The unit was perfect and exactly as presented. The immediate area around the unit is great. Any kind of food for any budget. Will stay again for sure

My husband and I are from Nashville, TN and we loved our stay. The view from our room was breathtaking. Wild parakeets were flying in the sky. Very tropical vibes.\nThe hotel has great security. You will need your key card every time you access the elevator and arrive/leave by vehicle.\nThe outdoor pool is nice. However it closes at sundown. Wish it would stay open longer for adults to enjoy at night. That was the only downfall.\nWalking distance to CoCo Walk.\nHighly recommend Danielle Gelato (See Gil. Super nice guy and if you want a lil treat after dinner) and Mister 01 Pizzeria. They have outstanding pizzas. We ate one of their unique Star Pizzas.\nWe did venture out to Bill Baggs Cape State Park where we laid out on the beach and enjoyed the ocean. Fairly Cheap to enter the park and also explored the lighthouse. You will enter on a toll bridge beforehand.\nHighly recommend renting a bike and riding down Miami Beach. You'll find lots of resteraunts, shopping areas and beautiful views.

Location is 10/10. Room was as described, however they charge $60 for insurance I thought this was included with the Airbnb fee already? Also the room was not ready upon arrival, this was something out of the host control but I was not notified. The staff was making drywall repairs when I arrived. They charge for early check in but nothing was done due to the room not being ready. I’m not one to complain, I worked at a hotel in Coconut Grove for 6 years so I get that things happen but this was not ok.

Checking in was a nightmare. The host gave me like 5 different codes. Room was not clean. There were no extra blankets. The hair dryer is from 1982. We missed our dinner reservations because of the 30 min delay getting into room. Just horrible

This is a nice accommodation for a weekend trip with a great view. Be aware that it’s just a hotel room and while you have access to the amenities, the hotel itself is older and a bit outdated.

Amazing place with an amazing view. No need to use your car once you get there. Great restaurants at walking distance. My 2nd time there. Definitely my home away from home

My stay was excellent. The place was very clean, well organized, and exactly as shown in the pictures. The location is perfect, close to everything you need and in a quiet area. The host was very attentive and responded quickly to any questions, which made the experience even better. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again without hesitation. Thank you for such a great experience! If you want, I can make it shorter, more luxury-style, or more casual 👍

Great location. Restaurants galore. Nice building. Parking available. Clean unit. Microwave and small refrigerator available, but no kitchen. Small quaint unit.

The room was spotless, with beautiful views, in a beautiful location. There were so many restaurants and shops within walking distance, which made getting around super easy. And the host was super responsive and helpful throughout the whole stay.

Fantastic location with tons to do in walking distance including restaurants and shopping. The room had a balcony overlooking the pool and the water which was nice and the host was responsive and instructions were very clear. I would recommend bringing your own coffee as it is very limited but you can also get breakfast and coffee in the building for a cost.

We had a wonderful experience! The photos accurately portrayed the unit and the location was in a great spot close to many wonderful restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, etc. all within walking distance. We would recommend this stay to others and would definitely visit again.

Was a bit sceptical at 1st. But after being there & experiencing it gor myself, it’s definitely a 5 star place to stay at. Lovely view & everything you can think of is at walking distance. No need to drive anywhere. Just enjoy everything that coconut grove has to offer literally no more than a block or 2 away. Will definitely be back. Thank Miami Vacation Rentals🙏

The location was exceptional and the bed was very comfortable. I specifically booked this property for the soaking bathtub, which was something I was really looking forward to. Unfortunately, the tub did not properly fill and appears to need maintenance. The room next door includes a kitchen, and the guests there cooked late each night (around 11:30 pm). The cooking odors were quite strong and carried into my room, which was unexpected. I reached out to the hosts regarding the bathtub and did not receive a response for three days. They did apologize, refunded $100, and offered a late checkout, which I appreciated. However, when I returned to gather my belongings, the door code had not been extended as promised and I was temporarily locked out, requiring additional follow-up. The property has great potential and is in a fantastic location, but these details impacted the overall experience. Responsiveness, maintenance, and follow-through make a meaningful difference.

We had a great stay. The property was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The location was excellent, with many restaurants, coffee shops, breakfast options, and a late night pizza spot all within walking distance.

What an epic place! We will only stay at this location as it has amazing views and beautiful rooms.

We really enjoyed our stay at Miami Vacation Rental's property. The pool was great and the hotel is in walking distance to plenty of restaurants. The drive to Miami Beach was easy enough too!

Given this was our first visit to Miami, the location for our stay was just perfect. Its in a location that has plenty of restaurants that are at walkable distance, little Havana was not too far and South beach was a short drive. The rooms were clean, you could view the bay from the balcony- perfect to watch the morning horizon. The host was responsive and helpful; I loved how they kept in touch just to make sure we were comfortable.

We had an excellent stay! The location couldn’t have been better, and the host was beyond responsive and helpful from start to finish. Everything was smooth, easy, and stress-free. Highly recommend and would absolutely book again! The wine and water gift was a nice added touch!

2nd time staying in this beautiful place! Staff it's amazing! Will definitely keep coming! Only bad thing was the hotel restaurant wasn’t available at the moment, and I would love If this place has breakfast included some day! I'll see you next time!

Lovely view, super comfortable bed, and linens! Hot tub, pool, and breakfast next day were all exceptional! Complementary cappuccino in the lobby was a great surprise! Don’t miss out on this awesome room!

The condo was beautiful and the vicinity to the pool was an added bonus. All of the hotel staff was very nice.

This place is amazing. I had a sort of an issue finding the place bt when i finally got there, the check in process was very smooth. They left. Complimentary treats for us and i love that everything dwn to the washer has a cashless option. The view is amazing. If u like privacy, u will enjoy this place.

The apartment at Coconut Grove was exactly as described - clean, thoughtfully furnished, and in a fantastic location. We would definitely stay here again, thanks for hosting us for a quick one night stay! 5 stars all around :-)

Place and location is great and also has a very nice pool room is good for a short stay I wouldn’t recommend if staying long term as the room is super small

Excellent stay, we love the surroundings and the building was amazing, we used the swimming pool and the gym, both were great. Excellent location, the apartment is better than in photos, we definitely will stay again when visiting the city. 10 out of 10.
