants in Coconut Grove are one after amazing! I hated to leave but will definitely be back!

Perfect unit for a couple. We really enjoyed our stay at the Arya. Unit was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Also, great view, great location and great pool. Communication with manager was good but check-in was a bit confusing (not the same as having someone meet you in person).

Words can’t describe how much I love this place! The location is absolutely pristine, with plenty of walkable spots nearby. The room itself was immaculate, and the view I had was simply gorgeous. Checking in was super easy, which made everything stress-free. I’ve stayed at a few Airbnbs, but this one is just perfect. No long drives needed during the trip to get food. They even did something special for my friend’s birthday, which I really appreciated. Honestly, I don’t know why people were complaining about thin walls. I heard nothing. It was so quiet, it felt like me and my friend were the only ones on our floor. It’s the little touches that make it a 10/10 experience. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Easter weekend 2024 Location is ideal. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Driving distance to other area must see locations and attractions. Room was clean. Amenities were nice. The chilled bottle of wine upon arrival was a great addition! Balcony had a good view of parks, waterfront, and pool. Seating enough for two. Only issue we experienced was the noise. It could get loud frequently throughout the night. Some of the noise was attributed to the cars in the streets, some other guests shouting, and some noises sounding like machinery. The walls are not insulated to help with sound barriers. Again the location was great!

This place is perfect for a Romantic stay, we enjoyed everything thing and the view was magnificent. Got soaked everyday with the shining Sun by the pool with available towels, hot tub and majestic view. Kitchen got everything we would need, truly felt like home. I would have stayed longer if I could, truly didn’t want to leave.

Absolutely perfect We stayed here on our wedding night and it was just perfect. The location and proximity was incredible and the kitchen was perfect for hosting as people came in and out if our room all day while I was getting ready. Check in was a breeze. View was stunning. Overall it was Perfect for our purposes.

I would definitely recommend this place. Very nice view. It has everything you need and there were so many extra towels, which is a plus for me. The neighborhood has so many restaurants on walking distance. So many nice parks to walk and exercise. The response time of the host was very good. Very nice and good service.

Al momento de hacer el check in los arrendadores (MVR) me exigían ir a una app fuera de Airbnb donde me pidieron fotos de mi pasaporte, otros datos personales y dejar mi tarjeta de crédito para una garantía. Me negué rotundamente a hacerlo. Yo contraté el servicio a través de Airbnb, no desde fuera ni menos con una aplicación que no conozco. Informé de esto a Airbnb y me dijeron que estaba estrictamente prohibido que un arrendador pidiera más datos personales y que tampoco estaba permitido en lo absoluto cobrar una garantía por fuera del sistema. Derechamente un abuso. Así partió la estadía… Lamentablemente también durante los días que estuve habían trabajos en el departamento del lado, con taladros y mucho ruido. El arrendador en vez de exigirme una arbitraria garantía me debió informar de esto. No me hubiera quedado ahí. En resumen una mala experiencia. Lo bueno: El departamento estaba bien, tiene lo necesario, limpio, buena vista y ubicación.

Very clean and well stocked. However, the microwave ‘open latch’ is broken and we found if we unplugged the unit, it would open. Also, the dishwasher is broken and the ‘start’ button never activated. There is no window covering on the wide sliding doors. Looks like there was something up there at one point but it is tangled and unable to lower. I asked the first day for maintenance to look at it. They never came and I had no follow up from the front desk. The closet could use more than 4 hangers and a trash can by the desk would be helpful, as would an extension cord from behind the heavy dresser so you don’t have to pull the dresser out (with a marble top) to plug in your computer.

Really enjoyed my stay and loved the view.

Location was great with restaurants and shops nearby. The building and facilities were very nice. Our only issue was that we reserved a unit with 2 queen beds and were placed in a unit with one king bed. We were provided a rollaway bed and issued a partial refund as resolution.

Our stay was very nice. The studio is great, with fantastic views on the ocean. It has all you need for a comfortable stay with a fully equipped kitchen and a full bathroom. The neighbordhood is lovely.

Coconut Grove The property was very nice, in a great location and Natalia and Silvia were responsive to any questions.

Good location I enjoyed this property. The only problem my encounter was getting in and out of the shower because there was not a grab bar otherwise it was clean and you had a partial view of the bay, there is a lovely pool on the floor and a fitness center on the top floor. The people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. There was a parking valet that helped me get my luggage into the Uber when I was leaving.

Nice Place Great experience overall. A little disappointed in charging for fresh linens but I would book again.

College move-in We’ve used Miami Vacation Rentals twice now and have yet to be disappointed. We love Hotel Ayra, the location and the units. We’ve already booked again for UM Homecoming Weekend. I can’t recommend this location and these hosts anymore!

Pool closes too early, around 8pm. Parking spaces are tight and limited. No privacy in our balcony, we’re had shared balcony and heard and saw everything from next door neighbor.

Excellent Location, Comfortable and Well Appointed The location of the apartment is within walking distance of CocoWalk, a variety of restaurants, and unique shops. The kitchen was well stocked and very clean, and thoughtful touches were offered to make you feel welcome. The area is very safe, parking was convenient and on-site. The views from the balcony were welcomed after a long day of exploring. We traveled to several locations for tours and found this an excellent home away from home for our mini vacation. Communication with the owner was fantastic; they truly cared about our experience. Do not hesitate to book. This a great property!

Coconut Grove Visit Beautiful water front view property. The unit is very well maintained with all the amenities needed enjoy your stay. Management is extremely responsive to your needs and questions. I would stay again when back in Coconut Grove. Gym and Pool are really nice.

Will never rent from this management company again! The management person was communicative until there was a problem. Then not so much. The property description clearly stated that the unit had a full size washer/dryer.I packed accordingly. When I asked why our unit didn’t have a washer/dryer the “broken record” answer was “ this unit doesn’t have a washer/dryer.” Despite the screen shots I took of the description provided, which clearly stated these as included amenities whether a one or two room unit, the answer was the same or there was no response at all. I asked if I could meet with them in person rather than text, they didn’t answer phone calls, and I got no response. They did, however, gladly meet with me upon arrival to get my final payment. I finally called VRBO for help but because I had already checked out they could not help. So, if you run I to trouble with this management company, don’t waste your time trying to communicate with them, just call VRBO, before you checkout!

Wonderful Studio with Beautiful Views! My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay here. The room has an amazing view of the bay and the Arya is located near many restaurants and shops.

Week away This apartment is perfect location to walking around Coconut Grove. Free parking garage was so easy and convenient. Unit was nicely stocked and clean. Communication was extremely easy with owner and they were able to answer all questions we had.

Great View and location We would stay at this property again. It is walking distance of many good restaurants and shops as well as the waterfront. Our stay was during the Coconut Grove Arts festival so streets were blocked off and very crowded and prices inflated. We might choose a different week next time since purpose of our visit was to visit our adult daughter rather than attend the festival.

Awesome property...great neighborhood This is such a cute place. From the relaxation-scented lobby to the beautiful water views. The location was convenient to many restaurants, bars & shops as well as the marina. Clean with a super comfy bed and stocked kitchen. Spent quite a bit of time on the balcony enjoying the views and the breeze. Having a parking spot included to freely come a go was a huge plus. Property manager was very responsive. We will definitely stay here if we are in this area again.

Perfect place to stay Check-in was super flexible (my flight was cancelled) and the condo was great. Clean, comfortable, and great views. Location was fantastic. Dining and shops at our doorstep. Also free parking!

Clean and classy. This is my third time staying at this resort the last two times I booked with Expedia and it’s been phenomenal. Great costumer service. The room is really elegant spacious and beautiful. The view was out of this world.Waking up every morning to this view and watching the sunrise and sunset makes u speechless. 😘😘😘
