About this property

Looking for great value in Brickell? Enjoy a stylish apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, premium amenities, and an unbeatable walkable location at a discounted rate while the building completes exterior renovations. Please note that balconies are closed, views are temporarily obstructed, and the pool is available on weekends only.

This apartment showcases a meticulously designed open-concept floor plan, integrating the living, dining, and gourmet kitchen areas. The layout emphasizes spaciousness and natural light, creating an airy, light-filled ambiance. Grand floor-to-ceiling windows serve as a dynamic backdrop.

The sleek, modern gourmet kitchen features a sophisticated island with integrated bar seating and chic pendant lighting. Bathrooms boast contemporary vessel sinks, elegant chrome fixtures, oversized mirrors, and frameless glass shower enclosures, including a generously sized bathtub in the primary bathroom for a spa-like retreat. Premium hard flooring extends throughout, complemented by thoughtful recessed lighting.

A striking multi-panel artwork featuring a vibrant red double-decker bus anchors the living area, adding an urban artistic touch. Contemporary furnishings include a dark grey sofa and a minimalist glass coffee table. Designer lighting, such as a tripod-base floor lamp and modern bedside lamps, enhance the sophisticated feel. Subtle green foliage adds a refreshing natural element.

Guests consistently rate this space 5/5 for cleanliness — floors, linens, and surfaces are reset to hotel standard between every stay.

Many listings use grand words but hide complexities. We focus on transparent luxury. Our team provides clear guidance for your stay, avoiding hidden surprises common in other premium listings. This ensures a smooth experience without the typical resort fee confusion or strict building rule headaches.

“Very nice stay, the elevators tool forever but other than that we enjoyed our stay and the view is spectacular”

“This is my go-to place every time I’m in town, I’ve stayed with MVR maybe 3-4 times already, and the experience is always fantastic 🎉❤️ They are consistently welcoming and professional, smooth communication with them always!!! I stayed in 4403 and it had an amazing view of the river area, at night the city lights looked gorgeous and we even saw some boats passing by Used their selfparking service, $35 a night (cash, so be prepared) and we could go in and out as many times as we wanted. Really convenient for the valet/street parking prices in Miami.”
